We like isushi very much. Fast service and good food with reasonable prices. Kids love toto.

One of the better sushi places around that meets the bar for price, quality and service. They keep the belt stocked with the more popular items, but allow you to order anything else from the sushi chefs or kitchen and it is promptly made fresh for you. Water glasses are kept full and staff is very attentive. There is sometimes a wait when it's busy, but usually only if you need a table. Prices were recently raised on the lower priced items, but even with that change, it only added a dollar or two to the bill (five member family), it was only about $0.10 a plate increase. read more

Great find! This is a conveyer belt place. I came in with my toddler and a "quick but healthy bite" delivered. So yummy and nice people. My son enjoyed a rice crispy treat and tried a fried wonton while I got sushi. The staff is warm as well read more

This used to be my favorite sushi place ever, me and my family used to go every Saturday since I was about 7 years old, but ever since the owner changed at the Issaquah restaurant the food is tasteless and doesn't taste at all like it used to. It's really unfortunate because we loved the staff there and they greeted us by name every time we came in the restaurant, but the food just doesn't taste good anymore and we have stopped coming to the restaurant. read more

We had dinner there this evening. All was fine we spent over $50 bucks there. It was quick and easy. Until we had a view of the back kitchen where a man preparing a sauce used his bare fingers to wipe against the whisk he was using to taste the sauce he was mixing and licked it. NOT ONCE, not TWICE but FOUR times. We told the sushi chef in front of us about it and he went to the back and told the guy we saw him lick the whisk. Not only this but my boyfriend just moments before this happened watched another guy in the back drop a knife on the ground then pick it up and place it back on the counter, YUCK. We stopped eating right then and there. Never again will we eat at this establishment, the convenience isn't worth the picture of a man using this fingers to taste and lick the sauce he was preparing for others to consume. read more

The sushi here is mediocre, but the service is horrendous. Went there with friends, was never offered beverages. We needed to get to a movie, so we ate our sushi and went to pay... Never even getting water. I paid cash. The woman (owner? Older, rude) gave me change, which I put into their tip jar. I didn't feel obliged to leave more, as I served myself and never even got water. The woman called me a "bitch!" and then grabbed the change and threw it at me! I am a sushi fan, but this place is the pits... And that woman needs a lesson on customer service and manners. read more

I was here from out of town. The conveyor belt sushi always is suspect to me, because I don't know how long it's been sitting there, but I digress. The rolls are made very basic and there is no form to let you know what you ordered and you have to guess what you ordered if your memory failed you and if you liked it. A plethora of sushi options for you to chose from. I came here with my good friends for dinner. As the front looked kinda crowded, I was expecting there to be a table wait time but we were sat quickly into a table. This place is a conveyer style sushi bar. You pick what you want to eat. I had the California roll, Seahawks roll, and seared salmon. I was super full to the max! The sushi rice had lots of flavor. That vinegary/sweet taste. I go to this restaurant when I'm feening for uni. So far they have the freshest uni I've tasted in WA. I've never ever heard them say to me they are out of uni. Uni (sea urchin) is an acquired taste. It doesn't look all that pretty, but good uni should taste kind of nutty and a bit sweet with a clean taste. If the color looks dark (brown) and it tastes bitter, chances are they aren't fresh. I also order salmon sashimi , seared salmon, black cod (so buttery), unagi handrolls, and amongst other dishes. They've always been consistent and the wait isn't very long. Since most of the food is on the conveyor, it's quite convenient. I usually sit down and order all my dishes. For 2, we spend an average of $70. After a hike at Tiger Mountain, you should go to I-Sushi and knock yourself out with some good sushi! read more

i don't get it..why does this place only get 3 stars??? this is one of my favorite conveyeor belt sushi places in washington. the location is convenient and it is nicely kept and is comfortable. not only that, but the servers are on their game. they are always friendly and quick. the sushi chefs are very accommodating with whatever changes you want to make to a sushi roll and what not. as far as the food goes, honestly, i don't eat raw fish, so i don't know what the nigiri and sashimi choices are like. but if you're a rolls person like i am, then this place hits the stop! SO many choices in rolls and hot foods!! i think of all the conveyor belt sushi places in washington, isushi has got to be the one with the most choices. great job, isushi! read more

ok, we come to Issaquah often and come back here every time. This trip in particular three times. Guilty as charged. My kids LOVE the experience, and the sushi is fresh. I occasionally see an older item make its way by but they are few and far between, and there are plenty of freshly made items making their way down the pike. Is this place Nobu? No, but for what it is, execution is on point. Service friendly, great prices, fun atmosphere. I have literally not found a revolving sushi on par with this one. Keep it up!! read more

iSushi is the best local sushi in the state of Washington. I make a point to go there every time I am in Issaquah. The cost is mid-range for a race-track sushi restaurant and the quality is more than what you pay for. I especially recommend the $4 dynamite roll...baked scallops...yum! read more

