The food is ok, no roast duck, BBQ pork, roast pork, beef chow fun, wonton noodle those classic Chinese food, a few selections of sushi rolls, and the Mexican chef doing the Mongolian part took care all the Mexican customers' plates before mine, even the ones behind me got their plates done ahead of me, unlike what he did to all the Mexican customers' plates, all he did to mine was just pour out food to the pan and leave them there, didn't even flip the food once, definitely discriminate. The service was below average, the waitress wouldn't pour water, she just brought the pot over and told us we got to do it ourselves. We paid $30 per person and this was all we got. Very disappointed I will never come back again.

Food is all good, so many choices to pick from, sushi and the grill too. Greetings from all who work there, fast clean up on tables, deserts and ice cream too! Plenty of room for big parties too! We enjoyed the food and folks! (Hint go early so u see all the Freshness of the food and less traffic... We went during lunch time, cannot wait next time for Dinner time) Thank you ...

Our first time at Gold Hibachi Buffet. We attended a graduation party on a Saturday held in a private room in the back that seats over 100 people. The graduation party was held from 4pm to 9pm. They served dinner buffet. The private room also has a projector and live band. The food options at Gold Hibachi Buffet was plentiful. Starting with the drinks they offered Thai Milk Tea, Olong Milk Tea and Passion Milk Tea along with other fountain drinks. They also offer several flavors of ice cream. As for the main dishes they offer different types of seafood with both crabs and crab legs, shrimp, prawns and fish to name a few and shrimp tempura. They also have a good selection of sushi, fruits and vegetable salad. They offer both beef and chicken dishes along with soups and sweet and meat buns like siopao. Its very busy on a Saturday as the place is packed. Lots of tables and chairs on the main floor. There's also another room on the left side of the buffet when you came in through the doors. I noticed the food disappears fast. Replenishment of food also goes out on the trays quickly. Great staff! The workers are also quick to pick up enmity plates. We don't mind visiting Gold Hibachi Buffet again when we are on this side of town.

Food here was good and delicious. Nothing much to say here just because when my family and I visited this Buffet it was just good and delicious and that everything was cooked perfectly. I would only say that their All You Can Drink Thai Tea Drink was just not so good. Just needs a little bit more sweetness. Hopefully they can add some boba as well, now that would be a PLUS for me! The service was fast and efficient and the staffs were so welcoming when we entered the front doors. The ambiance itself was nice and beautiful. They added new light fixtures and it looked like this place was a High-class buffet lol. It wasn't too noisy but it was good because there wasn't that much people yet when we arrived. Would definitely recommend this place if you're into AYCE Buffets.

Asian buffet with typical choices. I like the coconut shrimp and the baked crab shell. The desserts were not labeled though. Too risky for people with food allergies. All in all an ok experience. Thank you!

It's what you expect from an all you can eat seafood buffet. Good selection. Decent service. Clean facilities. Price was okay. They have a hibachi bar where you can put together your own noodle plate and they will cook it for you right there on the flat grill. I thought it was cool that they had Thai Tea on tap and include unlimited drinks with your meal. They also had a large ice cream selection that was pretty decent. We were invited here for a birthday and they played a bday song over the speakers and brought out an angel food cake with a candle. Nothing really wowed me but I would come here again if invited.

Best time is Lunchtime, very welcoming customer service, good pick up service , good food choices. Enough space for a large group. Don't forget if you're a senior get your senior discount. Remember, Chinese new year is coming, they will be open.

I came here because I needed to wait 2 hours at Costco to get my tires changed. I also needed a place to use the internet so good hibachi buffet was very generous. It's a great place to spend that waiting time plus there's plenty of food. I wish I walked around the whole place because I missed the sushi section. I didn't really stuff myself but I do think the price is justified.

Back in 2012-2016, this was a 3/5 Star buffet with 50% in good quality. Now in 2026, food quality has went up by 80% and is considered 4.5 stars buffet. would recommend trying for price of $30 during lunch. Unlimited drink selection: oooling milk tea, green tea passion fruit, Thai tea (+ soda machine).

Food decent if you don't eat much of one thing if you try a little bit of everything you get a good taste of everything like led the sushi, chicken skewer and the ribs also shrimp was good could do better on the crab and some of fish was oily and salty

Turning off lights with people inside eating!

