    Let's get some!

Nothing beats a warm, freshly baked cookie after a late-night out in North Park! Insomnia Cookies serves up a whole assortment of cookies, ice cream and brownies. When it comes to cookies, it's all about texture! Insomnia focuses on serving warm cookies with crispy edges, and a soft gooey center- chef's kiss! Truly, masters of their craft! We ordered an assortment of six cookies- (3) chocolate chunk, (1) peanut butter chip, (1) white chocolate macadamia, and (1) salted caramel deluxe. They were all divine! Service was exceptional! Prices are a bit high! But if I'm being honest, everything in San Diego is overpriced! Just sayin... Overall, the vibe was lively and bustling with people lined outside the shop! We will definitely be back for some more!

Late night cravings in San Diego? Say less If you haven't hit up Insomnia Cookies, you're seriously missing out. This spot is built for those after-hours sweet tooth moments--serving warm, gooey cookies and ice cream combos until as late as 3AM ‍ Picture this: fresh-baked chocolate chunk cookies, still soft and melty, paired with cold ice cream for the perfect late-night vibe. Whether you're out with friends, studying late, or just need a midnight pick-me-up, this place delivers--literally. Their cookies show up warm, which honestly hits different They've got all the classics (snickerdoodle, sugar, double chocolate) plus deluxe flavors, vegan & gluten-free options, and even cookie ice cream sandwiches that go crazy San Diego nights just got sweeter

This was my first time going to an insomnia cookies. I really enjoy the options in the variety that was presented. I would definitely go back to an insomnia cookies in the future. They were a very tasty, sweet treat.

The cookies here are really good, offering an assortment of classic flavors as well as 'deluxe' cookies. They are served warm in "pizza" style boxes and offer gluten free and Vegan options so they are great as a treat for your work team! Service is quick and friendly. My wife and I like to order ahead online so it's ready for us when we arrive! I would encourage anyone to give them a try if you haven't yet!

My friends and I randomly stopped by this shop some time in the summer, seeing that a location recently opened in North Park! The location that my friends and I went to is located in between Seven Grand and Gelati & Peccati. Parking here is quite horrendous especially during lunch/dinner rush hours and the weekends. There's only street parking (not sure if they were also paid or not...) or prepaid lot parking. I got their 2 scoop ice cream (Cookies 'n Dream and Cookie D'ough) with a classic Chocolate Chip Cookie in a cup. My boyfriend and I shared, and the cookie was relatively sweet; sweeter than I like it, but super warm and delicious with the ice cream. My friend got their 2 scoop ice cream (Cookie D'ough and Dreamweaver) with a brookie (I believe Chocolate Chunk). Hers was crazy sweet with the amount of chocolate in hers LOL but it was perfect for her as she loves sweets. She had quite a difficult time finishing it though, haha! My boyfriend and I came another time during National Cookie Day where they were having a cookie deal for members of a free classic cookie and $1 deluxe cookie. I asked the worker if I could do both deals, and he mentioned we had to do both which I wasn't aware but worked out! I tried ordering via app but didn't get the reward in my app, and when the worker tried to find me in store, I wasn't found.... Kind of weird as I've had the app for a while. But nevertheless, the worker was nice enough to let me get the deal! I got their seasonal of Strawberry Cheesecake Classic and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Deluxe. Both were delicious! Still super sweet but a great deal with the promotion to satisfy my sweet tooth hehe. I didn't taste much of the strawberry or cheesecake in the cookie which was kind of disappointing but thankfully it was the classic cookie over a deluxe. Overall, this cookie chain was relatively good as their cookies will usually be warmed up when purchasing, and the flavors are really good. The only downside was my lack of sweet tooth so I found them a bit too sweet.

Very welcoming indeed !!! Good selection of cookies

Nice and warm peanut butter cookies. I just wish I had a cup of green tea. Service was so informative of their cookies. My daughter and I truly enjoyed sharing this large yummy warm good size cookie. Nice and clean !!! I got so excited I forgot to take a pic of my cookie :( Do give them a try

Great selection of cookies and ice cream

I love the selection of cookies here. There is a choice of classic and deluxe cookies. Along with ice cream. I can tell you the cookies are fresh. Not only are they soft but you can tell that they constantly bake new cookies as needed. They serve the cookies right from the oven that can be accessed from both sides. So guaranteed freshness. The lady was nice at the register, answering my questions about everything. The colors of the store are great neutral color and a few photos framed on the wall.

Love this cookie chain! This was always such a treat in college and I love that there is now one soo close to me. It's a cute little shop and the workers have been nice every time I've gone. Their cookies can be pretty sweet for my teeth, but I always love the Double Chocolate Mint. They warm the cookies up every time for you and it makes every bite gooey and delicious! Perfect place to stop when you need some dessert especially late at night

We had just gotten out of a concert and were looking for a treat, and to our surprise this place was open until 3 a.m! The ice cream scoops and cookie are huge! We ordered the two scoop option with a chocolate chip cookie, and it was more than enough to share. The cookie was served warm and tasted absolutely delicious. The gentleman there was nice and everyone seemed to be having a good time. Somewhat difficult to find parking.

    Terrible service

I had a terrible experience. I ordered through postmates because I was not able to make it to the store. This store has their own delivery drivers so it's not postmates fault. But the last time I ordered I had a great experience so I ordered again but to give as a gift. Mind you the cookies are not cheap. the order took a hour longer than the estimated time. so I called the store the employee who answered was so unprofessional. I asked for an update and he said I was wondering who is going to take them. And kept laughing and said they were still at the store and he would call me back to find a driver to deliver them. He never called so I called back. Another employee answered thank god he was a good night manager or whatever And gave me updates on my order and apologized for the previous employees behavior. for him apologizing I wasn't going to make a fuss but then I opened the box. $38 down the drain and a crap gift.

i swear the workers at this place deserve a million dollars. ty for the snickerdoodles my guy u r so amazing

We used to come visit here when we come to San Diego. On this summer day - the restaurant doesn't bave any AC on so it made it a bit uncomfortable to enjoy our desert when it is a bit cooler to sit outside. The other thing that got to me was that the men's restroom was out of service so they did not announce it or anything but the women's bathroom was to be used by both genders but it was crowded so a bit uncomfortable. Service wise we got our deserts and the deserts are still very delicious. We were a larger party and they were able to accommodate and get all of our orders correctly.
