We wanted to try Jam Jam Tea Lab based on watching some TikTok videos, and it didn't disappoint. I really loved the Green Grape Smash with Lychee Jelly and my husband liked the coconut mango pomelo. The Green Grape wasn't too sweet which I appreciated and it paired refreshingly well with the lychee jelly. The Coconut Mango Pomelo was very sweet and had a milky taste to it. Both were worth almost $7 but the size of the drink was pretty big in the first place. There was a lot of people here; however the service was fast and the staff was patient when we were trying to decide what to get. Hmmm not badd but not as good as I was expecting :p I rarely gravitate towards fruit teas but I really wanted to try the green grape smash! I like how refreshing it was but you really could not taste the grape at all; there were small pieces of smashed grape at the bottom but they were pretty flavorless :( I also tried the brulee brown sugar boba milk tea and it tasted averageee,, not really sure what I was expecting, but it was a bit below standards imo. My friend ordered the oreo cream fresh milk and it tasted just like ice cream! So that would be a good choice if you like cookies and cream ice cream LOL The texture of the boba was pretty good though and I like how the store is so cute and decorated with smiskis! Came on a Saturday night, and surprised to see that this place was not crowded. It is so good and It deserves a lot more hype! Very cute interior and delicious drinks. I ordered three drinks online for pick up. It was ready in five minutes, and it came in super cute packaging. The cashier was really sweet as well. The jasmine milk tea with brown sugar Boba was 10/10. Very fragrant tea and the Boba had perfect texture, was warm, and delicious. We also got the peach oolong tea, which was very good, but I think the oolong could be more fragrance. 7.5 out of 10. Can't wait to come here again to try more drinks. read more

Mango Fresh Milk: my personal go-to order! Apparently they use special fruit jams for each of their drinks, and the mango jam is honestly top tier. They give you the perfect amount of mango pieces in each sip for you to get that bursting mango flavor, I'm salivating just thinking about it right now. Tropical Smash: super refreshing with a balance between sweet and tangy. I think the fruits included are pineapple, passion fruit, and orange juice. Got the coconut mango pomelo as this is one of my favorite drinks at other boba places that sell it and it appears to be their specialty. The name of the drink very well represents what it tastes like. The coconut flavor is more prominent and makes the drink creamy. The pomelo bits are bitter but gives a nice contrast to the sweet drink. I got it at 50% sweet and feel like I could have gone down a sweetness level. The drink comes with a pretty good quantity of crystal boba which is what I like so much about this type of drink. Service is friendly and drinks were made pretty fast. Seating is quite limited. I would not recommend sitting at the tall "table" in the back with the high chairs. The table is wobbly and feels like it is about to fall off any moment. I've been awaiting Jam Jam's opening since I live down the street and was not let down! The inside is very clean, plenty of seating, and bright. Their menu is simple yet has a good variety of drinks you won't find at other boba shops. We ordered the Tropical Smash Fruit tea ($5.75) and the Coconut Mango pomelo ($6.75) with regular sweetness and and regular ice and both were 5/5 ! The coconut mango pomelo had chunks of mango and almost a coconut slushie mixture. The tropical smash had a mixture of different fruits and green tea and actual orange slices inside. It was more on the tart side but very good! If you can't decide, they have a TOP 10 menu of their popular drinks and that's how my bf and I decided. The place is pretty clean and the decor is simple and lighting is not too bright. They do have an extensive menu and the vibe kind of reminds me of Junbi. The staff recommended me anything on the top 10. I ended up deciding to get the coconut mango pomelo and the green grape smash tea. The green grape smash I could probably do without unless I am craving something that is more tea forward than grape. I think the tea that they use was Jasmine. For the coconut mango pomelo drink, I really did enjoy this one. You can really taste the coconut milk and mango and bits of crunchy pomelo added to the creaminess. It's like a nice combination of creamy fruity and a little bit of tartness from the pomelo. Maybe next time I will try other drinks when I come there.
