Oh man, I hate doing this, but what I have experienced at "Integrity 1st" is ANYTHING BUT integrity. My wife left a review a week ago detailing the issues. I STILL do not have my truck back and now they want MORE $. I have wasted hours on the phone with them going round and round. I have talked to Yusuf Khan (the supposed VP), Sam - District Mgr, and Dave - Store Mgr. After they sent my truck to a dealer and brought it back because the dealer said that the engine needed to be replaced, Yusuf Khan called me profusely apologizing and repeatedly saying that they would take care of us and fix my truck at NO COST TO US, that it was only right. In that conversation we explicitly talked about not just removing the glow plug that had broken off in the engine, but putting in new glow plugs and the 3 new fuel injectors. Two days ago, (12/20) Yusuf Khan (the supposed VP) called changing his tune. After listening to him talk literally uninterrupted for 25 minutes I had to interrupt when he said that we would now need to pay $2900 to get my truck back. When I reminded him of what he said before, that they would "fix my truck at NO COST TO US", he told me he never said that. My wife and I sat there in unbelief. He mentioned in a previous conversation that they record all calls that go through the shop, so we asked him to go back and listen to the recording on certain days, because while that conversation may have been on his cell phone, there were others with the store manager and district manager that were on the store phone where they both repeated what Yusuf Khan said, that our truck would be fixed including the glow plugs and fuel injectors at NO COST TO US. (Most of our conversations have been from their cell phones, but also a few from their store phone.) He said he would go back and listen and then call us the next day. When the next day came (12/21), Yusuf did NOT call us, but instead had his district manager Sam call us. We asked Sam if they went back and listened to the recording and he said they did. When my wife repeated what Yusuf, Sam and Dave all said at different times, Sam did not refute her and in fact said that their "Legal" wouldn't let us listen to it when we asked to listen to the recordings (makes you wonder what they are trying to hide). During this conversation with Sam we again went back and forth over what amount of $ they wanted us to pay to get my truck fixed. In this delineation we were now being asked to pay for the cylinder head gasket (2 of them) on top of the glow plugs & fuel injectors. In one back and forth Sam goes from saying he's not going to charge us labor, but yet the total price is the same as before! After almost an hour on the phone we ask Sam to go back to his boss with our offer to pay $1100 (the amount for the 3 fuel injectors) and call us tomorrow. The Last Straw Today 12/22, I have really exhausted all patience that I have. When you see people on the news do stupid stuff I imagine that it was probably crap like this that must've pushed them over the edge. That will not be me, but I am done messing with these people that have shown themselves to not act with what their name claims they have. Today, I had to call Sam. He is now telling us that the head gaskets they ordered did not come with the cover and that they will not fit on my truck. So now they must order new valve covers that come with the gaskets. Now he can't tell me when those parts will be in, when my truck will finally be fixed, and guess what... I'm going to need to pay more money! And if I don't then they will start charging me Storage Fee's until I pay for it and come get it! THIS is the kind of company "Integrity 1st" is. BEWARE. If you have a business you SHOULD have integrity, but if your freaking name is INTEGRITY, then you better make sure you do! They have had my truck since the day before Thanksgiving (5 weeks) as of this review. As I explained to them a week ago, my family needed my truck to drive to Tyler to see family for Christmas - not gonna happen. We'll figure it out, but no thanks to them. read more

We had a horrible experience at the Wylie location. We spoke to Yusuf & Sam, who are over the whole Integrity 1st conglomerate. They damaged my husbands truck, told us they would take care of whatever was needed at no cost to us. Then they retracted. They performed unauthorized work on the truck as evidenced by our invoice that clearly says "pending authorization" next to each line item. They then expected us to pay for all the unauthorized work and wanted us to sign a disclaimer that we wouldn't seek any legal action against them. We refused to sign, they refused to release the vehicle despite us willing to pay in full. It got so bad we had to get Wylie PD involved in order to get our vehicle back. We now have the vehicle in our possession but today everyone they know left a bad review on my husbands business. They have never been a customer of my husbands! We spoke to our lawyer who said this is considered harassment and is a criminal charge. We told Sam their reviews need to come down or we will seek legal recourse. They have yet to take them down! I would think twice about doing business with this company. They are very unethical and have ZERO integrity! read more

