I told them I would give them a great review if my new AC unit lasted thru the summer at my business. My new AC unit is doing great. I am happy I chose them. It had been a long process to find a good and honest AC company. My unit has given me problems every summer and I used multiple companies to try to fix it. Other companies had technicians who are inexperienced or incompetent. They would diagnose the wrong problems and after fixing it for a few weeks, my ac would break down again. Awesome company to work with. From my initial call to our service, everything was spot on. Denis did a great job investigating the odd smell from our AC and then servicing it to prepare for our warm summers. He explained everything and gave tips to keep the unit in good shape. After being jerked around for a month by another HVAC service company, I checked Yelp and read favorable reviews. Called Infinity and explained my problem. I was needing service on a unit covered by warranty from the company and apparently this is not as lucrative as other repairs. Alex helped me and told me she would send her repairman out on the next available appointment. He came in a timely manner and found the problem was a defective compressor. Since it was under warranty the compressor had to be obtained from Goodman (the warrantor) and it was not in stock so it had to be ordered. It came the next tuesday and the service tech came out after he was able to pick it up and installed it. I received the service as soon as it was possible to get it and the unit has worked fine since. This company is very deserving of the favorable reviews it gets and I will always try to use them in the future. Alex told me that even though they did not make as much money on a repair such as mine, their goal was to have happy satisfied customers. They certainly live up to that. I called Infinity Cooling and Heating on New Year's Eve expecting to not get anyone for the next few days. To my surprise, someone was able to make it to my home within a few hours. Dennis came to our home, diagnosed our heater, and was very detailed in explaining exactly what was going on with our heater and what our options were. He seemed very knowledgeable of how our heater worked in spite of our heater system incredibly old. He was extremely helpful and very honest through the whole process. These guys really know their stuff and their prices are competitive. I've worked with Richard, Cole and Justin on a few different projects and they have all been very helpful and easy to work with. I live in a condominium which can present it's own logistical challenges as the HVAC configuration, especially for the water heater supported heating system is a bit complex and out of the ordinary and these guys were able to do everything that needed to be done and they knew what they were doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Yesterday after another heating company came out and said our heater was broken and needed to be replaced. We are aware that some companies say that (especially if you are older than 65 and they think they can take advantage of you), so we wanted a second opinion. I called Infinity yesterday and Richard, the owner, answered. Unlike some of the other companies I called that had a secretary, I appreciated that I could call and speak with someone who knew what they were talking about. Richard was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions about whether they were licensed, bonded, insured, and he said he could have a tech out right then! So he sent the tech over (and he also quoted me in case the heater would need to be replaced with a quote that was a few hundred dollars cheaper than the other company) and the tech that came was also very pleasant. He took his time, checked out the heater and had it working in 30 minutes!!! No replacement needed! The other company specified that a hose was disconnected but didn't even bother to connect it. Infinity charged for a one hour service call, which was a lot better than a few thousand dollars. Very honest and did good work. Got the job done. Thank you so much! I called at 7:00 p.m. because it was 88 degrees in my house and NV Energy had already been out to our home. A technician was at my house in about 30 minutes. We needed a new part for our unit. He didn't have the part for our exact model but he did have a similar part that he was able to tweak and make work for our unit. He spent an hour working on our unit even though, if he had the part, it would have only taken 5 minutes. He could have easily told us he needed to order the part and come back later but he worked to make sure our home was cool. I highly recommend Infinity Heating & Cooling. read more

