We went through the drive thru a little before 2:30am on November 10th. The nice lady working, I believe her name was Christina, showed us the best customer service I've ever had at a fast food establishment. They are fast for always having business,and friendly all the time. But I hate to say they have never really made a decent rootbeer float :( It's so simple...maybe one day during rootbeer float training someone will take it seriously :) On another occasion I went for coffee and asked for vanilla flavored hot coffee (as if I was at Starbucks or something). The girl was very polite in telling me they only offered Iced flavored coffee but she was willing to put a few syrup pumps in my hot coffee. That was very kind of her to offer and go out of her way to try and accommodate me and my silly order. Next time I will read the menu and not assume every place is the same. read more

So personally JTB is my last resort if there is no other good place opened after hours. However, today around 11:30 I went and ordered a Large Double Jack combo with a Vitamin Fruit Punch Water , no ice. The lady even asked me if she had placed the right order on the screen and it was correct. Now, I payed the $7.35 for the combo and seeing as how she placed the right order on the drive through I left after paying. However, I live pretty far from Jack and wasn't going to drive back and forth. I was given the wrong burger, single patty, wasn't even the Jack Combo at the very least and was given the wrong flavor drink WITH ICE. I got ripped off and wouldn't suggest going to Jack in The Box. I prefer Wendy's but it's not opened 24 hours. read more

Recently when going to jack in the box, i've been treated very poorly. I'm not sure if the manager is who i've seen but one lady in particular is unexceptionally rude. She is rude when talking to me and my sisters and she once messed up my order and forgot to give me my debit card back, then still gave me the wrong one when i went back to receive my card. Jack in the box employees also seem to close 15-30 minutes prior to closing. sad. read more

Hard to rate this place with the 1 to 5 star rating that covers everything. We ate here yesterday. We have eaten here before but quit 6 months ago when a man was in the lady's restroom and we noticed free drinks were allowed for people that walked in with their own cups and empty 20 ounce coke bottles, and yet the rest of us were having to pay. We were hoping that things had improved. As for yesterday's visit, I would have to say that the food was 4-star and the service was 5-star. Our complaint is still with the people that walk in from the alley just to use the bathroom and then go through the trash. Also, a man walked in just to preach to us, while we were eating. When I am at church listening to the sermon, I am not eating a meal. When I am eating a meal, I don't want to be preached at. We won't be going back to this location again. read more

Went in to order. The guy who took our order had no name tag and was clearly new. I was patient because everyone has to start somewhere. So, he got our order wrong. The manager came to help and he said he would take care of it. And he did. The order when it came out was correct. The reason I could not give 5 stars is because the food was not hot. But it was an overall positive experience. Kudos to the manager for cleaning up the new guy's mishap flawlessly. read more

Worse jack in the box I've ever gone to. I hate to be so blunt but I've gone here a couple of times and never had a good experience. They seem aggravated taking orders and it just makes the costumer aggravated. The last time I went here I'm pretty sure the young teen working pocketed my cash. I never use cash always a card but this time I did and the kid never gave me my receipt and I left missing a whole meal. I went back inside to let them know and there were couple more teen boys working and messing around. They had no proof I paid with cash and of course never got my receipt. They have a very helpful teamwork in the restaurant who're very smart, courteous, proficient, and very effective in helping you. With their around the clock operating hrs make it very sufficient that will suit your hunger any time. Never disappointed from this franchise restaurant!! Keep the good work Jack!! read more

I lived in ramona for a few years growing up and this was THE hangout. Lol! But, I'm sorry to say, the other day I was informed of a group of four males taking turn ggoing in to the bathroom to take turns hitting the meth pipe! It took them 25 min to get through a drive through line at midnight. They got the order wrong when I pulled up to the window. Then they only gave me half of what I ordered and payed for, I went back and they just gave me the cold food. Worst service I have ever gotten from any fast food spot. I have never had good customer service here. Especially the really small older lady, she has always been beyond rude. But the lady couple times we have gone through the drive through Margaret has been the one to help us and she has delivered above and beyond great customer service. You can hear everyone laughing and yelling while they make the food which would be great if they could have fun AND actually get it right. Apparently the evening shift doesn't include a supervisor that actually supervises. Coffee is room temp and both the breakfast sandwiches had the wrong meat. This Jack in the Box is always messing up your drive-thru orders and by the time you find out your 10 miles away and don't have time to go back. Lots of times they won't have stuff available, like buns, lettuce, or their friar is down. This whole store need a make-over and a better manager. Also, if they damage your car in their parking lot they won't pay for it and accuse you of trying to scam them. I would rather go hungry then eat here. read more

DONT NOT GO TO ANY JACK IN THE BOX! Especially this one. I had an issue with a lady by the name of Samantha Edwards. She was working the drive thru when I decided after a very stressful day to grab some food. Now it's around 12am, I'm starving and I've had a bad day. I get up to the ordering portion and began my order. Samantha E. Told me before I was done with my order, I'll have your total at the window and didn't relay my order correctly nor asked "will that complete your order" I asked her if she got the drink she didn't relay and she said yes I'll have your total at the window. Me being upset as is was like okay whatever I'll just ask for it at the window. To me that never bothers me to much so I wasn't too upset about that. I ask for the 2 bacon burgers in which I didn't get a chance to order and she seemed like I had inconvenience her to biggest extent and seemed upset about it. I get handed 2 bags and a drink, she walked away without say anything. I looked through the bags to see if that was my complete order or if there were more bags since she didn't say anything to me after handing me the bags. I checked the bags and the two bacon burgers I had ordered were just hamburgers. She came up to window again and very rudely asks can I help you? I told her that the burgers I got weren't correct. She looked at me and said can you go through the drive thru again, I need to take care of the customer behind you. I said I'll just come in and get it. She said "our dinning area is closed can you go through the drive thru again". I said, "could you bring it out to me possibly." And very rudely she said, "no can you go through the drive thru again" at this point I was very upset so I politely asked "is there a manger here or someone in charge" SHE LIED AND SAID, "no it's only me here, can you go through the drive thru" I finally gave in. I went back through the drive through after spending 30minutes already in it, spent another 15 minutes just to get my full freaking order. I tried to call the guest relations number and hey guess what! It's an automation that just repeats "go to our site to write a letter" if I wanted to write a letter I would have but I'm trying to talk to an actual person to get my huge issue solved. OK, the new menu is a huge joke!!!!!! The new buns suck as much as the sour dough......only choices. They no longer have red onions and the seasoning is way over powering. The also got rid of my go to salad...... The chicken for my sandwich was like a huge chicken nugget...wth????? I don't know what they were thinking!!!!!! Tonight was the worst experience ever!!!! One lady was doing all the orders at the front and the drive thru while two young men just stood around doing nothing....really????? Our order was so jacked up that we got a lot free and some discounts....the lady apologized at least a dozen times for the wait, the crappy buns, not having my salad, and for all the items we received that were wrong. Came into town after a very stressful night of car trouble hoping for a good meal. Wrong! We got there (drive through) and the lady said she couldn't give us drinks because she was cleaning the machines. we asked if she could give us a discount then or extra fries or something... We ended up with the wrong sandwich, no drinks, and our fries were barely half full and they were nasty and old. Only positive is that it was open at 2am. read more

We have lived in Ramona now for over 10 years and this restaurant bends over backwards to make you happy. Extra tomatoe's no problem and no extra charge. At lunch time they have a hostess delivering your food to your table in the eating area and making sure you have everything you need. Clean inside and out! Keep up the good work JACK! read more
