After switching to a tablet based system (paperless) my account was mistakenly dropped from all future service appts. Once Clarence (owner) became aware of this situation he called and arranged an immediate appointment to address the return of spiders and ants. Believe me, if you miss your quarterly treatment those little buggers are back in a flash!! Been meaning to write this review, but been busy with getting settled in. Here goes... upon moving into our new place we've found bed bugs that was left behind by the previous owner. Previous owner had hired Integrity Pest Control to do the extermination prior to our move in. However, bed bugs are crazy to get rid of with just one treatment. Tell me why a company named "Integrity" Which means to be honest tells me that I have rat droppings in my attic that they can see from just opening the attic access... but when I called another company to get the job done they see nothing... no rat droppings, no signs of rats in my attic at all, they even took pics and showed me!! We had a problem with what we call ants. They are actually much smaller. We had to locate everything off our counter tops on to the island. I started to see mites around my windows on the outside of my house and a few mouse dropping in the garage. I contacted Integrity and they were able to come out right away and give me options. I went with a quarterly service to make sure our house is protected. Clarence was super informative and helpful. He explained that this is a family owned business which I like. He told me the spray he uses was plant based which made me happy since we have a little one to think about. I haven't seen any mites since he sprayed. Our rat/mouse abatement was not a good experience. Initially, the company visited us, collected our money, then promised rat/mouse irradiation. Entry points to our attic were missed, and the rodents returned. The technician just set more traps (something we can do ourselves for less than $500). Returning only once a month allowed the rats to populate the attic even more. When I called again, I was told the contract expired, and we were done. Now, we are in search, once again, of a company that can ACTUALLY keep the rats out of our attic. Nice people, but I don't believe the experience and knowledge is there. :( read more

Where do I begin? I've been meaning to leave a review weeks ago but with a very sick dog I haven't had the time or head space.. I first contacted integrity pest control a month ago with a really bad ant, roach and spider issue due to the humid hot weather! Cody came out and treated the house. He was very professional and had a very kind demeanor. He was honest with me and without me even asking for a 2nd treatment, he said he wanted to come back in a couple weeks due to the bad pest issues I was having and wanted to make sure there were no eggs going forward. I was very impressed. Clarence the owner called to make sure everything went ok and due to the crazy schedule and being slightly behind that day, he offered me an additional 30 days to my 90 day guarantee. That's a 120 day guarantee! Two weeks into it, I noticed lots of bugs again and without hesitation Clarence came out the following day and addressed my issue. No questions asked! He is such a kind person with a good soul that cares about his clients, their satisfaction and will go above and beyond to keep his customers happy.. He called multiple times to follow up and make sure everything went ok and that I was happy with the service and outcome. I saw dead roaches piling up day after day after he left and that made me thrilled!! Lol ..his treatment was working perfectly! Unfortunately during the summer months, our pest problem is very bad! So after a month, I called the office to have them come out again and spoke to a very nice receptionist. She was so sweet and within minutes set up a time and day for Cody to come out. Within two days, Cody came out with a stronger more potent solution. To top it off, it's pet friendly!! Yes! Safe for your fur baby's! This level of customer service is very rare! He's honest and I really respect that. Most companies I called were so quick to try and take advantage of my lack of knowledge in the cost and process of pest control. Knocking down spider webs and treating the entire property including my dreaded mailbox full of earwigs. Tenant complained about them and they are now gone. They quoted me a good competitive price over the phone, and they came out the same day. The rep, Steve, called to confirm the appointment, and he was on-time. Steve was clean, courteous and had the job done in about 30 minutes. Two weeks later, I received a follow-up call from the office wanting to make sure I was satisfied with my service. I can honestly say that good customer service is getting harder to come by these days. Having an insect infestation is EXTREMELY stressful. I called Integrity Pest so they can help me get a jump start on the ants that find their way inside my house during the summer. I've had a couple of ants doing some recon work lately so I figured it was only a matter of days or weeks until I see the conga line of ants making their way through my kitchen and trash can. I was able to get an early appointmet for the day after I called for a quote. I was quoted $130 for exterior and interior treatment which also includes a 90 day warranty that covers re-treatment if necessary. I mentioned the Yelp deal and was told that I would only get a 30 day warranty for the Yelp deal. I went with the full price for the 90 day coverage which to me was worth the extra money to be covered for the additional months. The treatment Integrity used also works on roaches, spiders and silverfish. Steve showed up the next day, on time and ready to kill it, literally. He took care of spider webs around the house and got to work fast. Steve was nice, courteous, and informative. He was thourough and done in about an hour. I was worried about my dog being exposed to the pesticides and was told by Steve that they use a water/plant based chemical that once it dries should be safe for pets so well see. This review is for the service and I will update in a couple weeks to review the effects the pesticides had. So far, Integrity has met my expectations. Just in shock about how this company has these reviews. A complete comedy of ineptitude since my very first interaction with this company. I had my first appointment scheduled with them on August 18th in the morning. Nobody showed up. I called and reached Clarence who apologized and came immediately to do the treatment. "I don't know what happened but I'll find out" (sounds a lot like his response to a few other missed appointment reviews on here). Well Clarence, you might want to find out. At that service, he told me that in the November service, a deeper treatment would be done into the ground because it would be softer and would be really effective. In late September, we still had a lot of spiders so we called and they came out to do another spraying on our request without problem. So, our November 18 treatment --- still having the same issues, a person shows up and does a regular service. In and out in 10 minutes - no special "deeper treatment" into the ground. I called and left a voicemail that same afternoon saying that I understood there would be a more thorough treatment and that wasn't done. Never received a phone call or response. Still seeing spiders and bugs, and not hearing anything, on February 15th I called and finally got ahold of Clarence. He said they were closed because it is Presidents Day, to which I told him that I didn't want to use their company anymore since they had already gone 0/2 in their services and it was time for another treatment, I would find somebody else. Clarence pleaded with me to come out anyway immediately and do the treatment. Reluctantly, I allowed him to come out and he did the same spraying treatment. Today, only 19 days later, we have a lot of small bugs in and around our patio door. Yelp says this company is open from 7am-7pm on Saturday. I called at 3pm and nobody answered so I left a voicemail. (The phone service indicated they were open...."press 1 for residential, press 2 for business.."). No response by 4:30pm so I called again. Nobody answered so I emailed the email address on the yellow receipt Clarence gave me 19 days ago, support@myintegritypest.com. Which bounced as undeliverable. Then, I called the phone number on the yellow invoice from 19 days ago --- 951.677.3300. THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALED IS OUT OF SERVICE. So, I went back and called the number from Yelp/Website again (where I had left a voicemail and called both at 3:00 and 4:30). This time, it says "We are currently closed" and refers me to send an email to "frontdesk@myintegritypest.com". I forwarded my email to them; but I don't think a company can do a worse job of being reachable, meeting commitments, or controlling pests (and that is their job). Clarence, you're a really nice guy and I hate to have to write this, but this is just too bad to ignore. read more

This review is a couple of months late, but well worth the review. Clarence at Integrity Pest did a superb job at my house and great customer service. The first night we stayed in the new place we moved into we heard a lot scratching and running around inside the walls. That happened for 3 days in a row until we started calling pest control companies. Clarence was the only one that would come and inspect the issue free of charge so we went him. Clarence came and figured out the little critters were getting in through a small vent on the roof, closed it up and haven't had problems since.
