I love ikea and love stopping for lunch. Lines were long bc ppl won't park their carts. The food staff is very friendly and the food was nice and hot. You can bc also pick how many meatballs you'd like. I just got 8. Got a drink but did a mix of fizzy raspberry and fizzy lemon. It was really good.

The Havana Chicken was alright. There wasn't much flavor on the beans and rice. The chicken itself was cooked the right amount but didn't have too much seasoning either. It's not a huge portion considering it costed only $10. I much preferred the Swedish meatballs meal. This is their signature dish for a reason. The meatballs have a nice consistency and are well seasoned. The sides also reminded me of Thanksgiving food. The structure of the restaurant is like a cafeteria. An employee comes around every now and then to wipe down the tables. You're expected to clean up after yourself and put the trays into the tray area.

10/22/23 Here we go, Back again, Eat some food, Feel great again. Did you every come to IKEA just for the food. Today this was our mission. The side mission don't really matter, but we might do some soul searching since we are here. The Vegetarian Meatballs vs the Swedish Meatballs...?! Both are magically delicious. However, to answer the question, the Vegetarian Meatballs came ahead by half a point. The Sparkling Apple Juice vs Sparkling Pear Juice. The Pear Juice wins. I can't forget about the Mac and cheese either. The Mac and cheese isn't the best I had in the world, it is something I have to get a sample of each time I am here. Yes folks, We were only here for the food and bot for shopping at IKEA. Hard to believe, but it does happen. I am sure we will be back another day to do both shopping and eating. Until then...

    All tables looked like this.

The better question is what could be worse? Basically everything not available, including meatballs. Employee working made it very apparent she would rather be not working. Tables all dirty, in fact the entire restaurant area was nasty. This is certainly not the IKEA experience I've had in the past.

I always have to stop by and get food after walking around shopping for furniture. After all, the Swedish meatballs are one of the main motivators for coming here. The food here is pretty average. It can be a hit or miss sometimes, but regardless the taste and flavor for everything is pretty average. It won't blow you away or anything. The Food: I got the 8-piece Swedish meatballs with some mixed veggies and mashed potatoes. The meatballs were good. The vegetables were quite bland and lacked flavor which was almost inedible. Mash potatoes were fine. I also got a piece of salmon fillet and that was surprisingly tender and tasty. The Service: The service was good. The staff were friendly and everything was very clean inside.

I have always loved coming to Ikea as a kid. Eating the Swedish meatballs is always nostalgic. I have always loved the meatballs, gravy, and lingonberry jam. They all mix very well. The mashed potatoes are also decent like average. They did not have broccoli this time so I was able to switch it or some french fries which are nice to dip in the gravy. Overall, the food is yummy as always but it was served a little cold which made it taste less good. I think the food was worth it in the past but now prices have raised. I paid $7-8 for this plate which used to be $5.

I have officially fulfilled my childhood dream. I vividly remember watching Buzzfeed's "People Try Ikea Meatballs" and made it my life's mission to try them. I initially thought that you just get 12 meatballs but was pleasantly surprised that the mash, jam, and veggies were included. I added a side salad and Texas toast to complete my meal. The meatballs were spectacular- juicy and tender. The mash was creamy and buttery, the jam wasn't overly sweet or overpowering, and veggies are always delicious. The gravy really glued everything together to create a scrumptious meal. I was completely stuffed afterwards. I wish every high/middle school would model the dining area of IKEA. It was such a comfortable and welcoming environment. I also love how its conveniently located at the end of the IKEA maze for a nice reward after what seems like hours of walking. Love love IKEA and I wish they would make one located closer to me :)

The staff couldn't have been more rude if they were put through an orientation on how to be a total jerk. Rebecca was our server in the food cattle line & I have never seen a human in more dire need of a attitude adjustment. Just horrible. IKEA, you pay her for that attitude? The food is equivalent to a Swanson's TV dinner. Save your money & the abuse & skip this one.

If you like Mac and cheese IKEA's is to die for! Since moving up to VA and ikea being 40 mins away, my boyfriend and I have been coming almost every weekend and while we're here looking for some shelf, we always stop for lunch. The veggie meatballs are and always love their lemon water. Also with the family discount you can get a free coffee! But like $2 mac and cheese side that's like huge? You cannot beat and I totally recommend all their desserts. I hope I'm not fan-girling to much but check out ikea's restaurant!

Cool because it's in IKEA. Food was good. Swedish meatballs, salmon balls, veggie balls, and other options. Drinks were okay to me but some people were really excited about it. You don't need to ask for a salad or dessert - the little doors open toward the customer!

I went for the seafood meatballs and once I got to the counter they were all gone. Big mistake! Huge mistake. In my quest to be a solid pescatarian I had to eat the veggie meatballs. Guess what? They were actually delicious. So I learned something new and I even found them downstairs in the frozen food section. They were about 8 a bag and I bought a few. So all and all it didn't turn out so bad. When I got downstairs they actually had a vegetable hot dog and onions and peppers for 2.50 with a drink. I would have rather eaten that, but I didn't see it until the end of my trip. I will try it during my next ikea excursion.

