Let's start off with my first and last order from this place, im visiting and had no transportation therefore I placed a delivery order. they were on time but my food was DISGUSTING I don't eat red meat and got meat on my pizza I called and complained what happened I got hung up in my face not once but twice! They have the worst customer service I ever experienced! So I waited until the next day to speak with a manager, hoping to get a refund because I didn't even touch my food but he insisted on replacing my order as well as adding other items so I let him do that. This time I got a veggie garden pizza! GROSS GROSS GROSS how do you get a veggie pizza wrong! Please explain to me! Next the cheese sticks! They were way over cooked as if I was just biting into the crust no gooey cheese at all! And let me not talk aboutarb there honey bbq wings! Completely chewy and soggy! They left a flyer on our door a few months back, and now this is our go-to place for yummy takeout. We almost always get the Mediterranean Pizza. It's a tad pricey, imo, but we like it enough to feel its worth it. I just ordered a large ($17.99) for tonight's dinner. read more

Don't ever order delivery from here if your really hungry. Been waiting an hour and a half for my food when I was told 40 minutes. This was recommended by the hotel I was staying at and I can't understand why. I ordered the chicken Parmesan, extra garlic bread a tiramisu dessert and a can of Dr Pepper. My chicken was a pre made frozen patty with absolutely no flavor and there was no sauce on the over cooked pasta. The garlic bread was a rock with also, no flavor. My salad was completely wilted and covered in powdered Parmesan crap. The thing that irritates me most was the dessert. It was completely frozen. The man told me that's how they'd been doing it for years and I replied by saying you should inform your customers that their gonna get a brick instead of tiramisu. The only thing the man I spoke with offered to do was refund half my order or remake it to send it back out. If I'm ever in the area I refuse to order from here again. read more

We got the chicken Parmesan sandwich. The food tasted terrible and chicken tasted like it came out of a can. I would not recommend!

I didn't know that this place was strictly a take out/delivery place, but it is. There are no tables here so you have to get your food to go. I ordered the spinach manicotti and it wasn't bad. It came with this huge cheese garlic bread thing the size of a small pizza, so that was a plus. Indian style pizzas are very good. We order the chicken tandoori pizza with extra chicken and extra cheese, and its very yummy. I enjoy their chicken Parmesan, cheese bread, and spinach manicotti. Delivery is usually pretty quick (but not always). Food quality overall is not excellent but it's a nice change from the dominos and papa johns of the world. Delivery driver is very nice. read more

I usually order the chicken tikka and it has always been pretty yum. After a long break I ordered the same pie and it didn't taste the same. Seems it was missing the tikka sauce. I always get the same thing. Lunch Special. Tropical Hawaiian with hand tossed crust. Comes with a soda. Love it! I have friends who have tried other menu items and they said they liked them a lot to. The owner and employees are very nice and friendly also. read more

This review applies to both "YELP Eat24" and Italian Express. YELP advertizes online coupons and then they don't work, what's the point? On the positive side, they do have 'chat service' and they were able to apply the discount (but very cumbersome and time consuming). Italian Express has really gone downhill on the service side, it took over 1 hr and 20 min+ for delivery that originally was promised to be 45 mins. My wait for my food order was well over an hour. When it finally did arrive, the food was cold (not even luke warm...cold) and must have been sitting for quite a while before delivery. Additionally my order was incomplete and although my delivery driver was at least cordial, he wasn't much help. This place was a pleasant surprise. They have a great variety of yummies on the menu. My favorite by far was the turkey sub. I've tried the cheese calzone too and it was amazing, also in the desserts I had the chocolate cake, it was delicious. It's a great amount of food at a really decent price. As far as delivery goes, I haven't had an issue, my food has arrived in around 20 to 30 mins. We love their chicken tikka pizza so we ordered a large...but they delivered a small. Called to tell them and they took 10 minutes to confirm that there was a mistake and said they'd resend it. Absolutely horrifying. We tried them for the first and last time. Salad dressing was fishy (and not in a good caesar way), the buffalo wing appetizer was the fattiest, nastiest chicken we've seen in a long time, and the eggplant parmesan tasted like pre-frozen cafeteria food. We decided to try Italian Express after they left a flyer by the door and they were very close by. WOW, what a huge disappointment! Customer service, not so good. I walked in , 2 employees both just looked at me, without greeting, turned around and continued their conversation for about 6 minutes until I said something. The Chicken tikka pizza and the paneer tikka pizza (one star for each) are my favorites. However, please order only if you can pick it up yourself. Their delivery is extremely awful. They will surely charge your credit card in a couple of minutes though. I have been waiting for 1 hour 20 minutes and still continuing to wait (local time is 11.55 PM). I found this place off of GrubHub and was excited to to have found an Italian restaurant that delivers! Today was my third time ordering from here, but I doubt I will order again soon. The food is decent - not great and not terrible. They do deliver big portions for the price, which is probably the only good thing about this place. What I absolutely can't stand is how long it takes for them to deliver my food! The first time I ordered, I ordered off of GrubHub and it took over an hour. The second time, I decided to try ordering from the Italian Express website and it took an hour and a half and the food was cold by the time we got it, and now on my third time ordering it, I placed the order on GrubHub at 6:33 and it didn't arrive until 7:50. They also don't include any utensils, napkins, Parmesan cheese, or marinara for the bread sticks or have an option for it on either their ordering site or on the GrubHub site. My wife and I ordered a pizza to go while we were having a repair done at Bicycles Plus. We got the Chicken Alfredo with spinach and tomato. It was prepared to perfection. The restaurant's location makes it hard to notice, but it was worth the find. Not normally in that area, but will likely make an effort to get over there and maybe try some more items on the menu next time. read more

I am staying at a DFW hotel and there was a menu for this place in the room. I had arrived late and not much else was open. I didn't have high hopes. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo. It was the BEST I have ever had (and I order it frequently). They did not skimp on the sauce and it was perfectly seasoned. I also had the garlic cheese bread which was really good. The fettuccine apparently came with a small salad that wasn't advertised on the menu which was a nice surprise. I would recommend this to everyone. read more
