MY wife and I visited here FOR the first time last week and food was good. Bartender Andrick struck up conversation to tell us how he was working here temporarily as he had just graduated law school. My wife and I are both retired executives from a retail service company and financial service company. My wife offered to get him an interview at her company and took the time to reach out to her CEO to see if they had opening for a lawyer. She did so and we actually went out of the way to drop by and give him the CEOs personal cell number. Just went in today and sat at the bar and Andrick waited on us. My wife ordered a martini from the drink menu and after a rather lengthy wait was informed by Andrick they were out of one of the ingredients. He gave her a drink menu and came back 10 minutes later and she placed an order of another drink. Instead of fulfilling her order Andrick floated around the bar talking to what I perceive as regulars and messing with TVs. After about 20 minutes he came back to our side of the bar and continued to refill other peoples drinks and converse with customers. When he passed by my wife flagged him down and said "excuse me, can I get a drink and we have been ready to order". Andricks response was " that no one talks to me like this. Just get out now!! At that point I advised him that we would not as all we were asking for was to be served. He threatened to call the police. My reply was "for what? Asking that you wait.on us? Andrick started cursing using the MF word in front of everyone at the bar so we left. My wife and I have been together for 35 years and never have we have we been asked to leave any establishment. Andrick was the rudest snow flake I have ever encountered and not suited to serve the public nor does he have the temperament to be a member of a state's bar. I am looking forward to sharing this story with our friends and family during our remaining time in the Mahoning Valley. read more

Inner Circle, when I was at YSU IN THE 70's had the most amazing pizza! Idk if it's the food, or some of the wait staff, but I haven't had a good experience here. I did give it three stars because if you are there to get together with friends, it's nice. There is room for groups and so that's why we keep going back! read more

Would not recommend going to be completely honest. My family and I walked in and the lobby smelled like a dumpster. At first we wanted to leave by decided to stay and give it a shot. We should've left...We sat down after waiting five min to be seated. Our wait for our waiter was long and our wait for food was even longer. The food was terrible, I got wings and so did my dad. Not Impressed. I came a 2nd time after my first visit but I won't be back. I had a stromboli the first visit and thought it was kind of plain but was ok. This visit I ordered the deluxe pizza and the chicken dip as an appetizer. The dip had some heat to it but not much flavor and they used a cheap corn chip out of a bag. The pizza was horrible. I guess if you like cheap store bought frozen pizza you would be happy because that is what it was. No sause and zero flavor. I love pizza and rarely complain when it is pizza but this was awful. I come here maybe twice a month for the same two things, Mallory salad and fried pickles. It's a great location and the food is above mediocre. But I'm rethinking ever going back since it looks like the hostess ate half my salad before I even got there. For paying over 5 dollars for a salad it should be filled. This is pathetic. Inconsistency can lose business like no other. Also I was told it would take 40 minutes for my salad and fried pickles. I just don't get it. I have been there probably 5 times? Mostly because people like to meet there. It is always busy? But the food is not all that great. We went last night and it was busy but no wait. So we each ordered a beer, side salad and a small pizza. She brought our beers first. Mine looked cloudy and brown. I asked about it as it is a beer I drink a lot and the waitress replied, "It's just the glass" to which I replied that I get that beer a lot and it doesn't usually look like that. So I tasted it and it was flat. She didn't offer to take it back or anything so my husband asked if we could get a different beer? She was not happy. Salads came and were iceberg and mozzarella cheese. That's it. When our pizzas came, mine was just cheese but I had ordered pineapple and ham. She again argued that I had said just cheese?! My husband said "no, remember I ordered a separate pizza because my wife ordered pineapple and ham which I don't like. She said "well I can have them put it on" My pizza was returned with the items placed on top, cold!! Also, for what we got our bill was $45???? We will not be back. read more

I ordered a large pizza and 20 boneless wings. The pizza was closer to a medium and the wings were the smallest boneless wings I've ever had. That would all be fine if everything tasted good and it didn't cost me $30. 10 boneless wings at coccas pizza has more meat than 20 boneless at inner circle canfield. The pizza was similar to cheap frozen pizza and the wings tasted like rubber. I will never order from inner circle Canfield again. A restaurant that appears to be run by inexperienced unsupervised 20 year olds , or younger. Food quality is very inconsistent. On my most recent visit I ordered the "Seafood Basket" from the "Daily Specials". A variety of seafood that was way over fried to the point that the clam strips were so hard as to be inedible. The only thing "special" about it was how badly it was prepared. This is not the first time we have had problems here. This place has no quality control. If you must go, stick with Pizza or a sandwich. There are no chefs here. read more

We sat at the bar and the 2 bartenders completely ignored us and it wasn't because they were busy. Pretty reasonable, and relatively busy sports bar in Canfield. There's still one I think in Liberty where I grew up that had excellent wings. Anyway, this location is nice, but nothing exciting. Food is decent and there seemed to be a nice crowd when I was there. read more

