Cute little place off the road. Good menu and food was fresh and came out fast. Açaí bowl fresh and yum. Sub sandwich was huge! Definitely sharable. Love their bread they use. Super fresh and soft. Service was good and everyone seems to be enjoying the vibe.

Nothing better than a refreshing açaí bowl after a warm hike along the coast. I love this spot because it has a generous menu and plenty of seating inside. We tried the island vibes açaí bowl that had granola, bananas, strawberries, lilikoi butter, and graham cracker with macadamia crumble. I never had lilikoi butter but it was such a good addition. The fruit was very fresh and the açaí was so refreshing. I asked the staff what their favorite bowl was and I'm so glad they picked this one.

I write this to you from my local New York City coffee shop, the Samurai Champloo soundtrack spinning in my wired apple headphones, a zyn tucked high and tight, and a black coffee blessing my lips. What more could a guy ask for? I'm fresh back in this manic city off of a trip to Maui. What a special place. Polar opposite vibe of New York, but I love both. I NEED both. Island Vibes Cafe became our local cafe/coffee shop to get the day started, as it was a short walk from the Airbnb. These places are special. They become home and give you a little slice of routine while on vacation. I was essentially living off of the Chocolate Peanut Butter Sunrise smoothie ($11) and the Peanut Butter Banana Bagel ($11.50). It was straight fuel for me, no better way to get the day started. I had no cell service in here, and it brought me back to a simpler time when we all weren't so plugged into the outside world. We would all just enjoy each other's company. On mornings when I came alone, I would find myself just sitting with my thoughts. I've been extremely burnt out recently, but found this time alone I was coming up with some great ideas and my battery was actually being recharged. This time forced me to realize how important being "bored" is. It forces you to be creative and think about things that you put off when you are getting blasted with content, videos, and stimuli 24/7. Being bored is a completely lost art in today's world, and I'm grateful to Island Vibes for putting me in a straight jacket and making me bored. I need to be bored more often. Thank God I didn't realize they had wifi until my last day in here lol. On this last day as I walked up to order, the sweet cashier with the cool necklace said "the usual?" What an honor. Island Vibes Cafe is a local coffee and breakfast shop in the Kapalua area of Maui. They are right by the water and located in a small plaza and an even smaller parking lot. They have a variety of offerings: coffee, smoothies, açaí bowls, breakfast burritos, and sandwiches. They also have juices that are freshly pressed. We ordered the island vibes açaí bowl ($15) which was decent and slightly sweet due to the lilikoi butter. We ordered the Cali style burrito ($15) with bacon; we wished the portion size was bigger but we liked the bacon and the salsa was very good. We also got the iced latte ($6.75) that was standard. The interior was spacious and there were a good amount of tables. There was even extra space for people to park their surfboards while they grabbed a coffee or a bite to eat.

Awesome little cafe right in Nāpili right behind Napili bay. Literally 100 feet from the public entrance to the beach. I loved this cute shop!. They sell sandwiches, açaí bowls, coffee, snacks and the best guava cheesecake ever!!!! Also during my stay my goal was to find the best açaí bowl and they won hands down best one!!! The breakfast burrito is delicious and the coffee was perfect! Wish I could come here everyday on my way to the beach! Also they sell a bunch of cute stuff from household beachy decor to really cute locally made jewelry. Oh and the music is fun and livel Pro tip: grab some coffee and head over to the beach or grab lunch or an açaí bowl and head back to the beach baby!

Great Brazilian cheese bread and coffee. Delicious freshly baked! Friendly staff and spacious dining tables. Ambiance is relaxing and clean. Walkable distance from montage hotel or plenty of parking in front of the store.

Stopped in for some food and drinks for the beach and we were not disappointed! The prices are a little steep but you could tell everything was freshly made. The wait was also a while since they just have one person taking orders but it moved pretty quick! I really enjoyed my matcha and the açaí bowl was delicious as well. We walked so unsure of how parking would be but there was lots of seating inside and I liked the local vendors being showcased as well!

All around amazing! Went yesterday and ate in and again today for take out. Delicious coffee (I ordered mac-nut latte w/oat milk) and loving their loaded veggie everything bagel. My son had shaved ice both days (I brought my own cooler and got shaved ice to go today since we were only a few minute walk ;)) They have a really cute island vibes shop. What an INCREDIBLE find! We are staying walking distance from this cute cafe and are so pleased we found it! It's super clean, with a chic local vibe. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Their menu is simple yet has great variety for all. My two daughters quickly found items they wanted, as did I which is surprising because I am gluten free. We got two acai bowls and a breakfast wrap. All three were delicious! We will definitely be returning for more this trip.

