Long line, inefficient counter service for taking orders. Preparation took longer to expected too. Huge line behind us. I don't know why they haven't gotten this down to a science. Boba drink itself was average. Lukewarm, so cannot be anywhere top ranking in my book.

Went to boba time after having lunch in the area. It's a quick walk from any of the food spots in downtown burbank. Street Parking can be difficult but there a few parking structures and the mall also. Inside isn't too big but they have a few stools if you wanna sit. Didn't greet you when u walked in and you order your drink from the kiosk. Service was quick. We got the banana mango smoothie with boba. Very good drink. Not to sweet. They have options on the amount of boba. We got the regular amount. They have other dessert options like cakes, macarons, and that crepe cake with all the layers.

Slow service and really bad music while waiting

Honestly, not as good as the Boba loca down the street. I feel like the service is so so and the ambiance is very dull in comparison. Especially the lame music.

What time is it? It's Taro Milktea Boba time. ;-)

We came in right at opening & it was already warming up in Burbank. Walking into the small space was a relief as their air conditioning was turned on. The chairs were turned upside down on the attached long table seating area but there's a small sign that says you can just grab a chair & sit if you'd like. It does feel very much like a "to-go" place though. The service is friendly. There are many options for drinks & they have a board up with their top 20 most successful drinks to help you decide if you don't already know what you want. The taro milktea with boba I got was pretty good and adequately refreshing. Overall it's a cute and a nice place to have a Boba drink then walk around the trendy and cute area. There's some available parking on the street but you can also park in the Mall structure just across the street.

It's Boba Time has become my go-to boba spot even outside of Burbank. I typically go for the brown sugar milk tea with boba. (During warmer and summer days, I opt for a watermelon & pineapple slush with boba which is phenomenal because they use FRESH fruit!). Since it's the summer, they do offer free water while you're waiting which is considerate. During my most recent visit, there were only two people waiting for their drinks, and once they left we had to wait a bit (they were making drinks for those who ordered online). Other than that, they aren't usually slow unless there's a long line. They do have other beverages (slush, iced tea, smoothie, coffee), açaí bowls, slices of cake & macaroons too. It's a small place, there are only about 6-8 stools inside.

Yesterday was the day I got a chance to try this boba location. I been to It's Boba Time before at other location but not this one since they open. I parked at a structure nearby to avoid doing the street parking because it's on a busy street. When I walked in, I think I was their first customer of the day. A worker greeted me, so I asked about the green apple slush. I asked him how sweet was the drink and he said he never tried it but heard it's sweet. So he recommended that I get it at 75 percent sweetness on the drink. My drink came out quick and I thought getting the sweetness at 75 percent was a good choice because it wasn't too sweet like before.

I've always done mobile app order for asap pick up so never had an issue with the lines and wait time. Drink is ready within 10-15 mins. by the time I arrive. It's a small shop, more for a grab and go versus sit down and hang out like most other boba shops. The drink variety is decent, however, the price is higher imo, in comparison to other chain stores for the drink size you get. They use to offer the stamp card, after your 10th drink get one free. Now it's buy 15 drink and get $5 off your next drink.

Thai Tea Smoothie w/ lychee jelly, boba, & Oreo pieces.

I stopped by to see what was new on the menu, but decided to stick with an original order of a Thai Tea smoothie with lychee jelly & boba. This time I did add the Oreo pieces which was a nice addition but would rather go without it next time. Overall this place is super convenient in Downtown Burbank and always makes great Thai Tea smoothies. Would definitely come back.

Hands down best flavored boba drink. Kinda pricey but worth it for sure. My favs are iced coffee with boba and watermelon with boba.

Ok. Hands down my favorite boba spot in the valley. The owner of this location, Margi (pronounced…read moreMAR-ghee), is absolutely darling and loves what she does. The tea is delicious. The add-ons are great. My favorite add-ons are the honey bobas. They are never over cooked and mushy. Eew. Nope, these are perfectly cooked with a yummy chew to them! I have yet to taste a drink I don't like but I love the jasmine green tea, Vietnamese coffee, the grasshopper and anything with the mango. So good. The also creates her own foam top recipes. The lavender and rose foam (my faves) were her creations and the entire franchise started using them! Amazing. (Yes, I gushed about my love of the fancy foam tops and she told me this great story.) If you go often, you'll even be called "a regular" which is always fun! Atmosphere is chill and easy because it's in the mall on the top floor. Go get yourself some tea.

I tried the thai tea last time and it wasn't a fav for me because it was incrediblely sweet. I could not get past 1/4 of the drink :( . I learned that next time I could ask to reduce to sweetness so I looked over it. I came back and decided to try the Vietnamese Coffee and I unfortunately could not finish it. I kept getting honey flavor for some reason and it's still wayyy to sweet. I am a sweet tooth but this was just so incredibly sweet. I sadly won't likely return for their iced drinks. I'll go back to try the chai sometime.
