    Car shopping can be a stressful, daunting and terrifying experience but the team at Jaguar Land Rover Livermore helped change this entire perspective for me. Our Corolla was on her final legs after an amazing 14 year run and we weren't quite sure what our options were going to be as we entered the market. We knew we wanted a family car and we're looking at SUV options. Our parents being familiar with the Jaguar brand, had referred us to the team at JLR Livermore just to look and see. I wasn't expecting much since it felt like a stretch to jump straight to shopping for a luxury car. When I had arrived, I was greeted by many people, but didn't once feel forced into conversation which was a huge relief. Some places tend to bombard you and jump down your throat, but I did not once feel that kind of pressure when I walked into the dealership. Lauren ended up being my sales person and it was the beginning of an adventure for the next 48 hours lol. She listened to my needs and understood the assignment. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of each vehicle I was looking at. She was accommodating for any of the models I was looking to test drive. After taking a ride in a couple of the F Paces - I felt close to landing on one, and then the fun part began. Paperwork and financing is tedious but wow, did I have the most amazing team to work with! The process was painless and successful thanks to the support of a village. A genuine thank you to Lauren, Cassie, Wali and Frank for such a smooth and pleasant buying experience. We're officially owners of a gorgeous 2019 Jag F Pace!

    If having your vehicle serviced here - Joel on the service desk always gives first class service. Brought my Jaguar in here to fix a door latch issue which was setting the alarm off constantly. He got me on the service roster and took care of this warranty item from start to finish. The Service Department here at this dealership is very busy , so if bringing your vehicle in , make sure you get it on their service roster first , otherwise you maybe waiting for sometime for your car to be returned. Outwith that - Sales here are no pressure and the reception area is first class.

    We live in a world where customer experience matters more and is a key to a repeat buying experience. Well if you are in a market for a Jaguar, Land Rover or Range Rover you need to stop by Livermore Auto Mall and see James T. or Wali R. who will give you the best deal and experience in the Bay Area. Their Sales Mgr, Ed, is a quieter bloke who is known to perform magic on deals to make it incredible ;) My friend ended up getting an exceptional deal on a Jaguar SUV. The back leather seat needs to be replaced (recd an I O U as part of the purchase contract) as part of the warranty. Mention this review along with my name to get extra smiles and cherry on the top deal :). If you take a photo of the guys after the deal they may give you an extra surprise.

    I'm an easy Sale My Jag got wrecked so I thought I'd buy another one. Looked on Line, found one and thought I'd give these guys a try again. I went on the link to a car I liked to inquire if it was still there. Samantha answered immediately and had me set up for 1:30 appointment the next day. She introduced me to Chris as our salesman. I test drove the car, I liked it, it was reasonably priced, and best of all he wasn't pushy. There's a few extra "warranty deals" they offer that aren't too bad, some I accepted some not. He got the Monthly payment to about what I wanted. Never felt so comfortable in a dealership in my WHOLE life!! Dropped off my rental and when I came to pick up my car it was washed shiny clean and full of gas! THANK YOU VERY much!

    I recently purchased a classic Jaguar for my wife and had to get a new key and accessories of course. Randy in the service and parts department was great help with explaining on my key order and key programming that was necessary for it. The lobby area was great and offered a complimentary cappuccino machine! I definitely recommend Jaguar of Livermore and will be back; thanks!

    An Unforgettable New Year's Blessing - Thank You, Livermore Toyota…read more New Year's Eve started off stressful when I got a huge mongoose nail in my tire at 11:30 PM. I called Toyota Roadside Assistance and was towed to a dealership, but unfortunately, the experience there did not go well at all. I went into New Year's Day feeling worried and discouraged. Then something incredible happened. On New Year's Day, I received a call from the General Manager of Livermore Toyota, Mr. Mark Hashimi. I was genuinely shocked, in the best way, that on a holiday he personally reached out to me and let me know that if I could bring my car to his dealership, he would have his team take care of it. That alone spoke volumes. I immediately had my car towed from Tracy Toyota to Livermore Toyota, since I wasn't able to get a response from Tracy. When I arrived, I met Mr. Hashimi in person, and from that moment on, I felt completely taken care of. He and his team assured me every step of the way that if anything went wrong, they would communicate immediately and do everything they could to fix it. I handed over my lavender keys, signed the drop-off envelope, and took the shuttle home. To my absolute amazement, one of their wonderful sales team members, Mr. Humza Loinab, personally drove me all the way to Tracy. That level of kindness and care is something you rarely see. They truly went above and beyond. Work on my 2026 Prius started promptly at 7:00 AM, I received text updates throughout the entire process, and they had everything handled in one single day. To top it off, they even sent a shuttle 20 miles to Tracy just to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership. An Uber would have cost me $45, but instead, they looked out for me without hesitation. The best part? They took care of my tire at no charge and even included a complimentary car wash. My service advisor, Jose Coyotzi, reassured me from the beginning that he would take care of everything and that I wouldn't have to pay a thing. That peace of mind meant more to me than I can express. As a young woman getting ready to start at Cal State, trying to get my bearings and figure everything out, this experience was truly a blessing. I have worked at dealerships myself, and I have never received service like this, not even close. The contrast between this experience and my experience in Tracy was night and day. Every single person I interacted with was memorable, respectful, and genuinely kind. I even stopped by the parts department, they had the cutest items, and once again, the staff was warm and welcoming. This team didn't just do their jobs, they looked out for me. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I cannot recommend Livermore Toyota enough. It's a bit hidden, just off the Altamont near McDonald's, but it is absolutely worth finding. 6200 North Front Road, Livermore, CA Starting the new year with this level of kindness, care, and generosity genuinely made me emotional in the best way. This situation could have been far worse and far more expensive, but instead, they made it smooth, convenient, and stress-free. This dealership is everything and more. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Livermore Toyota, for restoring my faith in true kindness and what a neighborhood dealership should be.

Negotiating the price was simple, and I appreciated working with Hamid Hassan. Final paperwork took about 20 minutes, and communication before the purchase was great. Unfortunately, communication after the sale has been very limited. Within two days of purchase, I noticed a braking issue where the car would shake at speeds around 25 mph, which raised safety concerns. I contacted the dealership less than a week after purchase and explained that the front brake rotors needed replacement. I was told I would need to speak with a manager regarding reimbursement, but that never happened. I replaced the front rotors myself within a week of owning the car @ a cost of $380 due to the safety concern. Despite multiple calls and emails over the past month, I have not received a response. The lack of follow-up on a safety-related issue has been disappointing. AP

The Ford recommended service was ~$150, they added on about $800 worth of completely unnecessary dealer service items. I asked them to keep the filters so I could inspect them, and as I suspected, they were very clean and didn't need replacing. There were a bunch of other such completely unnecessary work done. Will never be going back to Livermore Ford.

I've purchased multiple new Porsches from this dealership & loyalty will get you nowhere with Porsche Livermore. The service department even managed to damage my brand new 911 during a PPF install. Leaving knife cuts directly in the paint across the entire front end. I had hoped things were improving under the new ownership group & gave them the benefit of the doubt... but nothing has changed. I continue to get the runaround, and I'm exhausted by the games the dealership will play with customers who genuinely care about the Porsche brand. I own aircooled 911s, and sadly the best era of Porsche feels long gone. What was once about engineering and passion now seems driven by shareholder value and squeezing every last dollar from customers.
