Not drink an entire one on my own good, but if I liked bourbon, this would be fantastic! good. (S confirmed the quality.) We'll be going back, and I'll look forward to whatever new delights they have to offer.

A server approached me in a confrontational manner and told me to move my chair because it was blocking the walkway. I immediately complied and moved it where he directed. Despite that, he repeatedly pushed and squeezed past the chair in an aggressive way several times afterward and then returned to confront me about it again. The interaction felt hostile, unnecessary, and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated incident. On a previous visit, a female server was rude and controlling toward our table, and on another occasion when we were unhappy with a menu item, the response was essentially, "You ordered it, you pay for it," with no attempt to address the concern professionally. The atmosphere is great, which is why we've continued to come back. However, after several visits involving rude and confrontational interactions with staff, it feels more like an ongoing culture issue than a one-time bad experience. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect basic courtesy and respect. Hopefully management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the customer experience.

Since finishing chemo and radiation for my breast cancer, food has been an interesting experience for me, so when I want something, I go for it immediately. I will note, if you're interested in trying Sorella, BOOK A TABLE! We were able to snag seats at the bar, but even on a Tuesday, this place is in demand, and after enjoying our meal, I can see why. When we walked in, we were stunned. Beyond the natural light flooding into the roo,m there were gorgeous deep teal walls with a gallery wall and gold accents. The bar was adorned with gorgeous counter tops that had low lights, and a mix of velvety chairs gave it a soft luxe feel. The aroma of the food was lightly sprinkled throughout, and the décor were simply stunning. My rating centers around my taste buds not aligning with the flavor profile, and not really knowing what to expect. I find myself preferring a stronger, almost cheesy flavor now, and this was a bit more subtle. My wife, however, fully enjoyed them and loved the flavor they carried even without the sauce. Dante's Meatballs 10/10 Spectacular, give me 12! These were so delicious, the meat was so flavorful and the sauce, WHEW the sauce was delicious. Yes, we did dip the focaccia in the sauce. Cesare - 10/10 I love a good salad, and Caesar is my favorite. At other restaurants, I find myself wanting more dressing or more flavor ,and I often feel like pieces of the salad are missed when preparing. This salad was dressed from end to end. We squeezed the lemon on top, and it sealed the deal. Every bite was fresh and had a slight crunch and crisp that was exactly what we were looking for. Limone - 10/10 When we looked at the menu, my wife glanced over and immediately knew what I was ordering, and after my first bite, I was so glad that I did. The execution of this dish was perfect. The noodles were thick and almost creamy alongside the butter, and there was the perfect balance with the parmigiana reggiano. When I order it again (because we will be back), I will definitely add prawns. Pasta Speciale - 8/10 I meant to snap a photo of the menu, but this was on the special menu. There were prawns, mornay, garlic, arugula and a few other things that I am forgetting. The prawns were incredibly fresh, as were the noodles, and the flavors blended very nicely in this dish. Lemonade - 10/10 The lemonade was delicious! I don't know that I've mentioned this on any of my reviews before, but I love lemonade and order it with every meal outside of breakfast. This lemonade was the perfect balance of tart and sweet. Limoncello - 10/10 We shared two of the housemade limoncello shots to go as we were checking out, and I wish I had recorded our reaction. The execution of the flavor was perfect, and it definitely packed a punch! Our server/bartender was Mary Katherine, and beyond being the sweetest, she was also incredibly knowledgable of the menu. As luck would have it, we ended up sitting next to the owner's family and got to chat with her amazing Mother throughout the night (who was kind enough to let her try some of her delicious lasagna) and ended up meeting the owner. Lauren, the owner, took a pause to talk to us, and it was so evident that she is truly such a brilliant and sweet soul. She radiates, and who she is as a person aligns exactly with how Sorella feels: ethereal. Overall, we had an amazing experience, from the ambiance to the service, the conversation at the bar, and the delicious food. We cannot wait to try Fratello's, the sandwich shop also owned by Lauren, this week.