This location was recently named one of three LA area buffets in the top 150 in the country, based on Google reviews. I've been to a lot of buffets (Chinese and otherwise), and this was near the top, especially based on the price. We came about 30 minutes after its 11 am opening, and the place was already packed with a line waiting to get in. You pay first, getting water and soda cups at checkout (plates are plentiful near the buffet itself). Emmelyn was the check-in associate, and she was joyful and friendly, putting a smile on my wife's face after a stressful drive through LA traffic. We found out that my wife's lunch was free because it was her birthday. Lunch pricing is $15.19 (M-F), minus $1 for seniors and military. Refillable soda is $2.99. It's find your own seating, and we grabbed the first seats we could find. -- being super crowded meant the food was constantly being replenished and kept fresh. It also meant a lot of line (inadvertent) line cutting and careful, slow movements...need to be careful for sure. -- the taste of the food was good, mainly because most things were turning over quickly. However, the selection of dishes wasn't huge, and the soups didn't look too good. -- I focused on the sushi and was satisfied. They had different type simple rolls and nigiri, with soy sauce at each table. They also had a bottle of eel sauce to douse your rolls with more, if you want. Towards the end, discovered a New Zealand green mussel dish in a hot chili sauce, which I took full advantage of. -- the must get is the Mongolian Grill, which dominates the center of the restaurant. There were three types of sliced frozen meat (beef, chicken, pork), a variety of vegetables (including my favorite, baby corn), and various runny sauces that you pour on top when done. Once your bowl is complete, you need to give it to the operator. But here its a bit different: it operates on a unique system that I've only seen here. In the front counter, there are 20 spots where numbered pager sits. Once a person fills up a bowl with raw ingredients, they place it on the next available pager spot, taking the pager with them. Once the food is cooked, the pager goes off. You then exchange the bowl in your spot, with the pager...and the cycle continues. I asked myself what would happen if all 20 pagers were taken, and decided if that happened, you would have to wait since there would be no more space on the grill for your plate anyway. The system worked really well, with all three of us taking advantage of it. Taste wise, I've had better but certainly not for that price. And I just love the efficiency of it all. -- soft serve ice cream was available, and it was very thick and creamy (though a bit off in taste). My wife also mentioned that you can get cotton candy as well. -- Service was good, with an employee in a hostess outfit personally letting us know that she was there to assist us, including getting drinks. She did clear dishes when necessary, but also seemed to be supervising our section. What's interesting is that the same report mentioned King Buffet in Garden Grove, which now seems to be another branch of the Paradise chain. So need to be leery of such reports not being current...but in this case, following its suggestion paid off.

Disclaimer first, i'm a huge fan of chinese style hotpot. Luckily all that shabu offers a selection of broth and sauces. They are true japanese style, so don't expect mala here, even the chili oil is a bit hidden on containers a bit away from the sauce bar. I tried the spicy beef broth, it has miso flavor and slightly tangy undertone. It has heat, but not spicy at all. The spicy pine sauce and wasabi ponzu (the best!) fulfills my search for heat in this place. All the sauces (except sesame sauce) has acidity/tangyness in it. The meat are good quality and very thin so it's ready in just a few dips. The brisket is fatty, and it's my favorite but only at this place thanks to the acidic profile that cuts through the rich fats. The short plate is very thin and tender, the flat iron steak is more lean. The chuck eye is kinda the middle ground. Unfortunately lamb only served as dinner menu. The vegetable and mushrooms bar have adequate variety, but they only have two kinds of tofu which is soft tofu and fried tofu pockets. No beancurds/tofu skin. They have more selection in seafood though. There's ice cream, soda fountain, green tea and black tea, and even buffet food like fried rice and wonton etc. Overall it's a well-priced hotpot for good quality ingredients, with japanese style broths. And the best thing is they accepts solo diners.

I tried it again with my friend the other day because we were in the area. I thought it was just okay and probably wouldn't come back here specifically because there's just a lot of better places, but this isn't bad at all for the price. The inside was huge and dimly lit, and they had a large self serve bar for hot sides, drinks, hot pot toppings like veggies and seafood, sauces, and dessert. It was a great vibe! There's a pretty large variety of broths to pick from which is nice. We both got the spicy beef, which tasted rich and tomatoey so it was different than a typical beef bone broth that I expected! It was nice because the acidity helped to balance with the richness of the meats. Of all the meats, our favorites were the brisket and the beef short plate. Personally I like to know which meats are which but sometimes when I asked, the servers couldn't really tell them apart so it kinda sucked because I wanted to know which ones I actually liked to order more of those. They were quick with taking our orders though and meats came out really quick. For hot sides, they had a large variety of things, such as fried rice, crab, crispy fried chicken, kimchi, and more. I liked that there was variety! I just think that overall, the experience didn't wow me as much as it did back then, but definitely cheaper than most places and so you get what you pay for!

