Living on the east coast it very rare you see an in n out so when I make it to the west coast this is a must. I wish my fries were hotter but I inhaled my buger they never disappoint. Service was quick and they were efficient. I have never seen an establishment empty and this place was packed but the moved quickly with the drive through and inside the restaurant

I was hoping the In-N-Out Burger stop we made traveling along the I-40 towards Vegas would be just like I remember. It had been years since I had been to one. Good, easy location in Kingman, AZ. Drive-thru available. We used the restrooms and washed up before getting in line which was no wait. Service was the typical friendly variety, but man were they slow with our order in particular. I'm not sure why. All we ordered on November 23, 2025, was: - animal style fries ($4.50) - animal style cheeseburger ($3.89) - 2 more cheeseburgers ($7.78) - 3 medium drinks ($6.60) Then our takeout was cold. I'm a fries-first trier; i.e. I like to sneak fries fresh out of the bag as soon as I receive them. They were cold by the time we reached the door towards the parking lot. Same with my burger. It was lukewarm and soggy. I was so sad trombone bummed. It was better than no In-N-Out Burger, but not like I remembered it. RATING BREAKDOWN Food: 2 | Service: 3 | Ambiance: 4| Price: 4

The burgers here cost $3.60. It may not be the best burger I've ever had but name a place that sells burgers for $3.60 that it is on the same level of quality that In N Out has. Not only that, but the customer service here is stellar and consistent in comparison to other fast food places. With great prices and great food, you can guess that this place is constantly busy. If you want to save time, it's faster to order inside rather than waiting in the drive thru. Note that you can get extra lettuce and tomato on your burger for free. Ask for well done on your fries if you want crispy fries. Ask for protein style burgers if you'd rather replace the buns with lettuce. Also, you can ask for separate packages of their special sauce if that's your fancy. My order came out to $7.86 and it was able to get me feeling satisfied.

This location often gets crowded given it's right off the highway and it's a big stop for travelers. But given the amount of people that were there, the line and getting our food went quick. The burger is as good as always. Perfect stop for my travels.

X got a 3x3 with animal style fries; a No. 2 is in the foreground.

In-N-Out is always our reliable and only fast food go-to for a taste of SoCal after a long adventure. This location in Kingman didn't disappoint! Greeted with the iconic crossed palm trees and ample parking, we headed in and in virtually no time, we had our food and the kids had their chocolate milkshakes. Fast, friendly service and the delicious burgers and fries were a welcome last stop before returning home!

Great customer service! Greeted at the door by a team member, the restaurant was clean and fresh inside. Ordered our food and had the family order a double double meal, a single animal style meal, and a cheese burger. We order fry's that are fried light. The burgers and fry's were delicious. The fry's were as requested and the animal style burger was very good. The wait wasn't long at all.

Whoever is in charge of salting the food here needs fired. Way too much salt on everything. Fries were also a little off. Otherwise fine.

But to me the are often raw. I went to try Culver's for a soft serve. I was actually shocked at the crow inside and out and the huge staff. The menu interested me. Fried cod and fried shrimp. I decided to try the shrimp. Oh my gosh delish!! I took a lick of my chocolate cone... oh my gosh toooo good! Give it a try

I…read morealways wait patiently for lent season, since that means one thing on the menu "Walleye" I am Catholic, and observe Fridays as no meat days, through the year. So that means it fish Fridays for me! Well after calling the store yesterday, their beloved Walleye arrived for the lent season. Needles to say, I planned my day around getting a Walleye dinner. In the past it has always been exceptional. Cooked perfectly and delicious. Well, that was not the case this time. I ordered the 3 piece Walleye dinner, so I make it a 2 day meal. First red Flagg, was the increase in price. It really jumped, but I wanted my Walleye. I wait all year long for this, and I bit the bullet and took it home for a feast. I live 20 miles out of town, so I put the pedal to the medal, so it would still be hot. Well, when I opened it up, There were 3 pieces of fish. One large on and 2 very small ones. I guess I should have gotten the 2 piece dinner instead. Being a senior citizen of a very fixed income, that will be the last time I would order the 3 piece dinner. I will stick with the 2 piece or just have the sandwich. The other issue was how it was cooked. It was very greasy, and the filets themselves were not really as thick as they use to be! My question is, did the tariffs have something to due with the huge price increase, and the smaller portions. I believe Culvers gets Walleye from Canada. We see on the internet all the time about fast food chains increasing prices and cutting portion size. I am not giving up on my beloved Walleye. The next time I order a Walleye dinner, I will open it up before I leave. I don't want to be shocked again!!! Please watch the grease, that was never there before. .

The burger was huge. The patty was tender and juicy, but the onion rings and overly sweet barbecue sauce made it a bit too rich. I remember having a similar burger at Mr. Bartley's in Harvard Square, and I was also quite disappointed. This one was much better though, at least the patty was good. Philly Cheese Steak: My friend ordered this, and it wasn't as good as the Philadelphia original version. The beef was a bit tough, and there wasn't enough cheese. French Fries: Freshly fried fries. In the US, you can almost always get piping hot fries, so this was especially reassuring. Vanilla Oreo Shakes: The milkshakes are one of the restaurant's signature products, and I was very satisfied! Overall, it's smooth and creamy, sweet but not cloying, with a rich Oreo and vanilla flavor. But seriously, could you please use a bigger cup? Why use a separate cup to make it seem like a large portion? Caramel Sundae: My friend ordered this. It's made in a classic banana split style, with a rich caramel flavor. Although it was a little on the sweet side, it was still delicious.

I also ordered an appetizer of their chips. Both were delicious, the juicy burger meat between the fluffy bun and the crunchy, fresh chips. They were delicious, and I will absolutely order these things again. When I came in, I was sat down very quickly, even at one of the busiest times of the day. I learned that you go get your own soda, so I didn't have to wait for a waitress to refill my drink. I was asked my order and the waitress serving my table was very polite and helpful, routinely checking in to see how everything was going. Nice people. Inside gave you that kind yet tough bar attitude. Taxidermy animal heads were quite abundant, and so were their TVs. I watched a bit of the soccer game, so I got something out of them. Everything was clean, comfortable and made for a fantastic experience. Overall, this is the place for burgers and pizzas. They have amazing food, quality service and a good feeling around. I absolutely recommend this place for those who want a very good burger or anything of that. Maybe, I'll try their pastas next time. Thank you!