Went to Isushi at around 7:30(they close at 8:30) with my wife and a friend. Walked in and it was moderately busy, all of the four top tables and larger tables were full. We requested a table and were told we would have to wait(no problem). A party of three adults and one toddler left one of the larger tables. We waited and watched as they bussed and cleaned the table. Then we waited a little while longer. The other of the large tables were packing up and paying their bill. I asked the person who was seating people if we could be seated, and we were told that we couldn't be seated at the larger open table and we would have to continue waiting until one of the four top tables opened. When I pointed out that the table we were asking for only had three adults and a kid prior to us, the hostess held her hands out, shrugged and said "no". I told them "really bad service" and then we left. This place would rather have two large open tables waiting for a party of six, than seat three real customers. At 7:30 on a Tuesday. Since when is it o.k. to argue with a customer that just wants to be seated and eat? I will not go back Isushi again. read more

I love this place! I've only been to a couple Sushi places before but still, I like this one the most. It's very clean. And everything is fresh, at least when I go. Service is always nice and attentive. You can order something warm and super fresh or you can grab from the conveyer belt. I love the random watermelon, it's so good! My favorite dishes are the tamago and the seaweed salad. Prices are average and typical for this type of place. I enjoy myself very much when I go! read more

Look this place is ok. It is not top quality, buy it good. The price is a little high for what you get. The service is a little slower then what I expected for the lunch rush. You can spend a lot of money fast so wach what your get and look the the colors of the dish. We might be back to this place, and it is a nice place to stop and get a bit to eat. I was a little hesitant to come based off of the reviews but I wouldn't give them a so so three star review. It's a little more than that! We went right at noon today and the food was delicious! There was no smell that I could tell when I walked in which I was scared of. I tried the California roll to start to make sure the food was good. I mean who can mess up a California roll? It was good! So off to a great start! The last item I grabbed was the Spicy Crunch Roll and it was shrimp and crab and OMG! I have a new favorite sushi roll! Only wish I would have tried this earlier on! There are only three on the plate but sooo worth it! Lady kept coming back asking if we needed anything. Overall great food I'd say! read more

Great sushi joint - huge selection of rolls when we were there (Saturday evening). Everything we tried was delicious and fresh (issaquah roll, king crab roll, and many other delicious ones). It is also kid-friendly (fast, helpful service) - we ordered the kids meal which gives a nice cross section of foods, so there was enough variety there to even please our picky eater! My husband and I were so glad to find a conveyer belt sushi place when we moved here! iSushi is great, a little on the pricier side, but we've never had a bad experience either with customer service or with the sushi itself. I tend to go for the cooked and fried foods and also love their green iced tea. My husband enjoys their raw sushi rolls and the cooked ones as well. Overall, if you're willing to spend a little more, it's a great place. Usually our ticket with just the two of us ends up around 30$ or so, depending on how hungry we are. read more

I terribly missed Blue C after giving this place a try. I spit out my tuna roll (tekka maki) because it had a foul smell and taste. All the food tasted so horrible and low quality. High quality and reasonable price sushi is offered here. More varieties than other convenient belt here. I saw some negative reviews about the price and varieties and they are none sense. I ate plenty of times at seattle/Bellevue and their prices are double/triple!!!! It takes a lot to run a small business and if you have a problem talk to the manager/owner so they can fix the issue if possible. More than anything they want you to come back. And Sushi is raw food mostly. If you want some cooked food go some place else. read more

I have to give Isushi the Woohoo rating for two reasons. 1-I have been going to isushi for years. I regularly take children with me and I have ALWAYS been happy with the way the staff accomodates anything we have asked for, wait staff and chef alike. We have always felt Isushi to be warm and welcoming with great service. Gina is the BEST! I eat here two sometimes three times a week. 2-Any hole in the wall eatery or 5 star upscale place can have issues. I judge on how the issues are handled. Though there have not been many issues come up, Isushi has fixed anything I ever asked them to without ever making me feel bad for asking. Once all I asked for was to have something heated up, I was fine with that, the staff said no way we will make you a new one fresh. I used to eat here on my lunch, when I worked out in these parts. I was never really impressed though. It seems like their selection is always nearly down to zero and the service is pretty terrible. The last time I ate there, I had to seat myself, wait 20 minutes for some chopsticks, and then when it came time to pay my bill, wait another 20 for someone to even walk past. The servers were very accommodating taking back the inedible items that were sitting on the belt far too long, like the Edamame and sesame balls. I asked for fresh sesame balls and they just refried what I had given them BLAH. The soy sauce seemed watered down to me... I was very light and translucent in color and did not taste ok.
