Super welcoming staff and a fun environment build up excitement for starting gameplay. My husband and I went for date night; we were glad we didn't have a larger group because the rooms are the perfect size for two people. It would have been very tight for four people and practically impossible with more. We did the 1984 London theme; the games were essentially Pong and Pac-Man and a few others. I have recommended immersive gamebox to several people and everyone who visit me from out of town, I bring them here for fun. It is great except do not give a gift card to anyone. I purchased a gift card and it has been impossible for them to schedule a room. They called but gamebox does not talk on the phone, they texted with no response. They tried to set up online and it did not work. I text the office and requested for gamebox to call or text the person I purchase the gift for and they said they would but as of today, nothing. If you want to purchase this as a gift, get all the person information, date, how many and what time and do it yourself. Gift cards suck. I hope they soon get this scheduled and I will never purchase another gift card. read more

I'm not a gamer so I wasn't immediately drawn to this place. I even had a hard time figuring out what it was. So glad I gave it a try! In our group of four, only one person had been before, which was really helpful because he knew how to navigate the games. We actually played multiple games since we were there during a weekday. Some games only require the use of the visor while others require you to touch the walls. It was handy having enough people to cover each wall, otherwise, expect to move around a lot more. Initially, I had a hard time figuring out how to move my visor (head) in a way that acted as the controller. This was actually part of the entertainment because we all looked so ridiculous. The great thing about this place is pretty much anyone can play and you can mix kids and adults. So for someone like me who no longer plays video games and isn't a fan of the fancy game controllers, this is a great option. I also recommend trying out more than one game. The staff was really great but it's hard to describe these box experiences. I definitely found that I enjoyed some games over others. We had a lot of fun having a date night. We are Married in our 40's and wanted something new, that was fun, and not too difficult on our bodies (those aches & pains are real). So this was a great interactive experience- low impact - but constantly moving (we aren't in shape and it was fine). We did the Bunny one so we were working together, but we want to come back to do the Squid game one and be competitive. I will say, The rooms aren't very large and with just 2, we had enough room - I can't imagine 4 grown adults in one of the rooms moving around. Very cool place, gransacape has something to offer for the whole family. I was interested to see what the whole experience would be. I have to say it was just my wife,daughter and myself and we had a blast. We chose the space theme in euch we had to save ourselves by scoring high. They had different stages and I would face my daughter then my wife then interchange. What they do Is out you in a room that has an interactive screens and might I add they also offer drinks alcoholic and typical. First off, love that it's located in an area that is very easy to locate (the Electric Gamebox emails were very helpful in terms of directing us the exact location in The Colony). When we walked in, we were greeted by extremely friendly staff who took so much time guiding us and showing us to our box. We chose the Ticket to Mars experience and it was an hour of interactive fun! I liked the different styles of games so it did not feel monotonous at all. This place is so fun! The kids were excited as soon as they saw the lobby and the lights. We checked in, had to sign the waivers on the little screen and were given access to a locker for our personal items with a key to take with. They led us back in the room where we each selected a different color has that correlated with our character on the screen. Can't wait to go back and attempt again, we did not make it very far but now know what it takes for the room we tried! Dope place!!! Located inside the Grandscape Mall one door down from Parry's Pizzeria across from The Stage. We were greeted by friendly and courteous staff who gave us clear and concise details/instructions . I Booked tickets a couple days in advance on their website. We choose the psychedelic mansion and I was super fun. The other options include temple of coins ,alien aptitude test,and ticket to Mars. Equipment was wiped down prior to playing and staff were wearing masks. Sessions last an hour long. Psychedelic Mansion skill, puzzle, and action challenges as the mansion tries to trip you up at every turn. Each challenge level is harder than the last and there are 16 possible levels you can work through. Up to 6 people can join so bring your people out and have a good time. Very interactive and creative. Very cool spot . read more

This place was very clean, check in was easy and then they take you back to your room. The host was so friendly and explained to us how to put the hats on. Overpromised and not at all what it could be. Let's just be clear what you're getting - 4 games that are around 13 minutes each. The themes, like alien aptitude test, are just a 1-minute intro video and have nothing to do with the games you're playing. I would rather just be able to pick from a menu of games than pick a "theme" that isn't really a theme. The game control is primarily from sensors on a visor-hat that every player has to wear. I found this control to be very non-intuitive and a bad user experience. For example, to move up and down, you have to move your head forward and backward. Then some of the games require quick and accurate movements which you can't do with your head. Why not have handheld controls similar to a wii remote or some kind of glove? The head control really ruins the game experience. The games are very repetitive and can get boring after 5 minutes. Very simplistic games that don't really challenge you except to see how fast you can move your head. Advancing through the different levels of individual games mainly involves the game going faster. The employees were very friendly and it's a neat concept but poorly executed and overpromised. read more

This is a new entertainment concept that popped up in Grandscape near the colony, which consists of an array of games inside a room for you and crew. My crew and I stopped by for a holiday get together and it felt so nice being out finally. I felt safe while I was there and noticed that the staff were continuously wiping surface areas down with disinfectant. The games were a blast- we purchased the 30 minute session and felt like it was a great value for the length of play time. Nearby Davio's is awesome for some delicious grub, and there is a movie theatre nearby as well. So we will definitely go back for another night at it! read more

Since this one is rated 16 yrs+ they did not have the junior pricing (there was nothing graphic or terrible on this session was perfectly fine for a kid fyi). We only waited a few minutes at check in so wasn't too bad. My son and I had a lot fun. Some of the directions weren't super clear so slightly frustrating. Pricing is a little high but overall we liked it and would go back again. Looks like they have 30min and 60min sessions. Employees were nice. read more

It was so much fun and I loved the fact that we could actually interact throughout the whole gaming experience. Nicole and Julia assisted us throughout the experience they were both so sweet and helpful. We didn't order drinks properly and Julia quickly came in to help us out, there was a time we didn't read the directions and Nicole came in immediately to help us out. haha. They were both soooooo amazing. One suggestions though. Please please please add a phone holder in the back rooms. We struggled to record our experience. Still 5 stars even without the phone holder.
