Hour wait for delivery, the constrainers were crushed and sauce leaking all over the bag and saturated the napkins and utensils. I was in the mood for some upon. Today Sunday at 8:30pm I went to make a order takeout of a sushi salmons rolls and the 2 girls working there, where very rude with me she knew I was waiting on my car almost in front in a place that a could not park and she didn't went outside to say that the order was ready after very long time I went to look for a parking very far to se what was happening with my order and the order was ready. I ask her why she didn't call me when I let her know I was outside and she turned around and ignored like if it's was not with her, the I went home what I surprise!!! They took the ring order!!!!!! This place is horrible. Was there on New Years Day. Arrived when they opened. Ordered sushi, udon noodle soup and curry. They were busy with carry-out, we waited for 40 minutes for our food. When we got our food, she decided to tell us that there was no curry that day!!! WTF! Why didn't she tell us earlier so that we could order a different dish. Sushi tasted like grocery store sushi and the udon soup was pure soy sauce. Stay away! read more

good if what you're looking for is cheap and quick (order at the counter, seat yourself, self service type of place). the food was passable and the fish wasn't great, but it was a good call for our need for healthy + cheap + quick + open really late. despite the just passable food, their fried banana desert was pretty rad. it's on a block of south beach that has a gillion sushi places so if you're looking for better sushi it's pretty easy to go someplace else. read more

This sushi place is horrible! We work across the street from this place and when we order the food it always comes wrong or badly made. Example, we order a terryaki bowl and it literally had 3 small pieces of meat, like a cup of rice and 3 mushrooms. Then, we order sushi another day and the sushi was not cut right so as soon as I picked one up all the others strung along and made a mess! They are so rude when you go back to explain how the food is wrong. They all point the finger at each other and no one takes responsibility, not even the manager. This place is hit or miss. One time I went there, the sushi was pretty fresh, and then another time I went, the tuna smelled/tasted like it had gone bad. Overall, the prices are good, but I never know what quality I will get that day. I just wish it was a little more consistent. read more

There is no way to rate with less than one star. Otherwise, these people deserve the worst possible rating. I have order several times from this places. The sushi is not bad, and the prices are good. But the service is TERRIBLE. The staff is composed by inept people. People taking orders don't speak English, so getting your food to your house is an ordeal. The staff has a very hard time understanding even the most basic requests. The most serious of the problems I had with Iron Sushi is that I am highly allergic to one ingredient and even though I very clearly specified it in my orders, they ignore the request and put it in the orders. They are highly irresponsible and careless about their customers. I have called to make a complain and hoped that they would be able to revise their attitude, and they were very unresponsive. I don't think these people understand that they can cause harm into someones health. Having such an inefficient staff brings down a business that otherwise would be highly valuable for the neighborhood. read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!!!!! I ordered from Iron Sushi through the online ordering option at 12:48pm...it is 2:30pm and the food still has not arrived. Every time I call the receptionist keeps saying that the driver already left and that he's on his way. What is the point of leaving a phone number if the place isn't going to call you to inform you that they're really busy or that the delivery is running late???When I demanded to talk to the manager the receptionist told me that he arrives after 7pm. Came from DC to spend a few of days in Miami. I gooled Sushi and this Horrible Iron Sushi popped up. I am a little confused is it Sushi Spanish taco? This place have zero on what Sushi taste like. I guess you could say that Iron Sushi serves a purpose, and that's when you're in a rush, and don't care what quality sushi is. The fish is sliced so thin a top rice, when you're done with your meal, you're stuffed and bogging down. Can I give a -0 ! I ordered food at 7:30 here for the matter of pure convenience, exhaustion and wanting something fast and as healthy as fast food goes. So I ordered a tofu steak and a roll. I was first told they don't have tofu steak so I replied well I'm reading it right here straight off the menu. Picked up my food 25 minutes later and it still wasn't ready. Got the wrong roll some greasy fried fish that I don't eat. Called the girl told her she gave me the wrong thing n puts me on hold for 5 minutes to take another order.