Move over Jose Andres, Gordon Ramsey, and Joel Robuchon we have a Michelin star destined chef in Jeremy Hansen. Inland Pacific Kitchen is a restaurant that dares its patrons to be adventurous. Infusing Asian components into each dish while keeping his Pacific Northwest roots, Chef Hansen creates artfully crafted dishes with deeply nuanced tastes. After moving to Spokane my husband and I have greatly missed the culinary stomping grounds of Chicago and Los Angeles. As a New Years date, my husband surprised me with a beautiful nine course tasting menu at IPK with accompanying cocktails. The dinner was a sensorial experience. Everything from the sticky rice pudding with jasmine essence wafting from under the bowl, to the delicately complex coconut Tom Kha was all mouthwateringly delicious. I'm overjoyed that this wonderful new restaurant has opened. Chef Jeremy Hansen has faith in the restaurant patrons of Spokane, I only hope we're dependable. My first visit to Inland Pacific Kitchen was truly an enchanting experience, well worth every moment. Every element from the food to the ambiance, atmosphere, and service, flawlessly combined to create an outstanding customer experience. Our dining spot was a charming corner table, perfect for a date night. The layout of the restaurant was intriguing - an open space that allowed us a glimpse into the kitchen, to witness the cooks at work, further enhancing our dining experience. What really stood out, however, was the food. The dishes were invigoratingly delicious, with a distinct impression of freshness that suggested all ingredients were handpicked that very day. The tantalizing flavors were so impressive, we were drawn back for brunch the next day. The brunch was exceptional, and their drink selection was equally impressive - well-crafted concoctions that tantalized our taste buds. While we did come on a night that seemed like they were short staff, our servers were still checking in and very accommodating with how busy it was. Pain Maison - 7/10 I think the bread was good, I do wish it had been a bit warmer and that there would have been a flavor to the butter. It slowly melted into the espresso and by the end it almost gave salted caramel/tiramisu vibes. Definitely one of those drinks people will either be curious or skeptical about, but it ended up being memorable in the best way. The crispy cauliflower was one of the standout dishes for me. Sweet, sticky, crunchy, savory just a really addictive plate overall. The sweet potatoes were also incredible and felt very elevated without being overly complicated. The miso butter and hot honey combination worked perfectly together. The beets dish was beautiful visually and tasted fresh, bright, and balanced with the citrus, pistachio, and creamy elements. You can tell a lot of thought went into the plating here because every dish that came to the table looked intentional. We also tried the double cheeseburger and stroganoff. The burger was rich, messy, and flavorful in the best way possible with crispy edges on the patties and a soft bun. The stroganoff was creamy, comforting, and absolutely covered in parmesan. Dessert: they had recently added a banana pudding, which was good. It replaced a chocolate dessert--and that was a bad move because there is no intense chocolate on the menu. We also tried the coconut cake with lemon curd. There was not enough curd; it was barely a tang. The cake itself was a little dry. It is served with house-made ice cream, which balances the dryness but the cake should be good on its own. Apparently, this is their most popular dessert. I am a chocolate-first person. I like coconut. I like good vanilla. I really like lemon curd and a sweet-sour pairing. For me, this item felll short.

The meat was juicy and had a nice flavour. The fries were seasoned well and were crispy while being soft on the inside. The pork ribs were decent. The sauce was nice. They weren't fall of the bone tender, but still tender enough. The coleslaw on the side was very sour and spicy. It was more like spicy sauerkraut rather than coleslaw. The seafood boil was underwhelming small especially for the price. The shrimp were overcooked. The clams were very small. The muscles still had beards. The potatoes and corn were cooked nicely. It needed more salt and sauce. The sweet teas came unsweetened and while it did came with sugar on the side - the grains were too big to actually stir in. And I would like the mentioned that my cup of water had black specks floating around in it. All in all - I wouldn't return.

Hubs had the Crab Stuffed Grilled Cheese (great combination, so divine) and I had the Cheese Steak Sandwich with a side of Tomato Basil Soup, lots of flavor and yummy! We shared both. When my burger finally arrived, it looked like it had survived three natural disasters and a custody battle. The fries had the texture of roofing materials. The cheese appeared to be legally classified as a construction adhesive. A duck from the lake stared at my meal and walked away in disgust. The patio view was nice until a fly started charging me rent for my table. I think it had seniority over the staff. I asked for a refill and aged visibly waiting for it. By the time I left, my phone battery had gone from 100% to 2%, my ancestors were contacting me through dreams, and I was pretty sure the burger was still fighting back. Yes, but it's an amazing price and is yummy enough that I'm not complaining. And what a view when you step outside. When it's warmer weather, you can sit on the patio and enjoy the view the whole time. Or you could eat at D-Mac's, which is connected, and also see the view through the large windows.
