She didn't even acknowledge my request. --- Follow up: the owner messaged me shortly after I posted my comment and said he was following up with the employee regarding the lack of urgency. It says online that they accept Apple Pay but they really don't. Unfortunately the drink was very watery. I had to ask them to remake it thicker. The second time around was better than the first but I've had better Jamba Juice days. Smh at the experience. read more

I was feeling under the weather, alarmed sounded in the morning for me to go to Love Fest to pick up my press pass and I just couldn't. Also, had to turn down numerous friends to hook up for after Love Party. All that waking up at 5 am finally caught up and I had no energy and felt rather sore and thought a flu was heading my way. It was either stay home and do nothing or get to the gym and burn it out. So, I did a light but great workout with 30 minute treadmill run and 45 minute lats and stomach. Felt better but I needed some energy boosting foods so luckily Jamba Juice has the concoctions and for added pip, I did a shot of wheat grass. Totally new man. This is the second time I have a bad experience here. I didn't write a review last time because I understand mistakes happen but I got very upset this time. I made a pick up order since I am on a timed lunch. I arrived to Jamba Juice and noticed all the pick up orders where out in the open on a table with names and people were just grabbing their order. So I grabbed my order, said thank you and left. As I am walking to my car, one of the girls that works there is running out shouting " That is not your order" there was a lot of people standing outside of the business and it caused for everyone to stare at me. This was very embarrassing and humiliating. She did not have to shout at me multiple times and make it feel like I'm stealing someone else's order. First off, don't leave people's orders out in a table for everyone to grab their order on their own without an employee confirming the order. Second, how was I the only person to be stopped but other people were grabbing and leaving too?! Third, she could have been more professional and have walked up to me and privately, without shouting to the whole world, if she could confirm my order and view my email receipt. I would have had 0 problems with that if that's how she would have gone about it because guess what I AM NOT STEALING. It was my order and I didn't have to show my receipt after the fact but I did. I didn't even receive an apology for humiliating me. read more

I feel bad for writing up a poor review but although it was clear they were short staffed -- only 2 workers -- we ended up waiting about 30 min for our drinks along with other customers. It was hot and my kids were thirsty so it really made it a bit frustrating. Again, I don't think it's the employees fault hence the 2 stars, but I believe the general manager should definitely be aware of how poorly it reflects upon the store. read more

I am very disappointed in this Jamba Juice. While the manager, (at least night manager) Miriam, was very nice and helpful, they let a couple with a DOG in their store. There is a sign posted saying no animals. Either people can't read, they don't care about the problems they can cause other people, or they are just plain STUPID (probably all 3) but no one, not any of the staff, said a word. I called afterward, as it really bothered me, and Miriam said they (the staff) discussed it, and it would not happen again. Excuse me? Why did it happen in the first place? They are afraid of confrontation? How about HEALTH CODE VIOLATION?! Isn't that a little bit more scary? If they allow this, who knows what else they allow. Girl that took my order was rude and had attitude. Girl that made my order started the order 10 minutes after I ordered it. There was no other customer but me. The two girls were busy finishing up their chat. While waiting for them to finish up I went to wash my hands and the bathroom light wasn't working. It was flickering as if I was in a horror movie. It took forever for the girl to make my drink. It seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. My mango mantra tasted like sh%! And my raspberry oatmeal had a quarter scoop of raspberry sauce. Nastiest, laziest, and sucky jamba juice I've ever been to. The owner must take note. read more

Wow, what happened tonight still boggles my mind! What's wrong with today's youth? So, here's what happened this Friday night. I print out a BOGO coupon and take it in about 630pm and order a typical smoothie and they ask what size thinking the 16oz was the original and I show them the coupon and voie las, I get two right? Not so easy. I even hand over an empty water bottle asking them to put it in that to save two cups from filling the landfill and I look at it and it can hold 32oz. I also tipped them $1 thinking I just got $5 so I'll give back. Lo and behold, destiny would have a surprise waiting for me very shortly. The kid puts my bottle filled with just a third and a small kids cup filled on the counter. I'm puzzled. So, I made the mistake and asked for the wrong size. My bad. So, I'll just pay the difference and go just make me a little more, easy, right? WRONG! I'm thinking to myself was the coupon only good for 16oz? I ask to see it again to clarify. She goes it's in the register drawer and I can't open it. WTF? Just open it. I ask her is it good for the original size? She says yes, but you ordered the 16oz already. Like so, fix it. It's not written in stone. I know she easily could've, but I know they wanted to give me a hard time. So, I actually paid full price for another original size to make it a big deal, but like you guys are total A-holes! Out of no where, the kid slams the kids cup into the trash and throws the empty blender container into the sink. You mad, bro? Even the customer in front of me is astounded by the employee's poor attitude like it's coming out of his pocket! He deliberately makes a lot of noise to show his frustration and resentment. I actually lost some of my order, the part he tossed in the trash. I don't like to give bad reviews, but this isn't the first time they've copped me an attitude also on another Friday night and the same kid. Seems from other reviews, this isn't the first time either. If this kid worked at McDonalds or most any other fast food joint he would know what customer service would and should be...with a smile. I can only imagine this kid dressed in a black trench coat and hordes of firearms stuffed in his closet just waiting for someone else to tick him off with another juice order. I hope management reviews their video footage and disciplines him accordingly. Watch out people! This kid's got some serious anger issues. His gerbil died, he broke his bong, or his mom says he's gotta get a job, but he's got lots chillin' to do. read more

