It's the wait and customer service that's been unpredictable. For the most part, their employees have been friendly and helpful; but there are times when you know they're slacking off and things can be processed oh I don't know... faster! This is my favorite Jamba Juice location by far and it's miles and miles away from where I live, which has 2 nearby locations. I've never seen employees so upbeat, smiling, and friendly at any Jamba Juice location until I came here. I wish I had gotten their names especially the cashier. Their greetings were so uplifting. They even made sure to say bye, which was the friendliest "bye" ever. Our drinks were made perfectly btw. I will definitely be back to this location when I am in town. I usually go to this location often since it's close by, and it's usually a chill and welcoming place ,tonight we got a bit of a disappointing experience.. no acknowledgement when coming in just a employee who stopped cleaning and walked to the register and stared.. we ordered and the young man taking the order seemed annoyed..the drinks were blended quicker then usual my drink was normal my boyfriends mango a go-go was still completely frozen and had a lot of chunks.. when we got home we noticed he shorted us change as well.. not the best visit.. read more

They now go with the traditional small, medium, large sizes instead of "original", "sixteen", or whatever and there's also a rewards program in place called Jamba Insider. I've always seen people holding things from Jamba Juice, but I never really liked fruit juice so I didn't really pay attention... So one day I was with my friend and we went to the location of Jamba Juice. I thought that it would be nice to try it. When we got here and walked in, it smelled really good.... It took me a LONG time to choose what I wanted. The staff didn't mind - great customer service. When I ordered, my drink was pretty weird if a request - peanut butter and vanilla... yeah. Again - great customer service part 2 - I got exactly what I asked for. Which, when you think about it, often doesn't happen even with the simplest for orders, so I was pretty surprised when I got my odd order just how I asked for it. And when I drank it it was really good... I don't really know why. All it really was was vanilla and peanut butter. But still. It was good. You should go! That's fruit! read more

The sign said they opened at 7. I walked in at 721am the lights were off I said hello and a young girl said they weren't open they were having a meeting. I always thought posted hours meant that's the time you opened since it said 7am on Saturday and it was 721. Not very good customer service. A sign should have been on the door advising there weren't opening at 7am today. read more

My boyfriend and I were craving their energy bowls so we decided to head to this Jamba Juice. There were no customers so I figured we would be able to get our order in and out pretty fast. The person that rang us up at the cash register was really friendly, but she did not pitch out on how you can get reward points and with those reward points you can get $3 off on your next purchase. I had to look that up on the Jamba Juice website prior to know about it. We ordered 2 acai energy bowls and it took them 15-20 minutes to make them. I understand that the energy bowls are a fairly new addition, but I don't see why it would take them so long to make them. While we were waiting, they served 6 other customers that came in after us. I was honestly pretty disappointed to have waited that long for 2 small energy bowls. read more

This Jamba Juice rocks! I've been here dozens of times and with the exception of the Jamba Juice app being inoperable once a couple months ago, this has been my favorite place to grab my smoothies. I've visited many Jambas over the years in different cities and all (or most) employees are pretty welcoming and nice. Always helpful Bridget and Bria (and Joey, who wasn't in this early) ALWAYS make you feel like you're their best customer. They have smoothies of course, but they also have pretzels and oatmeal and other breakfast and lunch and other snack items. This location is ideal as it is right at the corner of Elk Grove Bl and Franklin which is a high traffic corner. It's just inside of the Raley's shopping center, tucked in the corner of the parking lot next to Domino's. All in all, a wonder location to treat yourself to a power drink on the way to work. Went in to Jamaba Juice Elk Grove Blvd location this morning was assisted by someone who did not know the menu. I Asked if they had an oatmeal bowl, she said no. I look over on the menu and saw "oatmeal" and I pointed at it. She said " we no longer carry it". still she seemed to be bothered and I must have taken too long because she rolled her eyes. I then pointed at the vanilla blue sky bowl, I pointed at it and told her "vanilla sky bowl". She took my money and I sat down. When I was told my order was ready she just placed it at the counter and went to the back. I tried calling her because the order was not correct but, she never came back out, I was on my way to work and didn't have time to wait any longer. Both the items I purchased where horrible! I called to let them know that the order was wrong and the lady that answered couldn't care less! She asked "what I wanted to do about it" as if I was bothering I told her what happened and she said "corporate just called them to remove the oatmeal from the menu" whatever. I get it people don't want to work and some that are working have no customer service skills and act like they are doing you a favor. Many businesses have closed and more will it doesn't help that NO ONE CARES! I will never go there again, made the mistake of going there today. I bought a Jamba tumbler less than two weeks ago. I went to fill it up with my favorite Ginger & Greens before a scheduled minor surgery that has me freaked out. So freaked out in fact, when I opened the door to Jamba, I dropped my tumbler and destroyed it. I was HEARTBROKEN! I ordered my smoothie anyway and then Janae said she would replace my tumbler! She didn't have to do that! I was so surprised and so grateful because not only was that basically a brand new tumbler but it really took a little stress off an already stressful morning! This is feed back regarding extremely poor customer service at the Elk Grove/Franklin Jamba juice experience at approximatley 6:15pst on 9/1/14. I came into this location like I normally do with my 2 young sons age 4 and 7.Upon entering I was greeted by Alexandra (name on receipt). She seemed very eager for me to order so I stepped up and started ordering. This is where the bad customer service started. I was ordering 3 drinks and clearly stated my order. After I was done she only caught the 1st drink I ordered, I knew she was not paying attention because she was looking and listening to the conversation her co-worker was having at the next register.No eye contact with me as I was ordering. I told her she was not paying attention, she did not apologize and said she could not hear because too loud. If that was true then she would have interrupted me and said "i'm sorry, I didn't hear you". After I gave my order I said "receipt please". She responded with "your drinks will be ready right over there". Again clearly was not paying attention. After waiting with my kids in line my son saw the popchips and wanted to purchase it. I gave him cash and told him to go to the register. He went there but the Alexandra was not paying attention again so I said "customer" to get her attention.Usually with a child you want to give them even better service with a smile. Instead she gave the most irritated service, no "hi" or "thank you". After that she went to the juice making area and as she was making drink I could see her "venting" to her male co-worker". I saw him look up at me twice after listening to her and even heard him say "duh!" This male co-worker was the one to give us our drinks.I was not happy with the experience so I took the drinks and proceeded to walk out the store with my sons.This is when I heard a sarcastic "You're Welcome!" as I was leaving the store.I went back in the store and confronted the male rep.. who did not apologize. This location is great. It's near a bunch of places to shop, and the plaza it's in is really clean. There are several tables outside to sit and enjoy a smoothie without the sun being bothersome. I didn't give four stars because the music was so loud I literally had to shout my order at the cashier who was only a foot away from me. Came in by myself during a promotional event for a free smoothie on a Thursday. Had a Carribean Passion smoothie. Tasted great. Although it was busy the staff was still very friendly and accommodating to the crowd. They also gave out coupon for $2 off freshly squeezed juice. Came back on a Sunday morning, around 9:30 am.
