    Service Only Review -- I purchased my 2020 Audi Q7 elsewhere with very low miles. LOVE the car! Didn't love not having the special code you need on the tag when you buy new.. I didn't get it, went through hoops and need to ask for it from dealership and just too much work. The car is amaaaaaaaazing without it. Needed an oil change but super appreciate when I called in asking if it was part of the warranty (you never know for the price you pay right?) and found out past owner paid for service and had onecleft. Yay! They didn't have to tell me that, but they did. Solid thank you! A service they normally charge over $1000 for is most appreciated. Love the video overview of my car Love the super fast Uber service to/from service appt Love the warm friendly service Love all my questions were answered Just wish I had actually purchased my car here. Super warm vibes with customers satisfaction first. Thank you so much! It's what one would expect of the price you pay for these cars, but just don't get in real life.     Amazing...my one word for my experience with Audi Livermore, specifically with James DaSilva and Louis Garcia. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars I would. From the moment we stepped foot into the showroom we were greeted and listened to. Our test drive was hosted by James who was a walking encyclopedia of Audi and the vehicle...wow...we were provided with useful information on the car's features and performance. We were impressed with James's ability to interpret our comments which lead to the ultimate buying experience. Thank you Audi, James and Louis!

    An Unforgettable New Year's Blessing - Thank You, Livermore Toyota…read more New Year's Eve started off stressful when I got a huge mongoose nail in my tire at 11:30 PM. I called Toyota Roadside Assistance and was towed to a dealership, but unfortunately, the experience there did not go well at all. I went into New Year's Day feeling worried and discouraged. Then something incredible happened. On New Year's Day, I received a call from the General Manager of Livermore Toyota, Mr. Mark Hashimi. I was genuinely shocked, in the best way, that on a holiday he personally reached out to me and let me know that if I could bring my car to his dealership, he would have his team take care of it. That alone spoke volumes. I immediately had my car towed from Tracy Toyota to Livermore Toyota, since I wasn't able to get a response from Tracy. When I arrived, I met Mr. Hashimi in person, and from that moment on, I felt completely taken care of. He and his team assured me every step of the way that if anything went wrong, they would communicate immediately and do everything they could to fix it. I handed over my lavender keys, signed the drop-off envelope, and took the shuttle home. To my absolute amazement, one of their wonderful sales team members, Mr. Humza Loinab, personally drove me all the way to Tracy. That level of kindness and care is something you rarely see. They truly went above and beyond. Work on my 2026 Prius started promptly at 7:00 AM, I received text updates throughout the entire process, and they had everything handled in one single day. To top it off, they even sent a shuttle 20 miles to Tracy just to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership. An Uber would have cost me $45, but instead, they looked out for me without hesitation. The best part? They took care of my tire at no charge and even included a complimentary car wash. My service advisor, Jose Coyotzi, reassured me from the beginning that he would take care of everything and that I wouldn't have to pay a thing. That peace of mind meant more to me than I can express. As a young woman getting ready to start at Cal State, trying to get my bearings and figure everything out, this experience was truly a blessing. I have worked at dealerships myself, and I have never received service like this, not even close. The contrast between this experience and my experience in Tracy was night and day. Every single person I interacted with was memorable, respectful, and genuinely kind. I even stopped by the parts department, they had the cutest items, and once again, the staff was warm and welcoming. This team didn't just do their jobs, they looked out for me. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I cannot recommend Livermore Toyota enough. It's a bit hidden, just off the Altamont near McDonald's, but it is absolutely worth finding. 6200 North Front Road, Livermore, CA Starting the new year with this level of kindness, care, and generosity genuinely made me emotional in the best way. This situation could have been far worse and far more expensive, but instead, they made it smooth, convenient, and stress-free. This dealership is everything and more. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Livermore Toyota, for restoring my faith in true kindness and what a neighborhood dealership should be.

They were offering a great discount, so I contacted them and requested the total out-the-door price for my zip code. A sales rep promptly responded with a very detailed line-itemized quote. In addition to the purchase of the new truck, I was also looking to trade-in my existing truck that I had already received an offer from Carmax and he said they could honor it if I had the official offer and to bring it in, which I did. With everything lined up, we made an appointment for Saturday morning. We drove the 75 miles to the dealership, met the sales rep, test drove the truck and confirmed we wanted to proceed with the purchase. Sitting at the sales rep's desk, he went to discuss with the sales manager and was gone for 40+ minutes. He returned with an offer nearly $3k more than he had provided initially and with a trade-in $8k less than the quote from Carmax. This was a $10k-$11k difference in what we had initially discussed and I was very irritated and told him I just want the price he already quoted me. The sales rep proceeds to say that was an accident and they will give me the advertised discount, but it will not be the price that he quoted. He goes back to the sales manager for another long period and returns with another offer. He says the numbers from the quote were not correct and he didn't know the car had a 3M clear coating (the biggest scam that car dealers ploy) already applied and this price is the best they can do. He brings the sales manager over - who was aggressive and rude and just kept pointing to the fine-print of the quote as their justification and then he tries to argue we have to pay tax on the $3k factory rebate twice (later confirmed as absolutely incorrect by the finance guy.) Irritated with this offer and the sales manager not acknowledging what we were saying about the offer and taxing us twice, we proceeded to leave - however on my way out, I make another offer to meet them halfway to which they promptly respond no way, it's the best price they will do. Before the drive back home and with the Carmax offer expiring soon, we talked through our options and determined that this truck was still the one we want. I knew I could get the truck cheaper, but after adding in the options - which I will have to install, we will be at the same price, and it will not be my first choice in color. So we return and tell the sales rep we'd like to purchase the truck but we don't want to work with the sales manager. The rest of the interaction was as expected. We drove the old truck down the highway to Carmax and were out there in 30 minutes with the quoted check in hand - completely hassle free. I love Carmax! I'm sure they will attempt to spin-doctor the events described above, but what I have described is complete and accurate. If you decide to purchase with Livermore Toyota, do so with your eyes wide open.

Unfortunately, communication after the sale has been very limited. Within two days of purchase, I noticed a braking issue where the car would shake at speeds around 25 mph, which raised safety concerns. I contacted the dealership less than a week after purchase and explained that the front brake rotors needed replacement. I was told I would need to speak with a manager regarding reimbursement, but that never happened. I replaced the front rotors myself within a week of owning the car @ a cost of $380 due to the safety concern. Despite multiple calls and emails over the past month, I have not received a response. The Ford recommended service was ~$150, they added on about $800 worth of completely unnecessary dealer service items. I asked them to keep the filters so I could inspect them, and as I suspected, they were very clean and didn't need replacing. There were a bunch of other such completely unnecessary work done. Will never be going back to Livermore Ford.

I've purchased multiple new Porsches from this dealership & loyalty will get you nowhere with Porsche Livermore. The service department even managed to damage my brand new 911 during a PPF install. Leaving knife cuts directly in the paint across the entire front end. I had hoped things were improving under the new ownership group & gave them the benefit of the doubt... but nothing has changed. I continue to get the runaround, and I'm exhausted by the games the dealership will play with customers who genuinely care about the Porsche brand. I own aircooled 911s, and sadly the best era of Porsche feels long gone. What was once about engineering and passion now seems driven by shareholder value and squeezing every last dollar from customers.
