This has to be the WORST Hendricks owned dealership ever. .Worst Service department...let's begin with the receptionist...you might as well have a digital one...she never can do anything more than transfer you to the department you're seeking and then they are never available. For such a high end car you would think they would have loaner cars more available when your car is being serviced. They still don't have a warranty package offer available and pricing on repairs is inconsistent...We have never received good customer service with the SLIGHT exception with Mario who seems to understand our plight but still never offers an acceptable reason for delays on acquiring parts more efficiently...JAGUAR CHARLOTTE IS BAD NEWS! Nearly 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation & alignment that was scheduled in advance... not impressive. The entire facility is heavily masculine, dark black tiled restrooms, dark grey floors etc. Guys standing around talking, sports on in the dark, poorly lit waiting area, which they refer to as "the man cave". Yeah, it's all very man-centric, slow, and to be honest, bordering on incompetent as you overhear them laugh at how they can't type fast or understand how to use their own computer system... vastly different than what the ubiquitous Hendrick commercials lead you to believe. Maybe curb the marketing dollars and invest in ambiance and higher competency? read more

I've had my new jaguar F pace for two months. A part needed to be replaced and when I made the appointment I was assured they had the part and they scheduled my appointment. I arrived at the appointment only to be told the part had to be ordered and they would get back to me. No one has followed up so I had to call and ask for a status which no one had any record of. I would expect a service department of a luxury dealership to do better. Customer service And follow through is definitely lacking. I agree that they are all very friendly but if you can't help me, being friendly doesn't help me either. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! Drove my car into the service bay. Started on first hit, running smoothly. If it weren't from the coolant coming from the exhaust you wouldn't know anything was wrong. No check engine light no overheating. After 4 weeks they diagnosed a bad head gasket and quoted me a new engine. I elected to put it back together with new seals and sell it as is. After 10 weeks of having my car they tell me to come pick it up and pay the bill and oh by the way it doesn't even run. After talking with the service manager it was said that they put a thicker head gasket on the engine at their discretion and said low compression is a possible cause. After I explained the thicker gasket caused the low compression and needed to be the correct gasket for the car to fire, it was said they weren't taking it back apart and I knew the risk. I asked repeatedly for my compression numbers and they won't even communicate. I dropped my car off on January 19th and here it is April 11th and this is the second 1 week span with not even a text response back. I drove my car in the service bay. They took it apart and put it back together, it doesn't run and they say oh well. I am in awe of the incompetence and lack of knowledge. They still have my car and situation NOT resolved. Wouldn't recommend period. read more

How does a 5 star review go to a 1 star review? Easy. Never in my life have I dealt with a group of people who promise so much, but deliver so little. If I was rating them on niceness alone, they would get 5 stars. They seem to really want to help...but they don't follow through. My wife and I bought a car from them 2 and 1/2 months ago and we still don't have our tags or registration for our car. The person I am dealing with doesn't return phone calls even when I call and leave multiple messages. The general manager got involved...again...very nice...but it didn't make a difference. For the longest time I have always been hesitant To take my car to the dealer for service due to the pass experience I've had. I'm a retired master technician. And one thing that's always bothered me is when a service advisor present the issue with my vehicle they NEVER come across confident and sure about the service they are trying to sell me. My recent experience At Hendrick jaguar with Marcel Diaz had charged that. He came across confident and reassuring On the repair he was presenting to me. Not once did he tell me "i don't know" when i asked a question and /or say "umm" every other word. When i return for service i will definitely Ask for Marcel Diaz. read more