Relaxed cafe with breakfast burritos and acai bowls. Came here for breakfast with my boyfriend and ordered an egg and cheddar bagel, island vibes acai bowl, and Paia style burrito. The burrito was filling and vegetarian friendly. I really liked the macadamia nut crumble and the passionfruit drizzle on the acai bowl, as it's not a common thing to see in the acai bowls I order in LA. It wasn't too sweet too, which was good. There was a small parking lot in the front. Plenty of seating was available.

This place does everything great. Do your taste buds, senses (vibe) and tummy a favor, order anything and it is delicious, healthy and flavorful. Special shoutout to the shaved ice, after trying it at a 5 star hotel restaurant, which was just little blocks of ice with some artificial syrup. This is legit, how it should be.

The pao de queijo really was the best thing here!! Hot fresh and chewy just like in Brazil. Also got the island acai bowl and egg cheddar bagel. Inside was spacious and clean and there's a small parking lot. The staff were friendly and service was good. read more

Napili beach is one of the nicest in Lahaina, HI which made Island Vibes cafe a convenient stop for a snack on our beach trip. The cafe is very cutely decorated - a blend of modern boho and surf details. Love it! Every time the staff are incredibly friendly and really provide quality service that will make you smile. Our açaí and panini were awesome!! Grabbing breakfast at Island Vibes cafe and taking a walk down to the beach is a perfect afternoon activity for your stay. read more

Came here for the island vibes açaí bowl. I'm pretty sure they used all the costco ingredients. I personally saw them wheeling in a costco filled cart and being that I go to costco every week, I'm positive they were all costco items. Honestly what I learned is that costco has good decent ingredients. Not amazing but definitely passable. read more

Hands down the best cafe on the Island and one of the best espressos I've had worldwide! The vibe inside is laid back and relaxed. Everyone is super nice. The local features are great and some of the most beautiful of works. If you're visiting this is a must stop on your journey for coffee and beyond! We ordered a burrito as well and it had the perfectly flaky crunch to it. Nothing but good times here. read more

I felt bad ordering a shaved ice so early in the morning during breakfast, but my daughter said this was the place she wanted to go to of the many, many places on the island where you can get it. The guy who took my order was cool about it and said it wasn't a big deal, it would just take a few minutes. It took less than ten minutes for them to be made and they were delicious. I went back after eating the shaved ice and got a latte to go. Great coffee as well. Next time we come back to the island I will hit them up for some breakfast during breakfast time. read more

My husband and I came here once during our vacation - he ordered an açaí bowl and I ordered a breakfast burrito. We both liked our items but not enough for us to want to come again. The inside is very spacious with merchandise to browse. The parking when we came was very tight - we were about to leave but one of the business owners I think from next door passed by and luckily waived us down to park infront of some planters where there wasn't a parking stall. Overall I think this place was good and definitely worth a try! read more

I definitely wanted an Acai bowl after spending some time on the beach. Fortunately this was close by. Island Vibes Cafe is tucked in a little plaza. I walked in and immediately was surprised how big it was inside. The worker who took my order was friendly. As I waited for my order I couldn't help but notice the Island Vibes for sure. They had some Bob Marley playing and it was just nice. It didn't take too long for my order to be ready. I ordered the Tropical Chocolate Acai and my husband ordered the Morning Buzz smoothie. Both were really good. Only wish the bowl had the toppings stuffed and topped to the max but overall it was delicious. Smoothie was good too! I loved the fresh fruit topped on the top, it was refreshing. I would def come back if I'm ever in the area again. read more

The food was great and there is a cute space to sit and eat inside (FYI there are no bathrooms here). I got the pao de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) and original Brazilian açaí bowl. The pao de queijo was homemade and fresh out of the oven - it was hot, chewy, cheese bread perfection! I got four and wish I got a lot more! Definitely recommend these! The açaí bowl was refreshing with sliced bananas and strawberries topped with lots of crunchy granola and a drizzle of honey. Glad we stopped here! read more

The food is amazing! We had their burritos and they were so good. Also had their croissants and bagels all of it was great. We went to Napili beach and this place is a short walk from there. We have gone twice already and plan to go one more time before we leave. Super friendly staff. Tamara was lovely to speak to, she was super personable. Went out of her way to recommend some places to go to with the kids, she was awesome. I had a 6 month old and just needed to give her a little bit of a solid and she brought some slices of strawberries and bananas for her. Would highly recommend, good staff and food! read more

