*Update:* The owner, David, reached out to apologize and went out of his way to make things right. I stopped by today to try the Hawaiian Fruit Tea again, and it was great--properly made with the pineapple bits and chia seeds this time. I really appreciate the care and effort to fix a mistake. Great customer service, I'll definitely be back.

We have been coming to this Boba time location for the past several years. This is the only Boba place in Orange County that I have found that has consistently good tasting Boba. Some places you get that weird old metallic taste. This one is sweet like gummy bears every single time! Their menu is massive and I have tried so many different drinks. Some favorites are the lychee, peach green tea, and honeydew milk tea. The service is great. Sometimes there's a lot of teenagers in there so it can get pretty crowded but if you go when it's an off hour then you should be good and not have a long way. I highly recommend!

When we got here it was very busy but luckily they have a self serve kiosk. We were able to place our order and it didn't take long for our order to be done. We didn't get any food but all of our drinks hit the spot. The vibe is chill and you're in and out in no time.

Wow! So glad I tried the banana coffee, very flavorful and a nice change of pace from my usual milk tea. Their drinks are consistently good, tons of options and their presentation is my favorite drink. Cheers!

This place is yummy ! The menu is great, the drinks look amazing. It's not really a place to lounge, if that's what you're looking for. There's only a little bench, just something to keep in mind. In terms of the service, the drinks can take a while to come out, I ordered through the kiosk and it took a good 10 minutes for my drink to be ready. It was a basic tea. I will point out though, the drinks are very good, the prices are meh, not cheap but not very expensive. Would recommend to others !

I came across this place while walking with my daughter after dropping my son off at AYSO practice in Hicks Canyon Park. We decided to check it out and try their drinks. What we ordered: * House Milk Tea with Boba * Hokkaido Milk Tea with Boba Both drinks were just okay. The pearl was alright--not bad, but nothing special. Overall, I wasn't a fan of either drink.

I had to get 10 drinks! The boba was nice, soft, and chewy. I was impressed on the flavors too! I added extra sweetness to suit my taste. I will be back for the pistachio matcha! Quite delicious!

Back for some watermelon slushy with boba. Inside seems clean and tuned like a machine. All are staff are making drinks. Self service ordering if you are comfy with doing it that way. Otherwise wait for the staff to take your order when they are busy. Choice is yours. Drinks - slushy, smoothies, shakes, frappes, hot beverages, coffee, teas and shaved ice are some of the things they sell. Verdict - come over as they serve up good drinks in general! I love the watermelon slushies and Thai Iced tea slushies with boba

Boba was hard. The drink was average. With all the options out there in Irvine, this becomes a 2 star place

Now my bowl cost $13.00 and I'm getting literally NOTHING more for it. To make matters worse.. today I received my bowl with about 30% of it missing! Just a lot of air on the top third of the container. I suspect this happens when Nekter gets new management and they want to improve the bottom line by shorting everyone by 25% to 30%. Am I going to get a 30% discount on this short-changed product? I seriously doubt it. I've gotten bowls in the past that were so full they almost couldn't put the lid on. This situation is almost as bad as potato chip companies who lie and say the potato chip bag is 1/3 full because of "settling". The only thing that is "settling" here is that some customers are willing to SETTLE for paying overinflated prices and then getting short changed on the product. I asked the Nekter employee why my bowls were 1/3 empty. She proceeded to tell me how she did everything right and said "sometimes it's just like that". Take a look at Nekter's OWN marketing photo (below), and then take a look at my photo and tell me if YOU think that "everything is right"?

On such a hot day. I was craving something fresh and nutritious after church…read more My Yelp friends led me here, and when I first walked in, there was a little bit of a line which I usually interpret as a good sign. I spent about $14 for an açai bowl their tropical mango bowl I believe. I had some modifications since I didn't like the raw coconut offering or the banana so I opted for sliced almonds and extra mango with almond butter on top. After waiting a few minutes, looking at the bowl, it didn't look like much and sadly it didn't taste like much either. The almond butter was globed on top and made it really difficult to eat. After bypassing the almond butter I was able to get into the açai which was way too sweet. I'm not sure what type of açai they use, but it did not taste like a freshly prepared açai it tasted more artificial and overly sweet. It may have also been sweet because of the honey I believe they put on top of it. The combination of the açai with the honey and then almond butter was way too sweet. The mango was OK not as firm as I would want it to be and the granola was at the bottom at the bowl and also sprinkled on top, but unfortunately it was the worst acai bowl I've ever had. Parking is free and they do offer a few seats inside. The staff was also really nice but unfortunately, if I do decide to come back maybe I'll try a smoothie instead.

But there is no organization, poor service, poor customer…read moreservice, and the staff members always scoff when customers ask why they have to wait over 20+ minutes for a cold brew drink. One occasion is a pass, we get it; everyone has those days. But this reoccurrence of at least 3 encounters is unacceptable. Why was my drink in the back, already made, and I watched the staff make it and go on their break...? Just trying to be realistic here. Kiosks and online orders allow for efficient and fast service without the need for interaction. But there seems to be some issue with either the online system and orders, orders and staff, or a combination of all. Other coffee and drink places are able to efficiently do this, just wondering why there are always difficulties and rude attitudes/behaviors when customers have to ask the staff where their already-made drinks are.

The breakfast burrito was surprisingly good for a coffee shop. It seemed freshly made with fresh salsa. I was impressed by the flavor and quality. The coffee was good and I got it quickly. Service was speedy and friendly. I do think they could use some help. It was a pretty busy morning and I only saw 2 girls working but they were hustling and getting it done. There is minimal indoor seating and a good amount of outdoor seating right outside and all over the business center. The shop itself is super cute, modern and clean. A great location for people to grab a quick cup of coffee or breakfast.

It was noticeably less pink and vibrant than expected, and the flavor was so faint that it was almost tasteless. If that had been my first experience with the smoothie, I probably wouldn't have ordered it again. Based on that visit alone, I'd give it 2 stars at best. The Irvine location, however, was a completely different story. The Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie was rich, flavorful, fresh-tasting, and beautifully vibrant in color. It was so good that after my first sip, I turned around before even getting back to my car and bought a second smoothie--the Mint Chocolate Chip. A few days later, I came back again. That's how impressed I was. The contrast between the two locations was shocking. The Irvine team clearly knows how to make these smoothies consistently and with the right balance of ingredients. After my Long Beach experience, I honestly wouldn't dare order the Strawberry Shortcake again without modifications or asking extra questions about how it's prepared. But at Irvine, I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Same smoothie, same company, completely different experience.

The person who helped me was really nice and helped me to get a smoothie that we called the mermaid smoothie. We put Spira Lena in a green smoothie so that it was mermaid color and it was super cute. The reason why I would never go here again though is because I didn't realize how much sugar they put in their smoothies. The representative asked if I wanted a sweet smoothie and I told her that I only wanted things that are sweetened by fruit. When I drove away elated, thinking I had this beautiful mermaid smoothie that would hold me over for my 2 hour drive, I noticed the smoothie was sweet and I thought maybe it was the spirulina powder. She had given me a smoothie with sherbet, and that's why my stomach was hurting. The worst part was, no one answered the phone when I called back to see what happened, even though I called three times, and then when I tried to call another location, it turns out that they're a franchise. So you can't even replace the smoothie for a better one. I absolutely hate this franchise. They don't make your smoothies ahead of time, you never know what you're going to get, and if you drive away you're screwed. Not a good place for road trips or if you actually want something that's good for you.
