This was my first time going to an insomnia cookies. I really enjoy the options in the variety that was presented. I would definitely go back to an insomnia cookies in the future. They were a very tasty, sweet treat.

The cookies here are really good, offering an assortment of classic flavors as well as 'deluxe' cookies. They are served warm in "pizza" style boxes and offer gluten free and Vegan options so they are great as a treat for your work team! Service is quick and friendly. My wife and I like to order ahead online so it's ready for us when we arrive! I would encourage anyone to give them a try if you haven't yet!

My friends and I randomly stopped by this shop some time in the summer, seeing that a location recently opened in North Park! The location that my friends and I went to is located in between Seven Grand and Gelati & Peccati. Parking here is quite horrendous especially during lunch/dinner rush hours and the weekends. There's only street parking (not sure if they were also paid or not...) or prepaid lot parking. I got their 2 scoop ice cream (Cookies 'n Dream and Cookie D'ough) with a classic Chocolate Chip Cookie in a cup. My boyfriend and I shared, and the cookie was relatively sweet; sweeter than I like it, but super warm and delicious with the ice cream. My friend got their 2 scoop ice cream (Cookie D'ough and Dreamweaver) with a brookie (I believe Chocolate Chunk). Hers was crazy sweet with the amount of chocolate in hers LOL but it was perfect for her as she loves sweets. She had quite a difficult time finishing it though, haha! My boyfriend and I came another time during National Cookie Day where they were having a cookie deal for members of a free classic cookie and $1 deluxe cookie. I asked the worker if I could do both deals, and he mentioned we had to do both which I wasn't aware but worked out! I tried ordering via app but didn't get the reward in my app, and when the worker tried to find me in store, I wasn't found.... Kind of weird as I've had the app for a while. But nevertheless, the worker was nice enough to let me get the deal! I got their seasonal of Strawberry Cheesecake Classic and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Deluxe. Both were delicious! Still super sweet but a great deal with the promotion to satisfy my sweet tooth hehe. I didn't taste much of the strawberry or cheesecake in the cookie which was kind of disappointing but thankfully it was the classic cookie over a deluxe. Overall, this cookie chain was relatively good as their cookies will usually be warmed up when purchasing, and the flavors are really good. The only downside was my lack of sweet tooth so I found them a bit too sweet.

Very welcoming indeed !!! Good selection of cookies

Nice and warm peanut butter cookies. I just wish I had a cup of green tea. Service was so informative of their cookies. My daughter and I truly enjoyed sharing this large yummy warm good size cookie. Nice and clean !!! I got so excited I forgot to take a pic of my cookie :( Do give them a try

Great selection of cookies and ice cream

I love the selection of cookies here. There is a choice of classic and deluxe cookies. Along with ice cream. I can tell you the cookies are fresh. Not only are they soft but you can tell that they constantly bake new cookies as needed. They serve the cookies right from the oven that can be accessed from both sides. So guaranteed freshness. The lady was nice at the register, answering my questions about everything. The colors of the store are great neutral color and a few photos framed on the wall.

We had just gotten out of a concert and were looking for a treat, and to our surprise this place was open until 3 a.m! The ice cream scoops and cookie are huge! We ordered the two scoop option with a chocolate chip cookie, and it was more than enough to share. The cookie was served warm and tasted absolutely delicious. The gentleman there was nice and everyone seemed to be having a good time. Somewhat difficult to find parking.

Love this cookie chain! This was always such a treat in college and I love that there is now one soo close to me. It's a cute little shop and the workers have been nice every time I've gone. Their cookies can be pretty sweet for my teeth, but I always love the Double Chocolate Mint. They warm the cookies up every time for you and it makes every bite gooey and delicious! Perfect place to stop when you need some dessert especially late at night

    Terrible service

I had a terrible experience. I ordered through postmates because I was not able to make it to the store. This store has their own delivery drivers so it's not postmates fault. But the last time I ordered I had a great experience so I ordered again but to give as a gift. Mind you the cookies are not cheap. the order took a hour longer than the estimated time. so I called the store the employee who answered was so unprofessional. I asked for an update and he said I was wondering who is going to take them. And kept laughing and said they were still at the store and he would call me back to find a driver to deliver them. He never called so I called back. Another employee answered thank god he was a good night manager or whatever And gave me updates on my order and apologized for the previous employees behavior. for him apologizing I wasn't going to make a fuss but then I opened the box. $38 down the drain and a crap gift.

i swear the workers at this place deserve a million dollars. ty for the snickerdoodles my guy u r so amazing

I'm so lucky to have grabbed the last Kouign Amann for that day! The bread pastries were soft and buttery - they are good without heating them up, but I highly recommend waiting until you get home to heat them up! They taste that much better, especially for the Kouign Amann. You can really taste the salt in the cookie - I didn't mind it, but to some I'd imagine it may be a hair too salty. No indoor seating, and limited covered outdoor seating. Most people just take it to-go. It is true that the to-go line is likely the better move, as parking in this area can be a bit tough. Lots of chocolate and I think they added toffee in it too. The middle section had pistachio frangipane (or it looked like it) with coarsely chopped pistachios that brought another layer of crunch! Then to top it all off, it had pistachio cream on top of the cookie! I only wish I got another one. CAPPUCCINO It was okay. But love the foam! It was frothy and foamy! PAVLOVA The meringue was a bit too hard and too sweet and the pastry cream was overwhipped. Loved the fresh fig and blueberries though. I was looking forward to eating pavlova and this was very disappointing! KOUIGN AMANN Very buttery and sticky! Crispy on the outside. Every bite was not dry, but chewy. There was this sticky and chewy texture that wasn't unpleasant, yet it wasn't fully flaky like a croissant. But glad it was not dry! The kouign amann was not as tall like others I've tried, but I preferred it this way because it was not dry. The last kouign amann I had from Bread Lounge was dryyyy. But bought mine at a coffee shop too. PAIN AU CHOCOLAT Crispy on the outside, but I must have toasted a bit more, so the outside was a bit more toasted than desired. Inside was good. Good dark chocolate. BUTTER CROISSANT Really buttery, flaky, crispy! Ate it next day, so reheated it in the toaster oven to bring a more crispness all around. Really enjoyed this! Adding butter and jam is so good! LEMON MERINGUE Meringue had a strong eggy smell and flavor, the lemon was tangy, but not enough to rid of the eggy smell and flavor. The tart was hard and almost stale. I took a few bites and threw the rest out. PAIN SUISSE Chocolate flavor. Crispy on the outside, fluffy like a light spongy cake inside. Enjoyed this! CUSTOMER SERVICE Got there early afternoon. There was only one person in front of me. Good service overall. Quick service. Hits and misses of the various pastries I've tried. It will not deter me from trying their pastries though, as the really good ones were really good! Would love to return! Especially for that Choco Chip Pistachio Cookie!
