It was good, not great... given the choice I would likely go to Paradise Biryani Pointe next time. Inchin seems like it is going for a more upscale vibe, but it is dark and the tables and walkways incredibly cramped. They should also invest in window shades to block the sunset glare, instead they've resorted to taping paper menus to paneling and then removing them when the sun sets. That was a little bit of a yikes! The plus points: They are very family friendly, I actually love that. Though, on a Friday night they should try to group families with small children in one seating area and the parties clearly on an adult night out in the dining area nearest the bar. Actually, had to contend with someone's child slamming the back of our booth seat. Our server, Vamse (?) was wonderful. He gave just the right amount of attention, his recommendations were honest and thoughtful. He was a 5 star server. The food was yummy, and I liked the spice levels. They've got a great cocktail menu, with a multitude of non-alcoholic options which I really appreciate! I liked the chicken Biryani, but the seafood curry was the star! Sri Lankan Jackfruit Pakora: A new menu item that was absolutely stellar! All three dishes were so good they were practically competing for the top spot. Had a lovely lunch here yesterday to try the menu items were planning to serve at a party in March. The space is great for group dining, spacious and beautiful design. Welcoming and warm as soon as we walked in. I ordered a titos&soda....i was surprised to recieve 2 glasses. 1 with a shot of vodka. 1 with cold club soda. No ice, not mixed. It was a little puzzling. We ordered: Chicken momos 6/10. Would not recommend. Pan fried Paneer 9/10. Delicious and uniquely flavored. Perfectly spiced Spicy chicken noodles- 10/10. Phenomenal. Will definitely serve at party. Not sure if this is a specialty item though....it took over 20 mins from the time we ordered for it to come out. Our server Liam was the sweetest, checking in on us often and making the dining experience enjoyable. Jt seemed like he genuinely cared to make sure we were taken care of. Worst service ever! Tried twice but the experience was the same. Servers don't communicate for the extra charges they will be adding in. We requested for spicy sauce on the side, and they charged us 5 times because everyone in our party asked for it. The sauce quantity was almost the same that you get in ketchup packets but still we were charged extra without being informed. Food is bland, nothing I would try again. I was very impressed by the food, service and ambiance. The food was really flavorful and actually not too spicy. One of the things I ordered was the Mongolian beef which had a hint of sweetness but it worked well with the beef and spices. The mocktail was really good and not too sweet. Tried it twice. The first time when it opened, the food was good. The second time around, the service was great but the food was super greasy and the lunch special Hakka noodles and rice were so below average I can't even say. The 'pan fried fish' was very oily - actually deep fried and then pan fried...Everything on the menu is feep fried actually - even if it says pan fried. Why in this day and age, can't we make food wholesome and tasty - is beyond me. Sure Chinese cooking - much less Indo Chinese - requires high heat wok cooking, but that doesn't mean there needs to be gallons of cheap cooking oil used. Absolutely terrible experience -- easily one of the worst I've had. We showed up at 11:00 AM, which is clearly listed as their opening time, only to be told they "actually open at 11:30." No apology, no accountability -- just complete disregard for customers who plan their time based on the hours they advertise. Trying to still make it work, we placed a takeout order to save time. After waiting 20 minutes, we came back expecting our food to be ready -- only to be told that our order was NEVER EVEN PLACED because the person who took it "didn't know how to take orders." Seriously? This isn't just poor service -- it's a total lack of basic operations and respect for customers' time. No communication, no ownership, no urgency to fix the situation. This is my honest review after visiting this restaurant three different times. We really wanted to like it, but each visit has been disappointing. The only positives I can mention are the ambiance and the presentation of the dishes. Unfortunately, the food itself has consistently been underwhelming. It lacks flavor, feels overpriced for the quality, and doesn't live up to the presentation. One of the biggest issues has been the temperature of the food. On multiple visits, our food was served cold. During our most recent visit, we actually had to ask the staff to warm it up, which shouldn't be necessary. As a restaurant that markets itself as halal, I expected much better quality and care. Instead, the experience has been consistently disappointing. There are many excellent halal restaurants in the Tri-Valley that offer better food and much better value. Based on our experience after three visits, I can't recommend this place. I always ordered the chicken Manchow soup, and yesterday it was disappointingly bland--the chicken lacked freshness, and instead of the usual crispy noodles, they served something else that didn't taste good. It just didn't feel like the soup they used to make. The starters and main courses were only average. We orddered a few different dishes, but they all tasted the same, dominated by excessive chili flakes. I'm not sure if the chef has changed, but the food is definitely not what it used to be. Nice location. Pretty good food. It's definitely a great place for date nice or a romantic dinner. Plenty of parking. Entrance is on the parking lot side. Excellent service. We tried a few curry dishes and the Chef Choice Dumpling Sampler. Food was flavorful and filling. The Roti Canai had a good taste, but the chicken was a bit too boney. The Thai Yellow Curry was excellent. If you love spicy food, there were quite a few spicy dishes available too. In fact there was one that used ghost peppers, but we were too adventurous to try that dish. We will have to come back again. read more

