If I could give one star, I would. I arrived around 3:30AM (I know, I'm THAT customer) and was greeted at the window by an employee telling me that they were closed for the next 30 minutes, due to having to clean the grill. I told them look, I am in the restaurant industry and know that equipment needs to be taken care of, but don't claim to be a 24-hour restaurant if you're not "truly" 24-hours. I think what I would have done, considering there was also customer behind me, that the employees should have put a pause on cleaning the grill until after the customers had been provided for. The staff was very rude when asking to confirm my order, and truly acted like they hated their life, and their job. They told me the wait would be 30 minutes. Of course I chose to wait, because I only chose this restaurant to begin with because they claim to be 24-hours and again, it was almost 4AM. Will not be returning, and I'm sure the staff is thrilled about this, but I hope one day they realize that their attitude is what causes their business to subside. read more

Last time I came here around 3am. I ordered the sourdough grilled chicken club they gave me a beef patty instead of the chicken. I was disappointed this is not the first time this has happened. I ordered 6 regular tacos and 2 orders of egg rolls and I was watching the worker prepare it and he was NOT wearing gloves. After my order was made, one of the other workers (wasn't sure if it was the manager) gave me my order. I asked her if the workers are supposed to be wearing gloves and she said yes, he should be, but sorry he wasn't wearing it. Then she turned towards him and told him. So why is she telling him after I complained? Shouldn't she have noticed before that??? This shows that this place is very unsanitary. My husband just returned from getting me a late-night pregnancy snack. They were the most cold, stale, curly fries I've ever had in my life. Completely inedible. Rather than being satisfied, I've had to send my husband back for food that isn't disgusting. We were in the drive through for 8 minutes. I know, because I called my husband while waiting to order in the drive thru line to ask what he wanted. That may not seem like a lot of time, but it actually is in the fast food business drive-through lane. It's possible that the people two cars ahead of us were assholes, and had "special requests" in the drive thru, or it's possible it's just incompetence going on inside. Which, after my experience today, I am more inclined to believe is the case. I ordered three separate meals with three separate drinks and was told that the combos were all in individual bags. That's great! 3 combos, three people, three bags! I was trying the new ribeye burger with a large curly fry and a drink, my mother-in-law was having just a regular jumbo Jack small curly fry and a drink, and my husband the double Jumbo Jack large curly fries and a drink. So I looked through the bags saw the small size curly fries and assumed unfortunately for me that that was my mother-in-law's bag with her Burger the regular Jumbo Jack. I opened up my bag after giving my husband his double burger and took a bite out of my burger. I knew it was my burger because it came in the other bag with the large curly fries like my husband's was in a bag with large curly fries, but wait!!!! I have a Jumbo Jack my mother-in-law is enjoying my rib I Burger. I am now in the other drive through Jack and the Box near my home by Safeway. Just ordering one ribeye Burger I am sure I will go home to a watered-down drink and cold curly fries thank you for a less-than-stellar lunch on-the-go experience Jack in the Box. But wait!! Tiffany, the manager of the Jack near me, has just apologized, and replaced my meal, fully, refunding the money I just paid for the one burger in this drive thru. All I'm out now is time and temper. My hubby & I went here yesterday, Nov 7th for a late breakfast/brunch. Let me tell you, the amount of flies in this restaurant was disgusting! The cashier seemed very nervous, couldn't understand our order, and took forever to take our order. The tables were filthy, no wonder there were tons of swarming flies! I just couldn't bring myself to stay & eat in this restaurant, so we took our order to go.