I had heard good things about Inner Circle and was surprised when I went on a Saturday around 3 and there was a pretty decent crowd. In my opinion the food (I had a calzone and my girlfriend got the pizza) was just average and I'd give it 3 stars; the items on the menu are fairly priced though. The service was good and the restaurant was clean and new looking with a large bar. It seems like a good atmosphere to have a few drinks and watch a game, so if I'm ever in the area I'd probably stop back in. read more

Today I drove over 20 miles to have some of my favorite wings. So I thought I would try the Inner Circle in Canfield, Ohio. This Inner Circle is located on Ironwood Dr.in Canfield, Ohio. I have been to other Inner Circle's for over 30 years but some of them have gone out of business, but they all have the same recipes for most of their foods. So I got there just before 11:00 am, and the server let me in. I was the only person in the place. the female server comes to take my order and she says, " the water is been flagged for non drinking, so would you like something else?. So I order a tasteless Pepsi from the bottle, one order of Hot Chips, up first, and 5 Ranch wings, and 5 Garlic Parmesan. I sat there for almost 30 minutes and no food in sight. So I ask to see my sever and she says," I'm sorry, the fryers were not hot so we couldn't make your hot chips when you ordered them". So I said, well aren't you going to still make them, she said yes, it will take some time. Well, I waited again & now people are starting to come in & they're ordering & getting their food & I'm still waiting. Well, she comes back again, 15 minutes later & says," I know your really going to be pissed at me because the cook just walked in and he was late for work". I'm like are you serious here? You knew that & you wouldn't come and tell me? Where is your manager? The female manager walked over & she apologizes & I could care less. Just cook the wings, Also I told them, I don't think that I should have to pay for this lunch. They said fine. No one wanted to take the blame for the cook being late for work. and I told the manager, I'm sitting here reading all the reviews from customers who say they are never coming back. This was in at least 5 reviews. Now I see why. And just wanted to mention, the reason my wings took 45 to make was because the cook who came to work late, gave my wings to someone who called in a to go order. Inner Circle offers great atmosphere, people, and food. With age, I've gotten pickier and pickier with what I will eat and what I like. With that, inner circle pizza is tied with only one other for the best pizza I've ever had. I prefer the spinach and tomato pizza, it is amazing! I've also had a few other items off and have never been disappointed. I no longer live in the area but Inner Circle is one place that I amj sure to visit each time I am in the area. read more

We waited over an hour for our food, getting refills on our drinks was almost something that was not going to happen. Six people in our party of eight received their food while my diabetic son waited for his 6 inch pizza and 10 wings and I waited for my buffalo chicken sandwich. His pizza finally arrived by not my sandwich. After everyone had finished eating my sandwich was presented, with no blue cheese and after 1 bite I ended up returning it because it was the worst food I had ever tasted, and finally when we were about ready for the check the 10 wings showed up. ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE!!! I am from the tri-state area and let's just say I know good pizza when I taste it, especially since it is my favorite food! SERVICE: The service here is absolutely amazing. You get seated immediately, the waitresses are attentive, friendly, and helpful when it comes to questions about the menu! Also, you do not wait a long time to receive your food. THE FOOD: The concept of this food is common things that people enjoy, yet it is the most delicious food! I am absolutely obsessed with every single thing I tried here since I never had food this simple, yet good. I LOVED the hot chips: Who would have thought that homemade potato chips and french onion dip could taste so ridiculous!?!? Also, the spinach and tomato pizza is a MUST!!! I am not a big fresh tomato person, but this is absolutely one of the best combinations on pizza that I have ever had! Lastly, for dessert the fried oreos are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Welp.. been there 3x over last couple of months and each time the service was similar to the last visit..slow, inexperienced and terrible. Each time it took over 10mins to record a drink order after being sat at a table. I'm sure their are waitresses that work hard there, but we've never been helped by one. 1 refill in over 1hr and 20 mins.. and I had to flag her down and ask for it. My recommendation is to not go there.. better options elsewhere in Canfield/Boardman for sure. And if you do go there, make sure you don't bring any kids under 13 without packing an iPad. Because after 45-50 mins and only consuming an iced tea and an appetizer of fried pickles.. kids will be stir crazy. Btw, at no point were they ever truly busy there.. open tables are everywhere. We rarely saw our server too. Our server yesterday might have been a day over 19yrs old and appeared as tho this job was more of an inconvenience than a responsibility. Bottom line is if you have to eat there make sure that you order carry-out. Even sitting at the bar.. chances are you'll be served by a young inexperienced person that lacks knowledge of customer service. Even there I had to ask for the most basic essentials (menu, silverware, napkins, refills). If anyone thinks this is too demanding.. well people that's called good service. Went in early afternoon on a Monday, ordered medium wings and they were more like mild wings. I sat at the bar, and the bartender barely said two words to me, the waitresses there were not very attentive. They talked over in the corner of the bar about how tired they were and it showed. Across the bar from me were two managers from what I could tell. The one sat they're playing on his phone for at least 15 minutes the other one seemed busy doing paperwork.
