We just had an incredible customer service experience with Jade China. Not only is their food always incredible, but they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. My husband and I have ordered from them plenty of times and always end up very happy. Tonight, we ordered for delivery like usual, but I decided to try something different. I ordered the salt and pepper shrimp. When our food arrived, I was surprised to see that the shells were still on the shrimp, and then covered with batter and spices. Thinking this must be a mistake (I've never seen anyone eat the shell and legs of a shrimp), my husband called them back to describe our dilemma (I had already gotten to work peeling the shell and subsequently the batter and spices from the shrimp). The man who answered was very kind and explained to us that some people like the shell on since it is technically edible and that you need to specify when you order that you want no shell. Nonetheless, 30 minutes later, we heard a knock at our door. It was Jade China again, delivering a brand new peeled shrimp plate. We were absolutely floored and impressed that they took the time to bring us a new one! And it was incredible! Thanks Jade China! You remain our go-to Chinese food restaurant! read more

K, so the family and I finally tried this place . Now we wish we hadn't wasted our $$ . The food here is down right disgusting ! I honestly don't know why people think this place is any good ?! . So anyways we ordered Orange chicken , sweet n sour shrimp , and some wontons . Unfortunately the orange chicken was gross ! The chicken had a funky texture . The sauce they use is really slimy , the chicken is rubbery ... the sweet n sour shrimp had like a puff pastry thing around it ewwww . Even the rice and chow mein were bad . Very poor experience here. Sat at the table for almost 15 minutes before my order was taken. There was only one other customer in the restaurant. Ordered hot tea, Wor Won Ton soup and salt and pepper chicken wings. The tea was weak and I tasted mostly tap water. I don't mind tap water but not what I am looking for with tea. The won ton soup came up right away, super hot and the broth was awesome. The frozen won tons were not quite defrosted, and tasted nasty. Still waiting for the salt and pepper wings. Just about finished the soup, and 15 minutes later the wings showed up. Bit into a wing and it was not cooked through. Tried another one and it was partially raw as well. Booooooo! read more

My husband and I ordered here for pick up. We are still trying to find a good Chinese food place in the area. Well we got the Dinner A special which was nicely priced and came with a lot of food. We got corn egg soup, 2 wontons, 2 egg rolls, the house fried rice, orange chicken and sweet and sour pork. Well unfortunately the only two decent items was the orange chicken and soup. So far my #1 favorite chinese food restaurant. I love absolutely every single item on the menu, high quality large portion meals at a good price. good and fast service, and a very pleasant environment. I highly recommend this place especially for family outings or dates because it is more than just chinese fast food, its really a nice restaurant that definitelly deserves some room for expantion for all those who love to eat here too sence it is quite popular. I can only wish there were another Jade China in Suncity or a little closer to where i live. I love the flavorful boba smoothies, the wonton soup is the best ive ever tasted. We have ordered from here while at work several times as they are one of the few places that will deliver. The food has always been pretty good, the service and delivery has always been terrible. At least the last three times we have called we have been told '45 minutes' for delivery. At about the 1:15 mark as our stomachs are growling we are like "hey, where is our food?". So we call and each time are told "it is currently out for delivery". And then miraculously 20 minutes later, it arrives. Really seems like your order is lost until you call and remind them. And this time it seemed like all of the dishes we ordered were cut with cabbage. More cabbage than anything else. read more

Really disappointed, my fiancé is allergic to msg and no where do they say if do or do not cook with it, which they do. Also food quality and taste was awful. Honestly Panda Express chowmein is 100x better than this. Fried rice was also extremely spicy and there was no sign saying if it was spicy or not. We originally LOVED this restaurant, but then the last time, we noticed that they must have changed ownership, because although they offered the same food (and claimed they had the same chef) the food went WAY down hill. The noodles came out burned and they saw they were burned but didn't apologize or offer to redo them. Just served them as is. We aren't normally ones to complain, but they were awful! Then the other parts of the menu felt like they had been microwaved. We had the chicken wings that were FANTASTIC before and just not very good this last time. We don't want to come back an that is such a shame because this used to be our very favorite Chinese restaurant. We will try to give them another chance but I hope they improve. read more

The service here is great. .. the staff was friendly. The reason for 3 stars is the ratio of meat to vegetables is way off. we ordered cashew chicken,Kung pao shrimp, and pepper beef... although good... it was 80% vegetables on all those entrees. I have been looking for a chinese restaurant that made Beef Chow Fun for quite some time and found out via yelp that Jade had it, so I came by. When I got there, it was lunch time and the server suggested the lunch special, so I went ahead and got that with Honey Walnut Shrimp and ate that @ the restaurant, then ordered the Chow Fun to go. The lunch special is great and very well priced. It comes with your choice of soup, your entree, rice, noodles and broccoli. The Honey Walnut shrimp was supper yummy and tasted fresh. Just went here for a late lunch and ended up ordering dinner to take home. For lunch I had the lamb special. First of all, not many places have lamb on the menu. Secondly, it was cooked perfect. The other order at the table for lunch was orange chicken. It was really moist and very tasty. Both dishes were large portions and were brought to the table hot. The egg rolls were hot and crispy. The dipping sauce was good too, not too sweet. I brought home the combination egg foo young. Very large portion. They packed it all separate so it wasn't soggy when I heated it up for dinner. The eggs were cooked well, light and fluffy and literally covered in awesome sauce. The downside was that I confused the staff when I added the take home order. I ended up with 2 checks and 2 items were missing, not charged, so they had to redo the bill and got it wrong a second time. But, 3rd times a charm and the food is delicious. read more

Ordered take out, food was ready when I arrived. Chicken chow mein was ok, kung pao chicken was ok, pork fried rice was good, orange chicken was ok, won ton soup was good. I also ordered the sliced bbq pork, it was missing from my order and there was an extra container full of vegetables in my bag when I got home so I called and was told that they had ran out of bbq pork so they replaced it with the vegetables and I was charged for it as well. They said they tried calling me but that was a lie and it wasn't mentioned to me when I picked up my order. It shouldn't have been replaced with the veggies, what if I didn't want that! I tried this place a few years ago and was not too impressed, but we just moved down the street and decided to give it another try- I was not disappointed. We ordered house fried rice, bbq pork chow mein, beef broccoli, and honey walnut shrimp. After delivery and tip it was $50. The fried rice was really good, but the honey walnut shrimp was to die for. It was perfectly breaded and the flavor was just phenomenal. We will most definitely be ordering more of that, sooner rather than later. First time customer writing. I did a take out order for a 6 item take out. The lady who took my order was very polite and helpful, and she told me my food would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and my food was just being walked out of the kitchen hot and fresh. The woman who rang me up was very sweet and helpful as well. I took my food and drove home to realize that they had forgot to pack the rice in my bag. I live very close to the restaurant. I gave them a call and explained the situation. The woman on the phone was very sincere and apologized and offered me a refund or credit to the restaurant. I asked her if there was anyway I could just drive down and get the rice. She said that was completely fine. So I arrived 5 minutes later, my rice was hot and ready and they gave me a HUGE portion free of charge and apologized again and thanked me. When I got home and ate my food it was FANTASTIC. For the price, it's def my new favorite Chinese food place. Would have gotten a 5 if they hadn't forgotten my rice, but everyone's human. :) I will be returning. read more
