This was my second time coming here and the first time was mediocre. I have natural builder gel nails and have been growing them out for months, my specific nail tech had moved out to another city and they completely ruined my growth. They did not use builder gel on me and if you have natural nails trust me they cannot work on it. My natural nails have been breaking at my nail beds or extremely close to my nail meat. the quality is not even that good either. I came in with wanting a design and the nail tech couldn't do it. I paid $100 and $8 per charm when I was told it'd be $3-$5, I was so fed up I paid and left. In short, if you have natural nails and want a BIAB or builder gel I strongly do not recommend this place, they ruin your natural nails then try to make it seem like it's your fault. read more

I been coming here for the past year and half since recommended by a family friend. I tried two diferent nail tech, one of them named Joy and the other lady, sorry, i dont remember her name. But both very kind and friendly, both very good. Then again, I am a very basic, I only do single colors, no designs. I am always able to book my appt on Wechat with Sammy, there are a few times I am able to get same day appt. Price is around $40 ish for me, depending on if I do their regular gel polish or Japanese ones. With tip, its around $50. I love that they do hard gel on top, with no additional cost. The other ladies who work there all seem very nice, always very smiley when I arrive. Very helpful, they always hand me the basket to pick out my color. They do pedi as well, I never tried. They are located on the second floor in the plaza, their parking is the lot, shared with other stores, underground parking is available. I recommended a few friends to try out this place as well, and they loved their nails. Highly recommend giving them a try. read more

Found this place on yelp because I really need a mani and pedi. This place has been open for a few years I believe but recently just relocated to this new location. Located in Sunny Plaza where A Ri Rang Korean tofu house, Yoshino sushi with other restaurants in the plaza. The nail salon is located on the second floor next to the elevator. Everything is new, spacious and it's clean. I went in for a regular pedi $28 and gel mani $30. They charge $5 extra for gel removal if it's not from them. ***CASH ONLY*** I didn't know about this until I got there and saw the sign. They were nice enough for me to be able to transfer money through BofA. I was not even aware of this, I tried calling back after I made the appointment to ask if they were cash only or not but no one ever picked up. I was able to make a same day last minute appointment with them. The lady who helped me was Sharon, I don't speak mandarin so I guess she was the only person who can speak it. She was very nice and was able to file my nails the way I like them. But after I left I noticed my nails were not fully painted on my nails. The sides of my nails were still not painted. It's not that noticeable so I'll let it go. I like how they have a lot of colors for you to choose from. They also do eyelash extensions. read more

I came back to fix my nails but same new staff just removed all nails without saying anything and charged me $18 without quoting anything beforehand. I felt bullied at this place. Here's what happened. I've been there twice. My first time there, I waited over an hour even though I had an appointment. Owner Sammy wasn't there, but the staff was like "sorry, we'll give you a free hand mask session". I decided to give them another chance since they did a decent job on my nails, but it was one of the worst decisions I've ever made... My second time there, I informed the staff that I had been given a free hand mask for waiting an hour at my first appointment. My manicure began once the staff acknowledged that. Sammy, the owner, arrived shortly thereafter. At first, she was joking with the employees; but, things changed when a potential client called to make an appointment. All her staff were fully booked, so she started yelling at them, saying that they were working too slowly... in front of me and four other clients. My tech was frightened but managed to let Sammy know about the compensation. Sammy said ok. Then I started to feel the attack as she whispered and pointed at me with another staff. I felt so so uncomfortable during the whole process. When my manicure was done, I immediately Zelle'd my fee. My tech asked Sammy if she got the money since it's her account. Sammy pretended that she didn't hear it. So, I stood in front of her and asked if she got her money. Again, she ignored me while looking at a paper. Thought what she was reading was of importance, I waited literally in front of her for another 30 seconds. And asked her again with a louder voice. The entire store was staring at me at this point. So disappointed, I called over the phone to schedule an appt and asked if they did Gel-X. The person on the phone who I then found out was Sammy the owner, kept asking me to repeat myself because she was sick and mentioned two options. I couldn't understand her (because she was sick) I told her that I couldn't understand her but if they did Gel-X and she said it was $60. I then scheduled an appt and while they were working on me I realized she was gluing the clear nails on. Just like they do with acrylic. When I asked the nail tech who was assisting me why the glue and told her I had requested Gel-X she went on to say it was it and that she had to use glue because my nails were too short. I was confused because I've been doing Gel-X for a year now and have always had short nails. She then continued and said they were the same, after I asked another technician who was literally hold a new box with Gel-X nails the difference she said they were the original Gel-X and my technician interrupted and now said "they are similar" I wish either the person who took my call and scheduled my appt or the nail tech who I asked twice would have taken the time or been honest and said they didn't do Gel-X. I payed the $60 and didn't get what I had asked for. I explained to the owner Sammy on my way out that I wish someone should have told me and she said they are "thinking about doing Gel-X" that's ALL. Didn't even bother to explain to me why the technician couldn't tell me upfront when I say in her chair and asked her since she claimed she didn't "hear me asking del Gel-X" on the phone. It saddens me to have to leave such a bad review for a place I have been going to for the past year as my go to for my nail care. Let me start off by saying I have a very demanding job and I only have one day off a week. That day is Sunday. I know that this location gets very busy so I make sure to call in advance to make an appointment. I made an appointment today at 5:30 for a fill and upon my arrival everyone was busy helping other clients. I was told that someone would be with me in 10 mins ... then 20 mins then 30 ... and then 40 mins passed. No one checking in with me ... I finally got tired of being ignored and waiting so long... that at 6:11 I finally got up and walked out. Now I'm stuck with the nails that are falling apart for another week until my next day off and I'm on my way to my boyfriends birthday dinner pissed and looking less then posh. This place has really bad service from the very first step we walk in their store. There was no one waiting on the couch and the nail person immediately turned us away when we walked in. We didn't mind waiting but no matter what we said they insisted that we had an appointment. So we walked out and then afterward the nail stylist said they we were rude Man mandarin speaking businesses are getting out of hand. The last restaurant that we went to and the person did spoke mandarin chased after us saying that we didn't pay enough on tips.
