Called this morning about a heating issue I was having with my house. Spoke with Richard on the phone and he was able to get Denis to my door by 1:00pm even though originally my appointment wasn't until 4:00pm the same day. Another company came out and told me I needed a new furnace and if I didn't get it I would get carbon monoxide poisoning. Coel fixed my heater and used his reader to determine that there was absolutely no carbon monoxide in my house at all. The other company knew we had a snow storm this week and wanted to scare me into paying $3,500 for a new furnace I didn't need. Never call Goettl or YES! or Alpha to come to your house, they will break your unit and then force you to buy a new one at double the price other companies sell for. My a/c was only blowing hot air. The temperature inside was 87degrees and climbing. I called around and the earliest I got was for the next day. I called Infinity and they said they could be there in two hours. Richard arrived in one hour. He checked my unit and determined that it was a bad capacitor. He replaced it for $165. Cheaper than I was expecting. The fix took only minutes and the whole visit took half an hour. I really recommend these guys. read more

I couldn't believe how quick it was to get our AC fixed. Our AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of the night and by morning the house felt miserable. It was going to be a 110+ degree day so I used Yelp to find a reputable HVAC repair company. Infinity Heating & Cooling was near the top of the list. I called at 7:45am and spoke with Richard. Thankfully, he was doing an install that morning near my neighborhood so he agreed to stop by my house when they were done. Within 2.5 hours of calling, our AC was repaired. One of the BEST experiences I've ever had. Richard and his team are the most professional and personable people. I have never had to deal with my AC unit going out as I am a first time home owner. Last night my unit was serviced as a side job by some one and this morning I noticed my A/C was not blowing cold air. My downstairs air conditioning went out. I have 2 units on my house. I found their reviews favorable. I called the emergency number, it just rang but to my surprise I received a call from them 1st thing the next morning even though I didn't leave a message. They got me scheduled right away for repairs. The technician was 10 min early. Impressed again. He said the dual cap went out on my smaller unit, he said he could tell they replaced the one on my bigger unit. Which was true. To be safe I had them replace both dual caps. They offered a tune up which I declined. But overall I was very impressed with their response time, professionalism and service. Hopefully I won't need them for a long time to come but would definitely recommend them if your air goes out. read more

They came out the very next day that we called and because all technicians were booked for the day an employee that was scheduled to be off came out to help us. When I first contacted Richard to get an estimate to replace my two over the roof units, I told him that I have got some offers that are cheaper than his. All he said was that he totally agree that there can be. But he said if I just give him a chance to come over and have a look at the set up of the units and talk with me in person... After checking many complimentary reviews, we called Richard at 6am, he returned our call very promptly and advised that he would be with us between 11am and 1pm. Upon his arrival he was very friendly, asking several questions about the problem before heading up into the attic. Seeing that there was no power to the unit, he started checking the possible causes and came across a switch that disintegrated as he removed it- probably the answer to the problem. He did not have the part with him, so headed to Lowe's and returned 20 minutes later; installed the new switch and it has been running perfectly ever since. I did not receive any recommendations for any other companies as purportedly stated in Richard's response. I also did not receive any other options as to how to fix the problem. Being told that I "May" need additional insulation or possible updated duct work is not a suggestion on how to fix an A/C problem. The A/C in this house worked fine last summer so I am sure the insulation and/or duct work did not deteriorate over the course of 365 days to the point of not allowing the home to cool down adequately. This is an A/C problem specifically and I hired an A/C company to fix it and as of today, the problem is still not fixed. read more

Infinity will be my AC/Heating company going forward My AC went out this last month. It was 17yrs old, and I had been waiting for the day. Just one week before, I had spent $500 repairing a hole in one of the coils and refilling the unit with refrigerant . So clearly, I was unamused when the entire 5 ton unit finally went kaput. I shopped around, did my homework and got 4 different quotes. Alex (who answers the phones at the Office) was friendly, personable and quick to get me quotes on the unit I wanted (I had the quote emailed to me within 30mins)! Oh and of course this happened right before the weekend. I was considering two companies, and before I pulled the trigger Alex sent out Richard so he could see exactly what would need to be done (I replaced the entire 5 ton unit/furnace). Richard was awesome. Explained exactly what the job entailed, was knowledgeable about the product (bought a Trane system), and even encouraged me to shop and get more quotes! The communication and professionalism of both Alex and Richard had me sold. They answered all my questions and concerns and were willing to do the install on a Saturday! Their pricing is fair and they made me feel confident and comfortable that I was choosing a solid, reliable and fair company to replace me AC unit. Yesterday I called for an appointment and spoke to Richard. He stated that he could send someone out that day, but I explained that I had to go to work. Today, Coel, the technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair the system in no time. The only reason for not giving a higher rating is that I was charged $420 for a part that I later found brand new for less than $100. I called the company to see if they would provide a partial refund and was told that the part was that price due to overhead and that other companies would have charged from $600-$1200. Mind you, we had been without heat for a couple days and it was freezing. We called a couple other places first and nobody was able to get out in a reasonable time frame. Dennis showed up with a smile and great attitude. You could tell air conditioning is his passion. He was literally excited to see what challenge was ahead and while diagnosing it, relished in explaining it to me. I found him to be exceptionally professional and possessed a great work ethic. He never seemed rushed and even went through extra steps to satisfy my desire to understand. When the reason for the call was fixed, he spent time teaching about utilizing the vents properly and then offered to look at my other air conditioning units to offer advice and ideas to consider in the future. I would use them again with enthusiasm. In fact, I wished they were also licensed to deal with water heaters. Sadly, that was not the case. At least I have comfort in knowing who to call next time I have a cooling or heating issue. read more

During the middle of July in 2013 our upstairs A/C went out. At the time our son was only a couple months old. Infinity Heating & Cooling was there the same day and helped repair our A/C in just a few hours. We were offered a more cost effective solution that would be covered under our warranty but would take a few weeks to get in. I loved the integrity of the service. We decided to go to the more expensive option because waiting to have A/C was not an option in the middle of July in Las Vegas. They had me set-up for between 4 & 6 pm on a Saturday and they got to me 4 hours earlier than that!!
