So I was looking on Yelp to see what I wanted different for lunch and as I scrolled I remember my good friend @BayAreaFoodz did a review on this place so I'm like let me check it out. I ordered The Nashville Chicken sandwich W, Fries and for dessert the deep friend cheesecake. So I arrive at the restaurant and it's two nice ladies behind the counter both busy but still made effort to speak as doing their tasks. I waited at the counter and when one of the women was done ash asked did I want to order? I told her I did and she let me know my food was coming up. They packed it up really nicely and even stapled the bag so you would know if someone opened your food. I finally get back and the food smells awesome so I'm extra excited as I love a spicy chicken sandwich lol I opened the box and honey let me tell y'all the 1st to the last bite was simply heaven.... Whew yasss lol.... The fries were good.... Regular...but good, either way I'm not big on fries so it doesn't affect my review I just got them to get them. Now let's talk about that deep fried cheesecake. O M G!!!! When I tell y'all this my 1st time and now I'm hooked(don't judge me) lol. That was the most fulfilling, perfectly fried, and the cheesecake yassssssssss I am officially in love and I will definitely be back!!! Ordered a burger with no pickles and lettuce wrapped. The cashier did NOT enter either modification onto my order. I could tell because it wasn't listed on the receipt.. I went back up to the counter double check they said they would take care of it. My burger came and it was lettuce wrapped, but it did have pickles. This is important because I am allergic to pickles. I took the burger back up to the counter and explain that I am allergic to. Pickles and that I cannot have pickles. I watched as the cook then proceeded to remove the pickles from my burger and serve me the same burger again. Even though I explained I was allergic and this burger had pickles on it. I may have been ok, but why would I risk eating a burger that might have adverse effects on me. They remade my burger properly, but it took 15 minutes to get it. read more

Visited iniBurger for the first time while we were looking for some burgers to eat! I recognized the name from their Yelp event a few months ago that I missed, while browsing on Yelp for some food to eat. It is located in a pretty busy plaza that also has other restaurants and grocery stores like 99 Ranch. Parking is plentiful here and not too much of a hassle. If you're looking to be just in and out, they also offer curbside pickup and online ordering! Inside, the space is clean and modern. The area itself is pretty huge. My partner and I came in for lunch on a weekday and the restaurant was relatively empty - we were greeted by a kind cashier who took our order. Once ordering, we seated ourselves at a table and later on our food was brought to us! We went with the big Mexicali burger and Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, their onion rings were out of stock, so we opted for the spicy garlic fries! - Mexicali Burger (4.5/5): I loved the sweetness of the bun, especially in contrast to the savoriness of the burger patty. For a $9 "big" burger, it was on the smaller side. I liked how they ensured that you had a piece of everything in the burger with every bite though - ex: it was loaded with jalapeños! - Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich (4/5): Also pretty great! I wish it was spicier than it was or for there to be an option to adjust the level of spiciness from mild to hot. It wasn't as crispy as I was hoping it to be either. The spicy sauce it came with added that slight kick which was nice! - Spicy Garlic Fries (3/5): Didn't really know what to expect for these, but they tasted pretty good too! I loved the crunchy texture of the fries. I wasn't too big of a fan of how the fries were drenched from the sauce. Had we known it was served this way we would've asked for the sauce on the side since by the time we reached the bottom, all of the fries were soggy and tasted very salty from the sauce that had been surrounding it. Great staff, clean indoor dining, and delicious food. The chicken and waffle burger hit the spot. Its loaded with halal bacon and a fried egg. Maybe next time ill upgrade it with extra bacon and go with regular burger buns instead of the waffle style patties (they break easily). The spicy fries were perfectly fried and the special sauce was delicious...not too spicy which was good. 10/10 coming here again. read more

These are tasty burgers with several flavor choices. All we've had so far are the mini beef burgers but we've tried the americano, the Mexican, mushroom and Swiss, Hawaiian, BBQ, and we've liked them all. The beef is quality meat, the toppings are fresh and plentiful. It is fun to have the mini burgers so you can try a couple varieties. They offer a two pack and a three pack of the minis and they also have regular full size burgers. One of us thought the spicy sauce was on the outer edge of spiciness that we'd want on a burger but the other thought it was good and zesty. The fresh jalapeño coins are almost too spicy but that is subject to individual taste of course. We look forward to trying a chicken sandwich and some of the side dishes next time. read more