I ordered a Hot & Sour Soup bowl, which according to the restaurant's website is supposed to be 20 oz and priced significantly higher than the 7 oz cup. However, what I received was in a 16 oz container--and I even measured it at home to confirm. When I called the location to raise this concern, they were unwilling to help and instead told me to contact the franchise. That response was disappointing and felt dismissive. This experience came across as misleading and poor customer service. Definitely not what I expected, and I hope they address both their portion accuracy and how they handle customer concerns. read more

I love Indo-Chinese food and have always enjoyed Inchin's. However, I once had a bad experience at their Sunnyvale location where I was served chicken instead of paneer -- a deal breaker for me as a vegetarian. After 5-6 years, I finally tried Inchin's again, this time in Dublin. The service was great and the food was delicious. We ordered Hakka noodles, momos, and coins in Manchurian sauce. The momos were the only item that fell short, but the other two dishes were excellent. Overall, it was a great experience. I'll definitely return -- hopefully they continue to be careful with vegetarian orders. read more

Overall, 4.5 out of 5, rounded up to 5. Grand opening week, I saw their advertising on facebook and them offering some free food, peaked my interest. If I recall, this place used to be banana garden but, it's still a nicely rebuilt and decorated restaurant. Since I was going solo, I was offered seating at the bar. The bartender and waiters were all very friendly and polite. The food itself was extremely delicious and tasteful. And since I was in the mood to try myself I did go a tad overboard imo and ordered a tad more than what I should have. A slight unique offering at this restaurant was a soup bar. For $9, you can pick and chose some proteins and veggies and even broths and have a personalized soup. Even the garnish bar for it is a nice perk and both of these features, you might want to try at least once in your life. Now, I will admit this a tad higher pricing for their food and imo and the way I grew up it's definitely higher end. The proportions are decent to good when compared to similar places but it you compared to like a family run restaurants, then probably the price of a tad high and the proportions are a tad smaller. But, all in all, if I see a good special or wish to splurge on myself again, I'll probably be hitting this place off and on. read more

I had a craving for Szechuan peppercorn chicken and chili garlic noodles and search brought this place. A Pan Asian Fusion restaurant, a hip modern jazz background playing place with full bar and fairly large dining room. Friendly and inviting service people. With fusion restaurant you cannot predict what the chef had in mind versus my probably more traditional expectations although I believe I'm quite open to another perspective and interpretation. The menu indicate my chicken and chili noodles would be spicy so I made sure it wasn't overly spicy of which the server assured me. The dishes came rather quickly. Nicely presented. The chicken came with a bowl of rice. In the plate of chicken was chopped red peppers. Although the menu indicate peppercorn, I missed it to go with the peppery taste. It was small dry chicken pieces which was fine for most part. The spiciness did sneak up on me I did doctoring some of the chicken pieces with sauces available on the table. I don't think the table sauce did the chicken justice. Whereas the chili garlic noodles with mixed chicken, lamb and shrimp for $1 extra, did not bring any hint of garlic or chili-ness, if that is a word. I would like to have more intensive despite me asking it to not to be spicy. Perhaps it was in it. Like the chicken I tried to apply some of the sauce on the table. Also it did not do it any justice. Despite my expectations, I had enjoyed the quiet calm environment, friendly staff, different interpretation of my dishes. I will try other dishes in the future. I hope they do well. OMG the Orange Chicken was so good! We also had the Papaya Salad and Singapore Rice Noodles which were also excellent! The decor and staff were very welcoming, we felt like they were welcoming us into their home and they were very appreciative of us visiting. The young gentleman who waited on us was very nice and overall the experience was fantastic. On the prices I feel they are reasonable for the quality of the ingredients and what it costs to run a plane like this. We'll definitely be back! Thank you to everyone working there read more

The manager was so rude, I am single female and requested her for the early order pickup as my ride was waiting and she told me bluntly to cancel the order at 9:30 she was not at all accommodating and was also told that she will call the cops. This is the customer service on Inchin bamboo gives.. I told her it customers are sitting inside and can wait but my ride will be cancelled. I was told to cancel the order after 25 minutes and I went home without food for me and my son. Please boycott this place if u support women.
