Instead of responding or acknowledging my greeting, he just said, "Pick up?" It came across as rude and dismissive, as though he didn't want to be there. The experience only got worse. Rather than helping me next, even though I had been waiting, he attempted to skip over me and help two other customers. When I pointed out that I had been waiting, he told me I needed to stand on the other side. That made no sense because he had already seen me waiting there first. I've rarely experienced customer service this poor. A little courtesy and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, this employee showed neither. It was an extremely disappointing experience.

Maybe that's what they're going for here, but when I order Thai tea, I expect it to be super fragrant and dark with the cream on top when you swirl it yourself and it becomes milky and sweet like at the restaurants? Maybe that's a me issue, but I gave my drink away. 2/5 - ice Japanese matcha. My brother in law took two sips and left it on the table. He said that the sugar crystals didn't dissolve all the way so there were sugar chunks? Not sure, but it was still full by the time we went home 6 hours later. 3/5 - Vietnamese coffee. I'm Vietnamese and this coffee was not strong or fragrant to what I'm used to. My husband enjoyed it, but I definitely have tasted better (lees coffee is strong, but this was like 30% of what it should be) his rating is 4/5 (but he's also only had it two or three times prior so that doesn't count) 4/5 - green Thai tea with boba. My other brother in saw said it was Thai tea flavored with a hint of green tea. He said he enjoyed it. This was his rating 4/5 - mung bean with boba My mother in law enjoyed this. 4/5 - taro milk tea with boba - father in law enjoyed this. Overall I felt like all the flavors were too subtle to what I'm used to. I don't think I'd come back, since the jasmine green tea really disappointed me, but that's just me!

The representative asked if I wanted a sweet smoothie and I told her that I only wanted things that are sweetened by fruit. When I drove away elated, thinking I had this beautiful mermaid smoothie that would hold me over for my 2 hour drive, I noticed the smoothie was sweet and I thought maybe it was the spirulina powder. She had given me a smoothie with sherbet, and that's why my stomach was hurting. The worst part was, no one answered the phone when I called back to see what happened, even though I called three times, and then when I tried to call another location, it turns out that they're a franchise. So you can't even replace the smoothie for a better one. I absolutely hate this franchise. They don't make your smoothies ahead of time, you never know what you're going to get, and if you drive away you're screwed.