This was a very pleasant surprise. The ingredients were SO FRESH, like truly amazing! Freshly cooked to order! When I paid I thought it was a bit pricey but that faded at the first bite! This place was a joint that I frequently passed by but never stopped to try until recently. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the burger(s) I tried. My family and I weren't super hungry so we decided to try the 3 "Mini* Burger combo. To get a taste of different flavors. I chose the Mushroom burger, and my son in law the Mexicali and Western Bacon Burgers. I really enjoyed my burger it was the perfect size too. Along with French Fries and a drink it was a hit. I will definitely be back to try more of the Mini's and would like to try the onion rings, deep fried Mac and cheese balls and the various options of loaded French fry options. Not to mention the varieties of salads, wings and shakes!!!! The service was average as we just used the self service kiosk. Dear Propective Consumers, Let me just start off by saying I seldom write negative reviews. But I think you all deserve you know what I'm about to tell you. I ordered somewhere around 20 burgers for my whole family. Upon arrival, notice that there's an option to bulk buy which would have been significantly cheaper. No one told us about that option over the phone. And when asking the manager about it when picking up the food, they ignored the question. And said, not really. It's basically the same. Then asked for a Google review, LOL! Such a blatant lie and I was going to find out anyway when I read the menu on the to-go menu. Why not be honest and gain a customer for life? Then, I went home and started eating the burger. I bought one for my 2 year old daughter as well. I asked to have the buns separated to they don't get soggy on the 1 hour drive. They just completely forgot the buns haha! The worst part- the absolute worst part- I found 2 tiny bones in my burger. Definitely choking hazards, Definitely sharp. I'm just glad I found it before my daughter did. Why would he find bones in our burger. Are they not using chicken breast? What kind of meat is it? Is it not made fresh so the employees aren't finding it before serving? Or are the employees that negligent that they would let tiny bones fall in? I don't usually believe in cancel culture. I think it's important to discuss these issues with management so they can correct the problem at hand. And that's the thing, I called not once but twice. And no one ever called me back. I told then that if no one calls me back, I'll be forced to write a review. And nothing. So here it is. I hope you all have a better experience then I do. But I don't think I'll ever go back. Uh to the owner's response: NO, I did not phone in my order after placing it through Yelp/Chow now, nor "disregard or disrupt" your ordering system. After ordering on Yelp, it gives you an option to comment after paying which I did, "I am 10 minutes away". The message from Yelp/chow now came AFTER I picked up my order, like 30 minutes after I picked up my order. The message to you was only to let you know how screwed up that system is, you as a merchant should let them know instead of berating your customers, ignorant. The image looks like the chicken is fried and crunchy but it is neither fried or crunchy but is spicy. Both my burger and my wife's Hawaiian burger was very saucy therefore messy to eat. I ate maybe 3 bites thinking ok it's just a kick, it's all good; nope. I brought it up to the staff and both kinda questioned me and said "I just had it for lunch" and the other said "well others tell me it's not spicy enough" and that on the menu there's a sign that says "spicy". Well, yes, it's spicy ..... clearly. I've had other Nashville burgers as well and it was NOT just spice alone. I'm never ever one to return food but if it's something I can't or won't finish, I think it's fair to say something. I mean it was my dinner after all and I paid for it and generously tipped. I think the immediate response to say "well, I don't think it's spicyl" doesn't really justify or help me lol and it rubbed off as a bit rude. Maybe mine was drenched in extra sauce? Who knows. I was kinda turned off already overall, but I did ask for just a normal Americano burger in exchange. But it seemed like I had to reallly realllllly justify how I wasn't enjoying my burger as much as one would like to get something else that I maybe would. Which I think was kinda weird. I've worked in the food industry in the past and we were happy to exchange meals or items that did not satisfy customers. No snarky remarks or questions. The food IS good. Don't get me wrong.
