Always hits the spot! When you walk in the ambiance is clean and there are chairs to sit down and wait for your drinks. They have kiosks for quick ordering inside, and you can order from the cashier if you have questions. Every time we go here we never have issues and the drinks always come out tasting delicious. Highly recommend stopping by after a movie, or just on a random day, it's too good not to enjoy!

Great spot for a post-sushi sweet treat! Needed some caffeine after ayce sushi next door and boba time is a solid spot for me personally. I love the convenient tablet ordering where I can really take my time to look at their menu items. This biscoff cookie latte looked delish, and was delicious! Perfectly creamy and not too sweet, and still had that coffee flavor. Service was quite quick considering our party had a larger order of 6 other drinks to tend to, which all came out at the same time conveniently. There are some seats inside to wait for your drinks while they prepare it, there is a bathroom if needed, you'll have to ask for a code to get in. Would definitely come back.

Long line, inefficient counter service for taking orders. Preparation took longer to expected too. Huge line behind us. I don't know why they haven't gotten this down to a science. Boba drink itself was average. Lukewarm, so cannot be anywhere top ranking in my book.

Went to boba time after having lunch in the area. It's a quick walk from any of the food spots in downtown burbank. Street Parking can be difficult but there a few parking structures and the mall also. Inside isn't too big but they have a few stools if you wanna sit. Didn't greet you when u walked in and you order your drink from the kiosk. Service was quick. We got the banana mango smoothie with boba. Very good drink. Not to sweet. They have options on the amount of boba. We got the regular amount. They have other dessert options like cakes, macarons, and that crepe cake with all the layers.

What time is it? It's Taro Milktea Boba time. ;-)

We came in right at opening & it was already warming up in Burbank. Walking into the small space was a relief as their air conditioning was turned on. The chairs were turned upside down on the attached long table seating area but there's a small sign that says you can just grab a chair & sit if you'd like. It does feel very much like a "to-go" place though. The service is friendly. There are many options for drinks & they have a board up with their top 20 most successful drinks to help you decide if you don't already know what you want. The taro milktea with boba I got was pretty good and adequately refreshing. Overall it's a cute and a nice place to have a Boba drink then walk around the trendy and cute area. There's some available parking on the street but you can also park in the Mall structure just across the street.

Slow service and really bad music while waiting

Honestly, not as good as the Boba loca down the street. I feel like the service is so so and the ambiance is very dull in comparison. Especially the lame music.

It's Boba Time has become my go-to boba spot even outside of Burbank. I typically go for the brown sugar milk tea with boba. (During warmer and summer days, I opt for a watermelon & pineapple slush with boba which is phenomenal because they use FRESH fruit!). Since it's the summer, they do offer free water while you're waiting which is considerate. During my most recent visit, there were only two people waiting for their drinks, and once they left we had to wait a bit (they were making drinks for those who ordered online). Other than that, they aren't usually slow unless there's a long line. They do have other beverages (slush, iced tea, smoothie, coffee), açaí bowls, slices of cake & macaroons too. It's a small place, there are only about 6-8 stools inside.

Yesterday was the day I got a chance to try this boba location. I been to It's Boba Time before at other location but not this one since they open. I parked at a structure nearby to avoid doing the street parking because it's on a busy street. When I walked in, I think I was their first customer of the day. A worker greeted me, so I asked about the green apple slush. I asked him how sweet was the drink and he said he never tried it but heard it's sweet. So he recommended that I get it at 75 percent sweetness on the drink. My drink came out quick and I thought getting the sweetness at 75 percent was a good choice because it wasn't too sweet like before.

I've always done mobile app order for asap pick up so never had an issue with the lines and wait time. Drink is ready within 10-15 mins. by the time I arrive. It's a small shop, more for a grab and go versus sit down and hang out like most other boba shops. The drink variety is decent, however, the price is higher imo, in comparison to other chain stores for the drink size you get. They use to offer the stamp card, after your 10th drink get one free. Now it's buy 15 drink and get $5 off your next drink.

The place was clean. The two drinks we ordered had zero flavor. We wanted to like this spot, but we have to pass.

There is so much flavor with tastes of the strawberry, coconut and pineapple. So flavorful. Just absolutely hits the spot. This is a tea-forward spot that makes all ingredients and toppings fresh from scratch daily. Their most well-known unique topping is the barley popping boba. They use a real-chewy highland barley grain that gives off a nutty, earthy and milkdly sweet pop that makes for a unique texture. The fan-favorite drink is the Mochi Barley Burst which pairs a floral black milk tea with the popping barley and fresh handcrafted mochi. The tea does not have any artificial syrups and uses an organic milk with a bold tea base. The handcrafted mochi is super fun to have with the popping barley because it is pillowy and velvety. Make sure to mix it well together, so you can enjoy the whole drink for all its features. I like the ambiance of the shop. It's a smaller shop with some seating area. You order your drink at the self-service station. There's quite a few staff working to make the drinks, so we got our drinks in less than 10 minutes. I adore 3CAT and I would highly recommend visiting if you haven't already!
