Jamba Juice at Portland Airport is located in terminal e. It's currently open from 3:30 A.M - 10:30 P.M. except on Friday nights where it closes at 7:00 P.M. Jamba Juice offers a wide range of smoothies, food, bowls, and even quick snacks. We ended up getting an orange flavored smoothie and a parmesan cheese pretzel. We had an hour delay on our flight going back to Las Vegas, flying out on Southwest. Jamba juice was a great stop while we were waiting for our flight. The smoothie was awesome! It wasn't overly sweet. The Parmesan cheese pretzel was the best, though! It was crispy on the outside, and light, fluffy on the inside! The dough was easy to pull apart! There wasn't much salt on it either, which allowed the parmesan cheese flavor to shine! The service was quick and the food was great! Prices are pretty expensive, though, since it's an airport location. read more

Haven't had Jamba juice in a long time, but decided to try it out to grab a drink at the airport. I was going to order the strawberry whirl, but they said they were out of strawberries, so I ended up getting an apples n green. Was not a fan. Still a bit odd to not have strawberries right when they opened. Would be nice to put up a sign or block it out on the menu so customers know. I had a few more minutes to kill before boarding my flight back home to Las Vegas and I decided that I wanted to buy a smoothie after passing by Jamba. I was thirsty after an over two hour long drive to the airport, and it's been a long time since I last visited one. This Jamba can be found inside concourse E inside PDX. My favorite smoothie from Jamba is their Orange Dream Machine, so I went ahead and ordered that. I was the only one there and the employees were doing their own little thing, so it took me a while to be acknowledged by them. The guy that took my order wasn't all that friendly either. He spoke in monotone and it sounded like he didn't enjoy his job. Apparently I got there at the right time because after I placed my order, a long line was already forming. The smoothie that I got was tasty and had lots of orange flavor to it, plus I could taste a hint of vanilla ice cream. I liked my smoothie but I think the employees could be a little nicer. read more

We stopped in here on a recent visit. I've enjoy Jamba as a healthy alternative to coffee and/or sugar drinks. Front staff friendly and efficient. I had the ginger/greens, my wife a different drink. No apparent ingredient shortage as mentioned by others. Drinks were tasty and well prepared. The distressing part for me was the dang single use, unrecyclable clear plastic cups and plastic straws. I mean, this is tree-hugger, birkenstock wearing Portland, yes? At least give me the option for a paper-based cup. So we LOSE a star for hatred of the planet here. Two stars for this Jamba Juice location located inside the Portland Airport. Online & Yelp said they opened at 5am. It's was about 10 of us waiting in line and they didn't open until well after 5:15. After waiting 20 mins in line rushing before my flight boarded at 5:30. I ordered the Açaí bowl and I don't know if it's because he was doing a lot of orders at one time but I di notice that people who ordered after me were getting their smoothies before me. He left mine in the blender for way to long. Waited for the cashier to put the bowl together when I finally got my bowl it was so soupy and watered down. Liquid. Terrible customer service. No manager on duty. I was also told there was no available phone number for customer service which is why I'm writing this review. Served sandwiches that were still frozen. They failed to give me all that was in the blender. Usually when I order extra add ins they always give a kids cup. When I went back to the counter I was given a huge bad attitude. I was told they dumped it. I was also told I should have asked for the extra. But more than anything else it was the way the entire staff responded. It was a pile on of mean girls. Only the person at the register was kind and responsive. A simple apology and a kind word would have gone a long way. This location needs serious customer service training. i fly a lot and the jamba counter is next to the gates i always use. this location NEVER has all the ingredients they need for their items. it sounds like management has an ordering problem. this should be easily fixed. i have let it go in the past but it keeps on happening...it has happened atleast 10 times this year. otherwise, its a normal jamba. customer service does the bare minimum. read more

Jamba Juice is my favorite of the chain juice shops and it seems like at least one member of my family stops here on every visit to PDX. There are two issues with this location: 1) This airport outpost seems exempt from coupons. I've tried once or twice and what is accepted at my local store isn't accepted here, so I'm docking them a star. 2) They are located in the Oregon Market outside of security, so you need to finish your drink before heading to your gate. For some reason I always forget and have to drink quickly. Brain freeze. I'd stick with a small size. Aside from that, they are consistently good and friendly and I'm a fan of Jamba's new superfruit smoothies for the summer. read more

I lover having a jamba juice at the airport. Allows me to get something good to drink without being a soda or a coffee. I love the orange smoothie, which is similar to an orange julius. I was able to use my jamba juice gift card without issues. Had to drink outside security... so make sure your flight is delayed or arrive early. Ordered a Cheddar tomatoes twist 2.95 and the green apple smoothie Nothing to add about the green juice. They asked if I wanted a toasted twist... so I said yes. It tasted like it was never toasted.