My car was not driving well. This is the explanation that I was able to give Matt at Integrity. All of a sudden, it's like I could not control my car. Matt was so patient with me. He said do you need us to come tow the car, I said no, I will drive it in. He said be careful and call us if you need us to come pick you up. I drove me car in. I explained that without my car, I cannot work. They immediately began looking into what was wrong with my car. Turns out that the communication system in my car was malfunctioning and Matt and his team discovered that there was a recall issued. Matt called the dealership and handled the entire transaction including taking the car to and from the dealership. The cost for this work would have been $4,000 but Matt told me about the recall and took care of me. INTEGRITY 1ST AUTOMOTIVE has lived up to their name. We bring our three cars to them and have yet to be disappointed. i recommend Integrity 1st Automotive to anyone who is looking for an honest shop with reasonable pricing and a great team of employees. read more

I'm glad I was referred by a friend to INTEGRITY 1ST AUTOMOTIVE at Independence & Parker Rd in Plano. My car had hot air coming from the AC & the battery light was RED. I went to the place where I bought the battery recently, & they told me the battery was fine, but the alternator had gone out. I called INTEGRITY 1ST AUTOMOTIVE for an estimate, which was quickly emailed to me. It was comparable to another place I used recently. But the other place could not do the work until the following week, AND they don't provide transportation home, or come pick you up when finished. INTEGRITY fixed my car the same day, and they UBER YOU HOME, & BACK! Turned out it only needed a new alternator belt, & they were honest about it. I have lived in Plano for 20 years in the same house. I knew about Integrity-1st Automotive from their first day on Independence and Parker Road, but I never gave them a try for my auto maintenance issues...until now. The guys behind the counter, Greg and Brandon, were super nice and very professional. They answered all my questions with courtesy and expertise. I needed my headlamp bulbs replaced on my Toyota Highlander, and I found out that the dealership wanted a lot more money to do the work than my neighborhood Integrity-1st Automotive tquoted, so they got the job! The work was completed in a couple of hours, and the shop was so close to home (less than a mile away). Guess who will be doing my next oil change? Not the dealership! When setting up my appointment, the advisor asked me some questions to make sure they had the right information and booked me for the correct services. I went to Integrity 1st yesterday for the first time to have my car inspected. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is an old car with several miles and I told them I suspected there was a problem with the exhaust system. When they put the car up to do a visual inspection of the exhaust, they found the problem along with another issue that was a major safety concern. They sent an estimate along with pictures. They were very understanding and sympathetic when I told them it probably wasn't worth investing much in the car at this point. I was very surprised when I picked up the car and was informed there was no charge for their time! They offered thoughts about options for the car and were very kind. I brought my car in for an inspection, only to have them tell me I didn't actually need one for the next 10 months (I'm new to Texas). I figured I might as well get my oil changed while I'm there, and they had it done in about 15-20 minutes. When I got out to my car, I realized they had also corrected a low tire pressure alert that I had been ignoring, as well as filled up my windshield wiper fluid. They did not tell me they did those things, nor did they charge me for the windshield washer fluid. I have no idea if their prices are competitive (I know next to nothing about cars), Highly recommended this place, awesome service and friendly atmosphere. read more

I stopped by to get an inspection done over the weekend. Absolutely love that I have this shop so close to home. Clean and super friendly people- I could sit here all day and chit chat with them. As I waited for them to do their thing I observed their interaction with the other customers, some were very knowledgeable about cars and etc so that tells me this is a place that their customers TRUST. David has great customer service skills, very helpful and went the extra mile to help me. My husband and I needed some testing done on our vehicle and David and his team was able to get me an answer in minutes. Had my car fixed and on the road within 2 hours of bringing it in. I stopped at the Integrity location off Independence earlier this week to see if they could help me locate a motor for my driver's side mirror that had stopped working. Kyle Shelton was super nice and helpful from the moment I walked in. He checked out the mirror and determined I didn't need a new motor after all. He was able to fix it in no time! I was so happy and relieved that I wouldn't have to order an entire side mirror. I really appreciated his honesty, competence, and sincere willingness to help me. Excellent experience. Pricing was transparent and convenient. Dealership quoted over double the price and included a completely unnecessary repair. Integrity fixed what was necessary to get me going again and recommended the timing of future maintenance. Long story, but basically, they tried to save me money with one direction but ended up having to go a different direction and just ate the cost difference because it exceeded their quote. I have been going back to Robert for ALL my car repairs since he fixed a broken pully/flywheel on my Hyundai, 6 months ago. All their work is accurately diagnosed the 1st time, parts & labor rates below the competition, and, he can usually get your car back to you same day if in by 2pm!! I needed a state inspection at the last minute, called based on neighbors' recommendations. I called at 12pm, made a 12:30 appointment, and was done by 1pm.
