With the cost of groceries, gas, and dining out continuing to climb, people are looking for a place where they can get a good meal without spending a fortune. This place fits the bill. If you come before 4:00 p.m. on a weekday, lunch is around $15. That's about what you'd spend on a burger, fries, and a drink at some fast-food chains these days, except here you get an entire buffet with plenty of choices. The salad bar is well stocked and includes fresh fruit. They also have sushi rolls and nigiri. Is it sushi restaurant quality? No. But considering that one specialty roll at a sushi restaurant can cost $12-$16 by itself, it's a nice bonus. My favorite item is fried chicken. It's crispy, flavorful, and consistently juicy. I would gladly pay the lunch price just for the chicken. They also serve a very good pot roast, meaty pork ribs, and on Fridays they have a surprisingly good rib roast. Those are just a few of the highlights because there are plenty of other dishes to choose from. As for the staff, most of the employees appear to be young and may be working their first job. The cooks aren't trying to be gourmet chefs, they focus on preparing the buffet items well, and overall, they do a good job keeping the food coming despite how busy the restaurant gets. If you're looking for a fine dining experience prepared by professionally trained chefs, this probably isn't the place for you. But if your goal is to enjoy a wide variety of good food at a price that's hard to beat in today's economy, this buffet is definitely worth a visit. It's what you would expect from an AYCE buffet like this. It's maybe on par with the likes of Golden Corral or Hometown Buffet (from back in the day). The highlight things to eat may be the made-to-order Mongolian BBQ where you load up your bowl with veggies, protein (chicken, pork, shrimp, beef, etc), noodles, and seasonings. Hand it over to the staff cook and they hand you a pager to notify you when done. The other food highlight may be the Japanese sushi area. While not the highest quality of ingredients, it was still decent for the price of the buffet and the fact that there's a staff member making the sushi rolls consistently rather than just leaving a bunch out in a tray to get old and dry. Definitely might be an even better deal as a lunch AYCE option. But for dinner it's still nice to go to.

The tables are numbered so it's easy to know where we sit and where we have to go if it gets busy. Utensils are all plastic or one time use, no more checking if the forks are clean! The plates and bowls are still the reusable ones which is what I prefer for getting food. They have a popcorn machine (also a hit or miss in taste and freshness). For food: The crab legs are served cold and their butter is super yellow (it's most likely butter flavored oil). Bbq Ribs are good, served in single ribs, nice bbq flavor. Chicken skewers are still tender and flavorful, will keep having these! Chicken wings (fresh) are soooo juicy and crispy! They have chicken tenders but I didn't try them. No crab Rangoon or sesame balls unfortunately. Baked mussels taste just the same, great creamy sauce on chewy mussels. Coconut shrimp is fried with sweet creamy mayo sauce, it doesn't have coconut shredding so I love it. Beef stirfry is actually great, it had peppers and mushrooms, but the beef is tender (sometimes not so hit or miss). Wow....This was some of the worst slop I have ever had... I truly mean this. The place is a pig sty, the staff are a bunch of lazy dirty pigs, and the food is horrible. I came to this dump about an hour and a half before closing. The food that was displayed was old and they never replenished the food that had been empty. So you basically ate what they had left. I wasted 12.00 dollars and only had one plate that i took three or four bites. Go to this place if you want a good case of diarrhea or salmonella... Disgusting. Everything tasted artificial. Even the ice cream was fake! It tasted like ice and flavoring, and no milk/cream. The sushi was warm and lacked variety. The problem is definitely the sushi--some of the fish was incredibly old, some of it was stale. Most meat was a bit dry and overcooked (or maybe just not all that fresh) but they have a good variety out and the taste isn't bad for a buffet. Service is quick, you can order online, walk in, or by phone. They have a nice big dining area with lots of seating if you plan on dining in. Parking is located in front in a medium sized plaza.

The food is consistently great. We ordered the large coconut lemongrass soup, comes in a hot pot, spicy level mild, with chicken. Mild was mild and the pieces of chicken chunky. Always delicious. 5/5. Three in my party on a hot humid Tuesday afternoon. This is the first time we were seated in the new addition next to the original dining room...the room is spacious..., the wall mural interesting. Not a fan of the exposed large air-conditioner unit placed next to a table, one table away from ours, especially since it was doing a B-minus job of cooling the room, it was still humid and warm....tolerable....especially whe the window shades were lowered by staff to help with the temp. So " A " for effort, but crank up the AC please. The standing unit isn't covering the whole room. We each ordered from the lunch special menu. It was all yum. Food is consistently good...And the service and servers, also consistently good. Definitely go celebrate a birthday here, the free thermos/water bottle was a delightful surprise...thank you to my friend who knew about the special occasion ...5/5 for the extra happiness.

Very disappointing experience, especially for the price…read more We spent about $250, and the food did not match that level at all. The parrillada was very chewy and hard to eat. The calamari was just okay, nothing special. The shrimp was the only thing that was actually good. The crab soup was around $30, which is extremely overpriced for what it was -- definitely not worth it. Service was lacking as well. We ordered several dishes and specifically asked for a non-spicy sauce, but it never came. They didn't follow up or fix it. The restaurant is in a shopping center and feels more like a casual lunch spot, so the pricing was surprising and didn't match the quality or experience. I still left a 15% tip, but overall, it wasn't worth it.