I love this place. It's so cute, and the perfect place to stop on your way to Napili Beach. I always grab a coffee and an açaí bowl (my favorite is the Island Bowl) and I have to have lilikoi butter on top. It really adds to that tropical taste. Love the space, vibe, design and decor of this cute cafe! Came here specially for an acai bowl so don't have any experience with drinks or other food items. We got the island vibes acai bowl per recommendation and it was sooooooo sweet - i think from lilikoi butter?, acai was room temperature and a little thick/gooey so was not very refreshing to eat. The Mac crumble was good as was the fruit but just everything together was sadly a miss for me. Would return to try something else at a later time to see if other things are better! read more

Loved this place, tucked away and a quick bike ride from our resort. Went in eyeballing the lilikoi fruit bowl and was not disappointed. Honestly, my preferred ratios for granola to açaí. Nice coffee, loved my drinks! Only downside which is at no fault of the business is that there seemed to be an overwhelming amount of kids running around pulling on their artwork, and displays. Kinda ruined the vibe inside so we left quickly but food and service were a 10! read more

This cafe is an absolute gem! We came here every day during our stay in Maui this week - sometimes twice a day. The coffee, acai bowls, smoothies, and sandwiches are all top notch. Ingredients are fresh and healthy. The service is friendly, food comes out quickly, and the atmosphere is inviting, laid back and beachy, with plenty of seating. A must-visit if you are in the Napili/Kapalua area!! read more

Good Panini's highly recommend. But very disappointed with my chai latte drink. Tasted mostly like milk with a hint of chai. Plus wanted my drink sweet. That's why I paid both hazelnut and vanilla, expected double sweet. Didn't meet my expectations. read more

I've only ever had breakfast here. There are many options on the menu. The coffee is good and their breakfast items are always delicious. The portions are fair given the pricing. The staff is friendly. Plenty of seating inside with a calm atmosphere. Napili bay is a short walk from this restaurant. read more

What a cute lil find in Napili - highly recommend if you're looking for a delicious açaí bowl and some coffee! Cafe is spacious with plenty of seating and have a decent amount of different pieces of merchandise to purchase. I ended up walking away with some stickers and a bracelet. Staff was kind, especially because my bf forgot to order my coffee on the first time, but the açaí bowl and bagel were 10/10. Coffee was good and the vibe was vibin. Can't wait to be back! read more

Great simple breakfast and coffee within easy walking distance in Napili Bay. Prices on food aren't cheap, but consistent with "island" pricing so I can't take a star away due to that. We ordered a drip coffee and an iced coffee and both were great. Our kids devoured a fresh warm chocolate croissant and my wife and I split a bacon breakfast burrito. The burrito was perfect: fresh egg, tater tots, bacon, cheese, and optional cilantro. It was then pressed and served with a fresh pico de gallo sauce. Not to heavy like my traditional breakfast burritos in SoCal. The ambiance was warm and upbeat, and staff were super nice. We'll be back to try the lunches and açaí bowls! read more

We love this cafe. A wonderful variety of food: açaí bowls, breakfast items and pizza. The coffee is delicious (our favorite on Maui), and we love the staff and ambiance. Mia was our barista a couple of times and is very kind and makes the best coffee. The cafe also has beautiful jewelry and other gems which we purchased. We love this place and will miss it until our next trip! read more

Small menu for breakfast & lunch, but it's all great stuff! The Cali Breakfast Burrito is damn good! The Classic Acai Bowl is a nice sized bowl that comes with granola, strawberries, bananas & honey. I opted for no bananas though. There are a few table benches inside, or you can take it to go. And there's a Yelp check in deal for a free coffee with two food item purchase. Awesome! read more

This place is an oasis in the Kapalua/Napili Beach area. Breakfast/lunch/coffee (bagels, croissants, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches and smoothies). We got an açai bowl and an iced coffee, both hit the spot. For this place to be so close to the beach and my condo it was the perfect place. Everything was the perfect size! If you're on the fence at all about going, I would go just to meet the friendly staff. Their service was fast and friendly, even when there were a ton of people in line. I'm not one for cute vibes or ambiance but the way the place is decorated is chill. They got a cool photo wall with sea glass strings!! So fun for the kids to look at it.
