In-N-Out is about as good as it gets for burgers, not news to anyone I'm sure. One thing I just can't around is the drive-thru at every single location. I'm amazed that they always have at least 5 cars minimum depending one the time of day you visit. It's just crazy. The food is always great and the pink lemonade is 5 stars for sure. The fries are just ok and the shakes are just ok also. Service is always good as it can get with a packed house. After arguing with their manager for a couple minutes I just asked for my money back and called corporate... Surely they should comply with my un-ridiculous request but to no avail they said no. Okay, so like most In-and-Outs, the parking is crazy and sometimes you have to wait for a table, but today I had a wonderful experience and I had to share it. They had a floor host named Eddie, the guy in this picture, and he was working the room before we ordered, getting people ketchup and some refills. We got our food, delicious as usual, and he came by, asking if we needed anything. I asked for some chiles, and he said, "No problem!" He brought me some and asked if we needed anything else. However I've noticed that every time I go the patty seems to be getting smaller and smaller. We are always left with extra bread in our hands. What can I say... In-n-Out that's what a hamburger is all about. No matter what time of the day it is you can always go for one of their burger. And it doesn't matter how long the drive thru line is you will wait to get the delicious double double with grilled onions and animal style fries with their thirst quenching pink lemonade. On this visit I went with my girlfriend to have some lunch. I ordered their #1 double double with grilled onions (only why to get it) combo. No animal style fries today. And my girlfriend got the #2 cheese burger with grilled onions and pickles combo. Their customers service is always fantastic and serves is a quick and they can be for always being busy. I always get the regular hamburger with grilled onions and either unsalted fries or unsalted animal style fries. This specific location is clean, and customer service is good. I do not recommend the drive through, but if you walk in it's fine. I went on A Sunday around 7:45 and waited about 20 minutes for our food. Not too bad. The problem that I encountered during the most recent visit didn't have to do with the long line. Instead, it was the fries. A woman ahead of me ordered her fries crispy. She had to wait longer than usual. When I picked up my food right after her, I noticed after I sat down that my fries were also crispy. Were they too busy to make my fries fresh? If you go during its busy time, you're going to have to deal with waiting in line to order and for your order to be made but what do you expect, right? And the drive through lane always gets crazy all all In-N-Outs and this one is no different. The only problem that comes with this chain is that there is never enough parking to go around or enough seats for everyone to sit down at! Great food, and great service, only reason Im giving them 4 stars is because since the inside is closed that they would close off the entrance through firestone because you literally wait in line for 30 minutes while cars are entering through firestone and cutting off cars literally almost hitting you while your entering through Lakewood because they're impatient and can't wait like the other 20 cars in line on Lakewood... Im here every Friday or Saturday and almost got hit last week and today as well because they cars coming in from firestone are ignoring the fact that theirs a worker standing in front of their car telling them to wait so they almost take her out while damn near hitting me!!!!!!
