No one could beat his quote. I also had an issue with my gas heater where it would shut off after a few seconds. I replaced the flame sensor myself after reading about it online, but the problem didn't go away. Sergii came out and quickly figured out it was the control board. It's 106 degrees outside and my water pump goes out and the condensation line clogs and it's just too hot in my house. I was refered to this company via my HOA managment, so Icalled him regarding my AC not blowing cold air, Sergii came and checked the unit up on the roof, once he "thought he knew what the reason was" he said it was due to wrong wiring, but my AC worked well last year, he said he had to switch around the wires, then he told me there were cracks on the control board, no proof, no pics and not sure what he is talking about. he said he can go ahead and fix it and it will run on AC but i will not have the heater option, i agreed, and asked him how much it will cost me, i was told 160$ for the servcies. i did not bargain or anything. then he gave me another option to if i want to pay him $900 he can get a new control board. So, i asked him again, will i be ok with what he did today for a while, he said you should be, so once he wraped things up i gave him $200 dollars and told him to keep the change!, later that night my AC started to blow warm air again, i contacted him via text to let him know, he said " well I told you there is no guarantee" he did not once mention that what he was doing will only last a few hours, it is not logical for one to pay someone knowing it will stop working later that night, so I am trying to understand why somone can be this heartless, to lie... he knew it was not going to last but didn't mention anything, so now i have to pay more money for my AC to be fixed. He didn't even want to give me an invoice, after i asked him for it since i paid in cash, he told me he will text me one, ok... waste of time and money. read more
