I came to Ken asking if he could repair and how much it would cost. He gave me the cost right away which was $95! Compared to other fix it shop, this was a fraction of the price! I didn't hesitate and asked him if we could change the color of the backing. He had silver available and that's exactly the color we wanted! He told me to come back in a few hours. Which worked out since I had errands to do around there. Came back at 5:00 asked if he finished and he said done! Great with estimation of time and efficient at what he does! He asked if I wanted to change the screen protector for $5. Can't deny that! I also purchased a blue case as well for $5! Total $105! If any of you have a phone that needs fixing, pay Ken a visit! I'm glad this place managed to stay in business though the Covid lockdown. My iPhone 6S started to lose charge capacity fairly rapidly so I needed to get the battery replaced. They were a little busy today so I left my phone and came back a couple of hours later. Works perfectly. Even the replacement battery was fully charged. When I did the changeout for my wife's phone, a few years earlier, needed an Apple store appointment, costed more than twice as much, and a lot of time and effort to back up the phone to the cloud and reinstall (an hour?) from the cloud after the battery replacement. This is the second time I've had this shop replace my battery, the last time being 3 or 4 years ago. So the non-OEM batteries they use here seem to work a long time. My phone was cracked on front and back pretty badly. I decided to go with this store and happily can report they fixed my screen and made it look brand new. They also gave me a screen protector for it and installed it themselves. Unfortunately quickly after getting my phone there was some issues with the screen. I messaged them and they told me to come in the next day. It took 3 hours the first visit and 1 hour to repair the second time. I came to this place a year ago to fix my ipod screen and this place had it perfectly done! So I knew I would come again. And its close to my house and its really cheap. Unfortunately I cracked my iphone 5s today... It wasnt even small crack. Huge! I had to go fix it right away... I came here a little after 8 oclock but it was still opened! They fixed it in less than an hour! You can wait inside or boba shop next to it cuz it takes only 30 mins. Also you get 90 days warranty if you have problem with what you got fixed. Don't waste your money. Just spent $35 to try and fix a loose charge connector. He blew some air in it and said it was fixed. It's not. He plugged a brand new cable into it. Works for short term but if I plug anything else into it, it works maybe 40% of the time, which is exactly how it was when I brought it. It needs a new connector and he does not have the part. I now have to waste more time and money to get it properly fixed somewhere else. read more

Excellent Smartphone repair place. I have used them twice due to convenience of location and speed of repair, and they are great when something goes wrong with your phone and need a quick fix. Prices are cheap, and they usually also advertise deals on yelp, which is pretty awesome. The two times I came here were as follows: 1. Battery replacement - on an iphone 6 this cost $50; however, it is probably cheaper now. I would call beforehand for this. 2. Screen replacement - on an iphone 6. They replaced the screen in half an hour and I had my phone back. They accidentally misplaced the cheap phone case I had on the phone and gave me a new phone case for free. They offer a 30 day warranty on a lot of their repairs, so if you aren't satisfied you can always go back and have them refix or redo the service. Overall, this is the place to go if something is wrong with your smartphone. read more

I broke the glass on my phone 6plus. They said they would replace the LCD for the same price as the glass and I was really glad! When I picked it up, they told me that because my phone was actually dented, they couldn't put the phone back together in a way that it would fit perfectly. I was a little skeptical (thinking maybe they screwed something up), but they gave me a case for free that held everything together and all was fine. The case they gave me was actually comparable to an Otterbox and it really protected it from drops - on a side note, if you are shopping for cases, do check this place out! Nice selection and the prices can't be beat. Fast forward to today - my phone got dropped, came apart (I didn't have the Otterbox type case on anymore) and I went to an authorized Apple store - they wouldn't touch it in that condition. Went to IQ Smartphone, and they said they would try to fix it - if it didn't get fixed, they would not charge me. They were able to fix it and in less time than they thought it would take originally! I came here last year when my phone had water damage. I thought that it was a lost cause... luckily, I found this place on Yelp and decided to check it out. They were amazing! They saved my phone (I honestly thought there was no going back because of how bad the water damage was), but they were able to fix it up for a reasonable price!! So My I Phone was having trouble Charging and Loose the Connection during the Charging Process - Someone told me that the Port was Dirty and Just needed to be Cleaned - So I went into a Cell Phone Place next to the grocery store -They said $ 20.00 - I thought that was too much just to clean out the Port and I remembered someone telling me that the Apple Store will Clean it for FREE - So back at the Office I called the APPLE STORE only to find out and waiting on Hold for like Forever - that I needed to make an Appointment to get to the Appointment to wait for them to see if they could Fix my Phone and then charge me whatever they wanted - I said FORGET IT - So I called ( I thought the Place I was just at ) Come to find out it was KENNY at IQ Down the Street I asked how much to clean the Port and how much if that doesn't fix the problem - KENNY was very nice and easy to talk to - He says $ 10.00 to Clean ! ( I thought GREAT ) and what about if it is something else - He said maybe $ 70-80 I thought well I like the $ 10.00 price better than $ 20.00 so let's start there - I said I will be right over and you are located near Stater Bros. he said NO - I am across from the College on Valley View - So I went there Met KENNY and he said to give him a few minutes to take a look - He tried cleaning but it needed a CABLE ( I guess The wire Connection Port inside the Phone ) He said it would be about $ 60.00 I thought Great that is better than the $ 70-$80 So KENNY Got to work on it while I was able to Sit in his Really COOL Massage Chair - KENNY had it back and working to me in about 20 mins and only Charged me $ 40.00 !
