After reading similar reviews, I am seeing that their treatment towards customers is starting to feel biased, which is unfortunate. After finding the flip flops, I took a quick lap around the store and found several other great deals. Nordstrom Rack is definitely one of those stores where it pays to spend some time searching through the racks.
