I ordered the ceviche mixto and my husband ordered jalea de mariscos. The kids had salchicha de papas. Everything was authentic and had good flavor. Honestly, I don't think Peruvian when vacationing in the Keys, but we couldn't pass this gem up based on the Yelp reviews and local recommendations. Hands down the best food we ate so far. Husband got the Lomo Saltado de Carne and I got the Pescado a lo Macho. His was delicious, the steak was tender and flavorful. Mine was out of this world! The fish filet was huge and the cream sauce was to die for. Seriously, the portion sizes here are ridiculous and the prices are not your typical Key West gouged prices. This is probably the best peruvian restaurant I have tried in US so far. My husband tried the seafood chaufa and it was delicious. We started with the mix ceviche and leche de tigre and it was delicious, we used the remaining leche tigre with the rice and it added a great flavor. We tried also the sangria and it was delicious too. Our waiter gaves a good guidance for the menu and the service was very good. We will be back!! read more

We stopped here for lunch after seeing this out of the beaten path neighbor restaurant. It is truly authentic Peruvian cuisine. The menu selection is varied and the food is tastefully prepared with portions big enough to share. It isn't a fancy place but it is very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful in assisting you with menu selections. I'm glad we explored the neighborhood, and found this little spot. The food was really good. I expected it to be greasy (sorry, but some Cuban food is) but it wasn't. It was a lot of food for the money, and it was well executed. I can't remember which ceviche we ordered but it was a highlight. This is a delightful restaurant with such nice people running it. The food was delicious, we had paella with seafood was wonderful, flavorful and just the right spices. Also the chicken and rice was fantastic as well as the spaghettini with beef and cream sauce. The soup is the best chicken rice soup ever with cilantro puréed in for an exquisite flavor. One word: DELICIOUS!! My husband and I loved this spot! It's a small place, so definitely may need a reservation. It was packed on a Tuesday night. It's not on Duval which is also nice because it seemed more like a local spot than a tourist place. The workers are so friendly. Their wine is really good. We had the Pinot Noir and it's a Peruvian wine. For an app we had the ceviche, and it was amazing. we got it mild, and it still had a kick to it. It was so fresh! For our dinners: my husband had a steak that was with a fried brown rice (forget the name), but it was delicious and cooked perfectly. Highly overrated! I had high expectations for this restaurant based off of the excellent reviews, but I was met with a very disappointing dining experience. When we were seated, we noticed the dirty table cloth right away, and they were unwilling to replace it. The waitress was able to move us, but we were still grossed out by the previous table. To my surprise, the food came out very quickly and there were large portions. Sadly, my dish was mediocre at best. My order included fried rice with a variety of seafood, but it was very bland and felt like a dish I could've prepared better myself. The seafood did not taste fresh either, which is bad considering that this was labeled as a seafood restaurant. When I finished my food, I was left unsatisfied and felt like I wanted more. The dish was not cheap either, and was nowhere near worth the price. I do not plan on returning to or recommending Incas Restaurant to anyone. read more
