I just moved to San Gabriel Valley last month and I was looking for a new nail tech. I have always been looking for a nail technician who can understand my concern & luckily I found this place. They always ensure that I never got cut and make my nails come out as accurate to the picture I showed them as possible. Plus they they offer Gel X service that can last up to 4-5 weeks but I always come back after 3 weeks for a fill. They take really good care of my nails that there was no damage after I take off the old set. Overall, nice and friendly staffs, they will take time to do your nails and make sure that you are happy with what you pay for. I usually spend $140-$150 for a nail set and I believe it's totally worth it. read more

I would love this place so much if they had done what most beauty nail salon does, and that is to scrub the bottom of my feet when I get a pedicure. Sadly, this place just scrub it down once and call it it. My feet is still dry with a lot of dead skin. Mind me, I wanted the color white, but the last got a off white, after she realized it, she just top the nail with whiter polish. (She didn't even remove the off white color) I was so disappointed when she finished. On the other hand, my stars is really for my manicure, the lady who did it, spent so much time color coating it. She ended up having another lady do the design, which was perfectly fine. . . They don't really have a price for their mani and pedi. I had a marble manicure (looks easy to do) and a basic polish pedicure (no foot rub no foot scrub) came out to be $95. I was a bit shock when I was told it was $95. Lol but it is what it is. I'll come back for mani but never again for pedi read more

Today my mom scheduled a facial for the both of us and I'd have to say, my experience here was quite relaxing. The ladies were both very nice and very charismatic. We didnt have the awkward small talk that I'm usually afraid of, so thats cool. The whole facial took about 1hr 15m but I was so relaxed I wished it was longer. She did a massage on my shoulders and cleaned my face really well. I would def recommend this place!! read more

This is a cute little nail salon located on the second level of the Hilton Plaza. I came here because I had messed up my own nails trying to take off gel polish and they were nice enough to see me close to closing time. The ladies who work here speak mostly Mandarin, but a few of them seemed to understand a limited amount of English. Although I didn't get a mani or pedi here, I was able to watch the two clients next to me get theirs. Both of their nails came out fabulously and we're so intricately painted on. I usually don't write reviews but this place was so good to me, I had to share! Here's why: 1. They were so thorough. They went through each cuticle to clean them up and double checked over and over again until they were as clean and polished as I've ever seen my nails. 2. The picture I gave them matched exactly what I received. 3. The ladies there were all so sweet! Although some didn't speak much English, they were very patient and it was obvious they wanted to get what I wanted right. They didn't rush me at all and I felt very pampered. 4. I messed up one of the nails by touching something and she fixed it with no extra charge. Also, she upgraded to the nicer gel (they told me it won't turn yellow versus the other kind) and gave me a $10 discount. 5. The place felt very clean. 6. When you check in with yelp, you get a free paraffin with $35 service. They weren't stingy at all with this and it made my hands so nice and soft and moisturized. Side notes: The address is wrong on yelp. It says 227 on here, but it's actually 228. The total cost was $50 I gave $5 tip so total was $55) and while that is a little pricey, the quality, service, and environment definitely made it worth it. read more

Not happy!! Had a pedicure on Wednesday and by Friday the polish had chipped!! Wish I could back and complain but no longer in town. After an hour pedicure and a foot rub AFTER the polish went on and no chair (you sit on a couch). The water was cold after she carried it from the back. If I could I would give no stars. read more

Awful service! Felt discriminated. They gave us a price and suddenly raised the price at the end. Charged an extra $20 for gel! Interrupted our mani pedi to attend a walk in, keep in mind we had an appointment. We had called prior to making our appointment and were given the same price they gave us when we initially walked it. Not until the end of our 3 1/2hour mani pedi session did we get the price increase of $20/each person. Not to mention we had to wait for them to take a break and eat in between our session. Will not go back, will not ever recommend this place!!! Gel manicure with regular pedicure = $70 whereas a regular mani/pedi is $30. read more

Walked in and was completely ignored. Had to wait for someone to come in even though there were ladies available just sitting around. So I waited 20 mins for someone else to come in. Got my nails done and it's going well so far. Suddenly another manicurists comes in and brings in her big poodle. (I was okay with this until later on.) Went over to the pedi chair and was so ready to relax. Then a little kid shows up with a puppy in her arms. The little girl was teasing the poodle with her puppy and they continue to run around the whole salon chasing each other while the kid is laughing so loudly/screaming and disturbing my peace. I went there to relax. Didn't happen, plus somehow they managed to take almost 3 whole hours just for a mani/pedi and paraffin. Never coming again. read more

Just visited this nail salon. Worst customer service ever. Normally, no matter how busy the ladies get, when a customer comes in they'll usually greet them and ask to pick a color or take a seat. This place ignored my presence nor did they ask what I was thinking of getting on my nails. After a 30 min wait, two girls came in and the ladies spoke to them and sat them right away.
