    6 and a half cookies

I ordered 9 cookies. When I got home, I opened the box and there were 6 and a half cookies. The cashier literally put a half cookie in my box. When I reached out about this service, the district manager sent me an email (probably generic) that said "I apologize. Come back anytime". The fact that I paid for 9 cookies and got 6 and a half wasnt addressed. A refund or even a voucher for free cookies would have satisfied me. Of course I emailed the district manager back and have received no response. I wont go back to that location. I might have been less angry if I thought the cashier miscounted...but theres no way half of a cookie was a mistake. A month later after I reached out to management....no response.

Really good ice cream and cookies. The lady that served us was so friendly. Very small area inside, but good amount of outdoor seating. Overall, great downtown spot for a treat!

Legit vegan options, can get delivery via Uber Eats and usually has promos for orders over $20!

This ice cream was delicious, but kind of expensive for a scoop. Also tried the cookie which was nice. Ladies at the counter were very nice and attentive to us, but service was a little slow. Delicious, though!

Now I haven't had insomnia cookies in a while, but tonight, my best friend ordered us some cookies from here. We've both had a bad week, so getting these cookies after a long final was a necessity. Thank you, MJ. Well, we went ahead and ordered 5 different flavors to try. MJ ordered the s'mores, chocolate chunk, and snickerdoodle. I can give my opinion on the snickerdoodle, since I tried that too. But go read her review on the other ones, I'm sure she thought they were great. But listen y'all, I'm a fan of chocolate. So of course, I ordered the double chocolate chunk, which I absolutely destroyed in like two seconds. Also, I got a side of milk to drink because I was parched. Let me tell you that pairing of the double chocolate chunk with milk was so good, it was warm, rich and made me feel happy. I drank that milk, as if I've never had dairy before. Christmas came early, for sure. Also, the snickerdoodle was delicious as well, I just added some frosting on the top. yeah, you heard me, I added frosting, which was a complete game changer by the way. The cookie was flavor blasted. I'm so thankful they deliver too, especially because we're studying again :( . The delivery took about 20-30 minutes, which isn't even that long. I closed my eyes, and then they were there. So, anyways, I'm really happy with our experience. Even though I'm on a sugar high.

Came here around 10:30pm on a Friday and they were busy! The wait was not bad though. Maybe 10 minutes. We got a peanut butter cup cookie, a cookie ice cream sandwich and a mint chocolate chip. All cookies were warm and delicious!

Well customer service wasn't there.. I guess because young lady was alone working. I could have sworn visiting previous location that they don't shove cookies on top of it each other.Anyways cookies made up for that, cookies were soft and good.

Nom nom nom nom! This place will turn anyone into the Cookie Monster! I've frequented Insomnia Cookies several times as my addiction has grown over the years. The cookies are warm, gooey, flavor rich, and soft. My favorite is the Chocolate Mint, but today I was able to grab their new holiday cookies. The Candy Cane was minty goodness with white chocolate, and the Spicy Hot Cocoa was fantastic with a spice filled double chocolate cookie topped with a melted marshmallow. Sheer brilliance...just have some milk to make it epic! I will say their curbside pick-up didn't quite work as expected as no one picked up when I called, so I ended up having to go inside. However, the student staff was friendly. Parking is a challenge with street parking only, but don't let that deter you. They also have ice cream and they can sandwich it between cookies! I haven't tried that yet, but I will indulge soon. Now, go Nom Nom Nom Nom!

I love the flavor offerings; I think they really push themselves to make creative ice cream flavors and I really appreciate that. I always get a flight because I love to try out their rotating "guest flavors" which change monthly. The staple flavors are great too and the Blackberry Hibiscus is my favorite. The staff are always super nice and service is quick. As for the interior, it's an ice cream shop so it's not glamorous. I'm not a huge fan of the harsh fluorescent lighting but I do appreciate that there's a really nice and very large outdoor seating area out front. Plus we live close enough to take our ice cream back home when it's too cold outside. Check this place out if you have a craving for ice cream! Guarantee you'll find something you like.

While the shop itself is small -- offering no indoor seating, though there are a couple small tables outside (and you can always just walk around in Cameron village -- the ice cream is expansive in both options and the flavor it packs. With a mix of classics and more unique flavor options, I have never once tried an option I did not truly enjoy, if anything they have often been amongst the best of that flavor I have even ever had. The ice cream is just so good, the texture, creaminess, and flavor profiles all incredibly well balanced. The shop itself is clean, well decorated, and inviting with a semblance to what you'd expect and desire from a classic ice cream shop. They even pay attention to the details, like using these fun metal spoons for tasting (highly suggested) instead of the typical flimsy plastic or wooden ones common in other shops, which are available for purchase. The staff was friendly, service was efficient. There is also some cool merch which is fun if you're into that stuff. Personally, I am not the biggest fan of their naming scheme for the options, instead of just having a single, double, or more straightforward menu options, they have names like "standard" which is actually 2 "half scoops" (quotes cause they're just small scoops), and then a single which is a single full scoop, or a trio which is 3 half scoops not full scoops, just overall a tad confusing and not straightforward in how much ice cream you are actually getting, though it does allow one to get multiple flavors more easily I guess? The prices are definitely leaning on the higher side, especially for pints, but I feel that is to be expected of "gourmet" ice cream shops, especially nowadays. Overall, I highly recommend for any and all ice cream lvoers, and will absolutely be returning myself.

I have since checked out her flavor options and kick myself for not visiting her shop soon over at Iron Works. It is so close to where we live in downtown Raleigh. No more excuses. The cookies N Cream was good but, the waffle cone was not. The waffle cones are the "softer" ones, i was expecting the classic crunchy waffle cone.