My heat went out on a Sunday. I called Infinity and Richard picked up. Coel was on site about an hour later. He found the problem with my gas furnace in about an hour. Since it was on a Sunday...they had to wait until the next day to get my parts. Coel showed up at 5pm on Monday as scheduled and changed the parts in about 20 mins and had my heat fixed. Both spent over an hour looking at what could be wrong and never gave us a clear diagnosis and in the end gave us way higher quotes than Richard. I used Infinity to change a condensor motor when my furnace went out. Richard was honest and communicated with me every step of the way. Cole was the technician and he was ontime and thorough. My air conditioner was shutting off intermittently on one of the hottest days yet this year. this started to occur around 6 PM Friday night. I searched via Yelp and Infinity has great ratings from almost all of the reviews I read. I then called 4 different businesses. 2 did not answer so I left a message; one had an answering service and infinity had a live person who set an appointment on the spot! (only one other company even bothered to return my call and that was not until the following morning). It just so happened one of the Infinity techs, Coel was close by ands could arrive within the hour. GREAT! After he arrived and inspected the unit, he determined it apparently froze possibly due to extremely dirty filters. It also needed to be charged. He was prompt, did not suggest more work than needed, took the time to explain what could have happened and what to look for and to call again if needed. I just can't say enough great things about Infinity Heating & Cooling and Richard! Wow! On Wednesday 7/8 we received a desperate call from one of our high end retail clients letting us know that their AC was not working. (NOT GOOD, no one like to spend money when they are hot and sweaty). I called several HVAC companies in LV and they all told me that it would be a couple of days before they could have anyone out to inspect. This was NOT going to fly with our client. I decided to take to Yelp and found Infinity Heating & Cooling. Richard said that it would not be a problem and that he would be on site in an hour or so! He called me once he arrived to the store, again after he inspected the units, and after the work was complete. I felt so reassured knowing that our client was being taken care of, Richard really went out of his way to keep me informed as we are located in California and could not have anyone from our company on site. Being in the construction industry, I have dealt with thousands of subcontractors, and I have to say that Richard and Infinity Heating & Cooling have far exceeded all of my expectations. My dad was having trouble with the heat and a friend recommended we call this guy. He said he would come after 12. I called at 130 and he said he wasn't in Las Vegas and could come tomorrow. Well, it's 40 degrees outside and the house would be freezing if we waited. I was frustrated that we waited 4 hours for someone to tell us they aren't coming. So we came on Yelp and found Infinity had 5 stars. When I called, the lady was super friendly and said someone would be over within 2 hours. Denis called and made it within 1 hour. He was so nice and explained everything he was doing, as well as how our system worked. He got our heater back up and running in 30 minutes. He is clearly passionate about his job and the service he provides. It's rare to find great service these days and Denis knows how to provide great service. My air conditioning went out Wednesday so I called a local HVAC company to come out. They told me it would be around $1000 to $1100 repair but I really needed a new unit. I will need a new unit and I know that but can not afford it now. The technician left me an invoice for the visit and noted that the repairs would be $860 which is not what I was told. I might have had the repair done then but the technician seemed reluctant to do it because I really needed a new unit. Since I thought it was $1000 I thought I should put that money towards a new unit. I opted to shop for a new unit and found I was looking at anywhere from $5000 to $8000. After two days of living in sweldering heat and talking to new air conditioner salesmen, I finally called Infinity, what a blessing. They were at my house within the hour and Justin told me it was the motor (as did the other tech) but it would cost me only $500.00. What a relief ! It only took 20 minutes and I was up and running. He stayed to make sure it was running well and told me Infinity would be able to make me a quote on a new unit. When I am ready they will absolutely get a call from me. The HVAC community in Las Vegas is shady at best. It was so refreshing to have someone come in and be honest and do a good job. I'm sitting in a cool house in comfort. Thank you !!! read more

I called Infinity late this morning regarding a fan in the attic that keeps blowing when it should not be blowing because I had had it disconnected. Because the fan keeps blowing my electric bill is so high. When I spoke to Richard and told him the reason I called, he said that they could take care of my issue. I thought for sure I would have to wait for a few days before he could send someone. He surprised me and he said Denis could be here between 4 and 6 pm. And sure enough Denis arrived even before 4. He went into the attic and saw that the timer for the blower was set to go on for 199 minutes and off for 3, no wonder it sounded like it was on all the time. He said that the timer was in good condition and he changed the setting so it would be off for 199 minutes and on for 1. He was so informative. He also checked my heater while he was up there and said that it was all in good order. He was very honest and very comforting telling me that I am set for the winter. What a relief. I liked his service a lot and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks me for a good heating and cooling company. read more
