Not sure why this place has so many high reviews. We ordered three mini burgers and added mushrooms for an extra buck. There's not even one whole mushroom when you put all the slices together. The fried onion rings have this thick ass batter that scrapes the roof of your mouth - inedible. The kids menu has 2 pieces of chicken tenders the width and length of 2 fingers with half a handful of fries for $7. Their drink fountain wasn't working so we had to buy a water bottle. Since today is National Burger Day, decided to get the M'ini Variety Box for dinner since we've never been here before. We ordered the Hawaiian Spice (non-spicy version) and the Malibu Bae as the burger options and both were delicious. Clean place, staff is friendly (sort of), food is delish. I love all things spicy!!! Fresh Serrano peppers, jalapeños, even taking bites of Thai chilies with my meals. The burgers here are soooo good! Tried the Nashville hot chicken and two minis - western BBQ and Crispy chicken - and garlic fries. Love the minis so I could try diff burgers. A generous heaping of garlic on the fries , which is great! It took longer than expected to get our to-go order, but decided to give them a pass this time due to Covid. I've been frequenting iniBurger for the last month, in search of nearby a hot chicken sandwich that wasn't Popeyes or Chick-fil-A. To my surprise and delight, iniBurger brings that heat and sooooo much more. I read another Yelper's review that their Nashville Hot Chicken Sando was comparable to Hot Boys (my fave) and I was skeptical. But after trying it, I BELIEVE IT! Their sandwich's spice level has a great enjoyable kick, and the flavor is extremely similar. Overall the sando is crispy, juicy, and the crunch of the pickles is perfect. Now what made me more shocked is their wings! Their mango habanero sauce is almost identical to my childhood restaurant wing shop (Smoke Eaters in San Jose). Their fries and onion rings are great sides. Their garlic fries are good but not crispy, which is a bummer. The fact that I have a one stop shop nearby that will satisfy my common cravings... is a good thing for my hunger but a bad thing for my diet. :) read more

Came here for a BOGO and bought an Oreo Milkshake, a Mexicali +Avocado, and a Hawaiian Spice +Turkey Bacon. The Mexicali was recommended by the cashier, and seemed popular with the other customers as well. The burgers came wrapped nicely in paper and a box as shown in the picture. They were quite delicious and flavorful, and I really enjoyed the added jalapeños on the Mexicali, and the sauces on the Hawaiian Spice. We did ask them to cut the burgers in half, and one side was definitely smaller than the other (seen in the Hawaiian Spice Burger photo), but it was no big deal. The Oreo milkshake was VERY awesome though! It was mostly smooth and creamy, and very tasty. There were far less blended Oreo chunks at the bottom than other places, which was very appreciated. (The white parts of the Oreo must be very difficult to blend.) Although we came here because of the BOGO, I would definitely try other burgers and milkshakes during work lunch hours. However, the BOGO was a very nice deal because the cheaper burger is used as the price (according to the cashier). I ordered through their website and did curbside pickup. The online ordering system has a few bugs (adding cheese is a bit of an enigma as it's not an option) but their actual customer service makes up for some of the glitches. I added another option (the avocado) and called to ask them to add cheese instead of the avocado. They were willing to give me both without an additional fee but they ended up running out of avocado. All good since we just wanted cheese anyway but kudos for the great customer service and also for not gouging customers on toppings. The chicken and waffle burger, known as the Waffle'n Out Sandwich, is pretty amazing. The waffle buns are made of shredded potatoes (like a hashbrown). Try it. One in the party ordered an impossible burger and said it was the "BEST impossible burger" they've ever had. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that I ordered: "Fries Crispy, lightly salted curly fries with a nice crunch. $2.99" and was given crinkle fries. Oh, and the bacon wasn't crispy.
