On July 9 of 2026 Salten pools entered my home without confirming my dog was secured. When they saw that she was outside, they shut the pool gate, preventing her from accessing her water or her shade, and failed to re-open it upon their leaving. The temperature that day was 112, She was found over three hours later barely alive. After spending more than $1200 in emergency veterinarian bills, we were forced to end her suffering as she was bleeding out internally. Very horrific end to my elderly dogs life. Salten pools has taken zero accountability. Their technicians mistake cost my family dog her life. My family is distraught, we are left to deal with her death and her medical bills without so much as an apology. I guess I Was hoping a small business like this still had some sense of humanity, but sadly that is not the case. Be diligent of your pets if you use this company and ensure camera surveillance is available at all times so you don't have the burden of proving their negligence. Rest in peace, Rosie

It was surprisingly hard to find a pool company that wasn't charging absurd pricing. One was $165/month + chemicals, + extra charges for things like backflushing the filter. Another was $160+ fees, and I had 2 that didn't even show up to quote when they said they would. Andrew at Maui Blue is only $140/month with everything included! He shows up when he says he will, always texts when he's on his way, and does a great job! I emphatically recommend him 110% and am extremely happy with his work. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. From the first meeting, he was on time, focused, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for us. What really impressed us was that he never acted like a salesperson -- no pressure, no upselling, just honest advice and real expertise. Another thing that stood out is that Hektor was hands-on throughout the entire project. He did the work himself with the help of his team, but he was clearly the one leading and making sure every detail was done right. He even came back to go over details in person and worked with us so we could pay for materials with our credit card, which made things so much easier to manage. Even when Phoenix had an unusual week of rain, he stayed in touch to make sure our materials were safe. Once the weather cleared, he showed up right on time, suggested raising the patio height (which turned out to be the best decision ever), and coordinated the stucco work so everything looked seamless. The patio turned out beautiful, and he followed up afterward to make sure we were completely happy. If every contractor worked like Hektor -- professional, reliable, hands-on, and truly caring -- home projects would be stress-free. We couldn't recommend him more!

We asked our previous service to fix the noisy suction sounds coming from the top step when the pop ups were actuated by adjusting the water level. He stated it was the pop up, not the H2O level. After replacing them, noise still occurred. We asked again to increase the level and were told he had already done it, yet the noise still existed.... We also had an insane amount of wasps landing on our pool. So much so that I couldn't take my kids out to swim. .... And then we met Paul. What a gem! Not only did Paul fix the noisy suction noise on his first day, he also taught my husband how to do it! Super simple and such a BIG difference!! Now at night while enjoying the weather and some quite time, we're not spooked to near death in the calm of the night by random loud water cyclones. Another fabulous difference we've noticed is that there are a heck of a lot less wasps and we can swim at any time of day now!!!