The Woodbridge Silver Dinner is a very busy place today. The ambience and moods seem to be running on happy high octane. The sounds of meals being prepared along with the smells are mouth watering. Evidently, I must be hungry. Upon being shown to our table by a young lady with short hair, we learned from the lady which specials are available for brunch. The lady reminded me of Rhea Ripley. Someone I vaguely remember seeing before I stopped watching WWE. Now she is very popular and I see how she looks now. The lady who seated us remind me of a young Rhea Ripley, but with the short black hair and a bit of the gothic vibe. All of these passed through my head as our host was talking to us. I think this host lady will be making it big very soon. Our server's name is David, but he likes to go by the name DJ. DJ took our orders and the were brought to us pretty quickly. I appreciate DJ informing us that the Rootbeer I would have ordered was flat. The soda machine appeared to be out of the C02...or something else all together. I ended up sticking with good old H20. I ordered the Belgian Waffle&Eggs. Since I do not eat eggs, I substituted the eggs for the new menu item called Home Fries with Caramelized Onions. My wife ordered the French Toast and Eggs with an order of Home Fries with Caramelized Onions, as well. The food was delicious as it almost always is. We saw and heard DJ talking to other guests in his high friendly energy he puts out. Unfortunately, one customer didn't seem to be enjoying himself and got loud and rude with DJ and a customer. Things could have ugly, but they didn't. Cooler heads prevailed dispite Rude Boy taking his anger out on other customers. Whether or not his wife, girlfriend or sister was embarrassed by his rude boy manners, Rihanna's message of the Rude Boy song needs to be upgraded...without the sexual innuendos to her. The other option, "Everything He Owns In A Box To The Left." I am digressing. Back to the subject at hand. DJ is a grown man and handled Rude Boy's remarks and fixed the issue. DJ apologize to his guests for the Rude Boys outbursts. Just another day at Silver Dinner if you don't let rude remarks hit you/bother you like a bat out of hell. The staff members seem pretty down to earth and they all worked together to get food out to the guests. Yes, mistakes can happen, but it's how the problem(s) are handled. We will definitely be back.

Even though it was pretty busy, we were seated immediately, and I was especially grateful to be seated in a quieter corner where the tables were more to the side instead of directly behind us. It was a stressful moment because my autistic son was having a really hard time and was clearly overwhelmed. Our server was wonderful, but the manager, Joy, was truly an angel sent at the perfect time. Not only did she remember our family from a previous visit, but after we explained that our son is autistic and was struggling in the moment, she immediately went to the back and returned with markers, paper, gemstone stickers, a timer, and more -- almost like she was fully prepared for children with sensory needs. I honestly can't express how much that meant to us. Her timing couldn't have been better, and we will forever be grateful for her kindness and compassion. On top of that, when my food came out, my steak wasn't cooked the way I requested. I honestly wasn't even planning to say anything, but Joy noticed I wasn't eating it and asked how I had ordered it cooked. When I explained, she kindly offered to remove it from the check. Managers like Joy are rare and so deeply appreciated. The food was great, but truthfully, Joy is what made this experience unforgettable. You can tell she's not only an amazing manager, but also a genuinely good person with a caring heart. Thank you, Joy, for making such a lasting impression on our family. Silver Diner is lucky to have you!

Well there it was .. the food court with multiple restaurants inside the resort in which didn't stated beforehand. In the lobby, there's 6 establishments on the 1st floor such as Crab Tastic, R' Burger, Mama Mia's Italian Kitchen, Southern Spin Kitchen, The Bar and Corner Store. But you have to check the listings as they do not open on the same days and hours. During Mondays-Wednesdays, you have to place your order at the Corner Store for Southern Spin Kitchen and R' Burger. There were 3 items: 1) Chicken and Waffle Sliders 2) Fried Chicken 3) Peach Cobbler. The sliders were unique, waffles were fluffy and chicken were crispy. You get 3 portions served with crispy fries and slaw but never received the slaw but everything was delicious. The fried chicken platter is served with two sides of choice (collard greens and mac n' cheese). Be careful with the first bite as the fried chicken is piping hot. The two sides are were delicious but the collard greens were too sweet for me. The peach cobbler was supposed to be à la mode in which the kitchen staff of SSK informed they ran out of ice cream. As I return to the cashier named Tasia F, I informed her of what SSK staff told me about the ice cream. With the assistance of another cashier named Allie, I was informed that cashier Tasia F went searching through other kitchens within the resort to see if ice cream was in stock. Unfortunately there wasn't any ice cream available which was okay. I wasn't expecting anything because I understand if supplies were short. But I had excellent service with these two cashiers who were friendly, genuine, knowledgeable and beyond customer service.
