The Aloha pineapple is one of my favorites but usually best if double blended. I still like the mango a-go-go also. The Jamba is convenient located next to other restaurants and there's always parking available. It's not exactly a walk to kind of place though. read more

I walk in and they already know the 2 drinks I usually get and ask which one is it. How can you not love that! I have a daily Jamba Juice (just about) habit, and I have for a long time now. Because of this, I find myself at a lot of different Jamba Juices. Some, believe it or not, are better than others. This one is particularly good. The staff is super friendly, management keeps the place extra clean, and they always have a good recommendation. While out shopping in Sac this weekend, I decided I was thirsty. My husband, driving, said "Well, what do you want to drink?" "Jamba Juice!" I replied. I whipped out the iPhone and had it search for nearby locations. This one was the closest, just off Hwy 50. It was nearly 6 pm, and the parking lot was kind of full. This is crammed back in a corner, right next to a Starbucks. We made it inside and ordered our drinks, and pretzels. We were the only ones in the store, and our drinks were whipped up right quick as the cashier had our pretzels warmed in the microwave. We were in and out in under five minutes. Drinks made correctly, and pretzels tucked into paper bags. Everything was tasty, and I was pleased with the service. Would have gotten five stars, but the music was turned up LOUD... so loud we had to lean in to hear the cashier, who was not a soft speaker. read more

Normally, the service here is superb, but today, right now, at 4:30 p.m., March 10, 2016, the "dudes" working had no consideration. One guy seemed as though he was too busy to assist with a coupon, and the other guy felt it would be too time consuming to refund my money in order to redo the transaction to qualify for their Thursday "free upgrade promotion. Went here on Wednesday 6/10 about 2:30pm. The girl at the register was extra slow. It is always warm here as they get the afternoon sun through their window and the air conditioning is marginal. The man in front of me was second in line and left as he was tired of waiting. Given the fact that it is loud here and we all wear masks verbal communication is poor at best. I tried giving this expensive for no reason Jamba Juice a try just because they're next door to me but they're honestly so annoying and have gave me trouble many times. From them getting my drink i ordered on the app completely wrong to being late asf making it. And one time i had to check the girl for not even filling my cup up. Then today i spent 20 dollars more than i usually do for my order because they couldn't get the scanner thing right for my awards and i clicked no tip and got the receipt print out why when i got home they gave themself the highest tip and charged me 24 dollars. I love this location. I go here all the time and the crew is always so great, even though I can be a little difficult and my kids like to ask a lot of questions. Today I met Leslie, I think she is the owner, and she was so great with my daughters. She didn't get annoyed that they had so many questions. She even let them watch as she was making their smoothies. Luckily it wasn't too busy so their questions about each ingredient didn't slow things down too much. Thank you for making them feel super special. My oldest said she wants to work at Jamba because she wants to have a different smoothie every day and try all of the different combinations. This Jamba Juice is consistent with all of the others I've been too. Nothing on the menu is bad and the food and beverage are consistently awesome! The parking spaces in this parking lot are extremely small; I think they were made for Smart cars only. Always enjoy Jamba Juice! For me its a large carrot juice and double shot of wheat grass. A little pricey but it is a great pick me up for any time of the day. WORST SERVICE EVER!! I always get my drinks the exact same way at EVERY Jamba that I visit! I was in the area and thought to drop by! My drink order is always "Mango-Go-Go CHUNKY!!" No, chunky doesn't mean THICK or blended all the way! I always tell the order taker to please please make sure it's chunky! Chunky means with pieces of mango/ice! I got my drink and it wasn't chunky but blended all the way! I kindly asked the gentleman to remake my drink, and he replied, "its Chunky." I stated it's not chunky, it's blended all the way. Rudely, he took my drink and progressed to add more mangos and reblend the drink! When I asked if he can just remake the order (because from past experiences, reblending still didn't make the drink chunky), his response "I don't want to waste this drink! Adding the mangos will make it chunky. I don't see why I have to waste this drink." EXCUSE ME? Mind you, I'm a paying customer and according to the signs posted in the store, Jamba Juice promises to "make it right." I'm not sure why it was such an issue at this location, when I've never had any issues at other Jamba locations! I usually LOVE Jamba Juice... and this may be a fluke because I don't go to this one often (It's not close). I bought a large tropical veggie juice and it was not blended NEARLY well enough. I was choking on huge chunks of kale the whole way back to work. It was terrible. I basically had kale salad sitting on top of my juice. Service was fine except for not blending well enough.