Head to their fried foods section and you'll find pizza, sweet potatoes, sesame balls, egg tarts, and bbq chicken skewers. For soups, enjoy a spicy hot and sour, fish maw and imitation crab, or meat ball soup. They even have shu mai, taro buns, sticky red bean rice, and sticky mushroom rice. I love going to their customizable stir fry line and making my own fried udon with egg, pineapple, garlic, and mushrooms. They have lots of seafood, sushi, and sashimi too from rolls to seaweed salad, crab legs, and more! Need a sweet treat? Don't forget about their chocolate fountain with strawberries and marshmallows, popcorn machine, or chocolate and mango cream cups or cake bites. They even have a fungus soup dessert, lychee, oranges, pineapples, jello, banana pudding, and more! Thanks Kami for a great time. Their focus is on quantity over quality but I appreciate the wide variety and still good food overall!

Been passing by Kami on my way to work for a while, so I finally decided to stop in and check it…read moreout. Overall, it was a pretty standard Chinese buffet experience. There's a solid variety of options, and you can definitely find something to satisfy whatever you're in the mood for. A few of the fruit and sushi items seemed like they may have been sitting out for a bit, which can happen at buffets, but there were still plenty of other choices to enjoy. The Mongolian grill wasn't running during my visit (I believe it's available during dinner hours), so that's something I'd be curious to try next time. The standout for me was actually the soups -- both the hot & sour soup and the miso soup were flavorful and comforting, and I ended up going back for more. Service was fine: nothing over-the-top, but attentive enough to keep things moving smoothly. All in all, it's a decent, no-frills buffet spot. I'd call it a solid 3-star experience, especially if you're nearby and craving variety in one place.

Fuji itself was probably like 40-50% occupied and there was plenty of parking. For $37 (and 20% for seniors on Mon/Tues), I thought it was pretty worth for the amount of food we ate. - Korean rib (grill): thinly cut, tender, and nicely marinated (even when you don't ask for any special sauces). so yummy to eat it fresh off the grill - snow crab: i prefer eating this hot than chilled, and it hit the spot! meaty, sweet crab. they refilled this often - cajun seafood: not too salty! includes mussels, shrimps, thin corn cobs which I actually prefer - crawfish: nicely marinated and tasty but dry meat ); parents said the last time they had this here a month ago it was better - salmon sashimi was also restocked and tasted fresh - Fish maw soup/chowder: both were tasty as well - matcha ice cream: yummm - lots of fresh fruit options: blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, cherries even Other selections are standard and not bad. Dim Sum is unique but usually not done well so I didn't even bother. Chicken feet isn't bad tho Bathrooms could be cleaner and service was slooow. We maybe saw our waiter like 3 times? He only cleared our plates once and he never offered us water refills, which we had to actively flag him down for. It wasn't busy as it was a Monday and we were the only table in that seating area (lower level by the Mongolian grill)

The fried chicken was room temperature, the fries were mushy, the salt and pepper calamari was chewy and cold. The crab legs were the only item that was good, it wasn't overcooked, perhaps that's the benefit of the food not being hot in the buffet. Dishes were cleared but drinks were not refilled. And drinks are in addition to the buffet price. The desserts are sad. Place is clean and large, but not particularly well kept. We will not be coming back.

This time, we ordered the Shrimp with Cashew Nuts and the Beef with Chinese Broccoli. The Shrimp with Cashew Nuts was absolutely delicious, but unfortunately, the Beef with Chinese Broccoli was extremely salty. After just one bite, I honestly couldn't eat any more of it. I have always liked this restaurant and have been coming here frequently over the years. I've enjoyed their lobster several times with my family, and almost every dish I've tried here has been delicious. That's why I was especially disappointed with the Beef with Chinese Broccoli this time, as it was far too salty. Despite that, I still think this is a great place for lunch. Their lunch specials are reasonably priced, the service is always good, and the portions of rice are very generous. One thing I especially appreciate is the complimentary orange slices they serve to every customer after the meal. The oranges are always fresh and sweet, making a nice ending to lunch. One other thing I noticed during this visit was that the restroom now has a new premium hand soap. I don't remember seeing it before, and it was a nice little upgrade that added a touch of luxury hand soap to the overall experience. Overall, I still enjoy coming here and will definitely be back. Hopefully, the kitchen can be a little more careful with the seasoning next time .
