I decided to stay even though they are not black owned. I asked the older lady for a basic pedicure and the lady could barely polish my nails and the older man who did my nails with gel PEELED the same day!!! I had 3 nails peeling. I went ack and they made the SAME older man repolish my nails and the PEELED AGAIN IN ONE DAY!! I have never experienced this at any other nail salon. It was strange on other visits I noticed how all of the African Americans were given these 2 way older techs and everyone else had the younger more experienced techs. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My nail service was excellent in every possible way! Tammy removed my old gel polish so quickly without having to soak them off - at all! She works with efficiency and precision, but that doesn't compromise the quality of the nails or the artistry in the slightest. From observing her meticulous application and attention to detail, I can tell she is very seasoned at her work. Signed in at the screen at the receptionist desk. Was then walked over and seated at the massage chair. Was asked if we wanted something to drink and I asked for water. Then I was told that they serve complimentary Vietnamese iced coffee or iced matcha or mimosa. What?! At 2:30pm?! Love it!! We got the mini moment pedicure which is the standard pedicure. It was a great experience and my nail tech was amazing. No talking, just focused on getting it done. Lol it comes with a mini foot massage. Ugh loved it so much. I was told that there is a $17 additional fee for any service if you decide on getting gel polish. You can buy a gel nail polish for that price or even less. I asked if I bring my own polish if they would charge the same and unfortunately they will still charge the same since it's a "service" of them putting on the polish. Bottom line, it's not their fault, majority of nail salons are inflating prices nowadays and it's of course due to the "service" or the "product" so yea just go along with it and no one will get hurt. Service: The girl that helped me was very nice and helpful, I was initially going to get a French tip pedi but she advised to just get the milky white I was thinking about since my nails were already pretty short. The nail tech I usually go to at a different nail salon wasn't available today. He's always able to get my nails to last a month and a half. When I said I wanted to stop the service, I was told by Tristan who was doing my nails that had to either pay $60 for the hour of time and $5 for the removal or continue with the appointment. I felt extremely pressured into finishing the service even though I no longer wanted it. No customer should feel like they don't have a choice. The nails themselves look fine, but that's not the issue. The way the situation was handled made me feel uncomfortable and trapped, and it completely ruined the experience. I left upset instead of happy with my nails. I won't be returning and would recommend that anyone considering this salon ask about their policies before starting a service.
