I tried ordering through the drive thru. It was taking tooooo long. I decided to get off and order. Must've taken the same amount of time I would've spent in the drive thru. Ordering inside also took long. There was only 2 ppl ordering in front of me. I waited for my food about 15 minutes before they started announcing numbers of orders way ahead of mine. I saw a group of 5 that came and ordered after me receive their food first . I asked where was my order and sure enough it was ready they just had it sitting there. I will also add that the soda machine must need maintenance or something because the sodas were not tasting right. Attached is a picture after taking a few bites of the burger that wasn't the best but I was hungry so I ate it. And the fries I didn't eat because they forgot to put salt in my bag I've been to almost all locations in LA county and some in Riverside and this is by far THE WORST LOCATION. Takes too long. I love this fast food joint! I really enjoyed going here because I can specialize my burger! The best part is I can actually ask the patty to have no salt and as a lettuce wrap! I know In-N-Out gets busy. But this location gets...BUSY! The drive thru line always seems to be massive and snakes through not only the restaurant's parking lot but also down the access roads for the large shopping center it's in. Because of this, even if you dine-in, it can be tricky to get out. I would recommend just parking in the lot area just next to the store & walking in. Even if you want it to go. It'll probably be faster than sitting in the drivethru line. read more

Always love when there is that in the now close by. My favorite is the double double well done with grilled onions and the fries. Cheeseburgers are always the best always fresh, always delicious. The employees are always friendly and our order is always right. This location I went to 3 times and this is the second time they got my order wrong they charged me for 4 double double animal style and once I got to my location it was embarrassing cause my order was single and my fries were not animal style. I even asked if my order was correct they said yes. And the meat was so thin the whole sandwich was full of onions and tomato. Don't know if the customer service tends to decline around closing time but that's what it seems like from this last visit here. Came around 1 am and ordered what's on the receipt. Pull up to the window, and Bianca charges me, then comes back said she charged me for the wrong order and asks for an extra two dollars. *notice on the receipt the extra $2 I was charged for by her at the bottom* I hand the meal over to my friend, on our way home I noticed my shake was vanilla and not chocolate but I ignored it as it wasn't too big of a deal. We get inside I look into our box and we're missing a side of French fries as well. I couldn't even go back to ask for a refund or my fries that were forgotten because it was closed already. I enjoy coming this location for my burgers and fries. They're made super fast with the best customer service. I always order a double double with fries, animal style for both, of course. I have also tried out their milk shakes, it is amazing! Strawberry and chocolate milk shakes are my favorites.