So happy! Went here after the gym today for an acai bowl. There were two people who were clearly experienced training two others. Though they were training, they did an excellent job helping customers. When I got my bowl I was so surprised to see how full it was. Normally, most places give you a couple pieces of fruit but they added so much! I was shocked how full the bowl was. A+ guys, you know what you're doing. read more

I went there on a semi hot day, so there was 20 people in front of me. Out of the 20 orders in front of me they made 15 of the orders wrong and had to remake them. So the wait was ALOT longer then expected. Even tho they had a big crowd they continued to work at a very Slow Pace with no sense of Urgency. The lady that was pouring the smoothies into the cups, was spilling the smoothie all over the cup and the counters. So when we got the smoothie they were sticky. I felt bad for the lady in front of me, she handed her a bunch of napkins so she can clean up the smoothie that was all over her cup. The people that were walking in the door after me, I should have warned them to not eat/get anything there. On top on that when they gave me the smoothie it was already melted, They probably forgot to add the ice. Yes it does smell like rotten fruit in this Jamba Juice. Went here today around 3/3:30 because it was hot and what's great on a hot day? A smoothie! I should have went with my gut and went to Starbucks. I walk in and the cashier (girl with long hair of Asian descent) makes eye contact with me. No smile. No hello. Nothing. After second round of eye contact she says she'll be right with me. There's 4-5 people working. All rowdy in the back screaming "Rachel Rachel!!!!" a zillion times. Finally another guy helps me. Takes my order. Blah blah blah. Stepping into this location is like walking into heaven. Every time I come here I get the best service and the drinks are DELICIOUS! The employees are so kind and are ALWAYS smiling and are the angels in this heaven. My favorite drink is the greens and ginger and I swear it gets better every time I order it. 100/10 recommend coming here. Wow. A really great place. I'm not a fan of Jamba Juice. It's healthy and all but just not into fruity drinks. So why did I stop by here at the time that I did? Well, I just finished doing a 3 mile run and just came from the running store not too far from there. I decided to give Jamba Juice another try and fill myself up with something that easily digested. (Thought I give my intestines a break from breaking down all the foods I devoured the past year) Everyone says Jamba Juice is healthy. Yeah well, I'm just not into fruity drinks. People tend to order the biggest size there is, hoping to fill them up. As for me, my stomach shrank quite a bit the last couple of years so I just wanted the smallest size. I almost didn't finished it. It was quite thick and fulfilling. Okay, as for everything else, this place is clean -like any other Jamba Juice spots. It wasn't busy at the time that I went which was about 4P on a weekday. The location is a little secluded but still visible. The guy who helped us was friendly and professional. He blended in quite well when it came to service and presentable. No line = fast orders. It wasn't long after I ordered that I received my juice. Verdict: If you're a Jamba Juice type of person, this is definitely a spot for you. The reason for my score is that if I was a fan, I would probably gave it such a score. Its only fair =) read more

Not only does he not know how to multi-task, he also has a really annoying habit of not using enough ingredients, then hitting the mixer loudly for about a minute while he tries to get every last drop out of it. This is a pretty large Jamba Juice located in the shopping center anchored by Best Buy and TJ Maxx next to Bayshore Fwy (101). It is across the parking lot from those stores at the end of a smaller strip mall building containing Starbucks, WingStop, GameStop, Chipotle, Mattress Discounters, etc. There is a restroom in this location (+1 star). There is some seating both indoors and outdoors (+1 stars). The staff is not knowledgeable or friendly. They don't seem very eager to help. The smoothie tasted fine. Parking and convenience is okay. Not one of my favorite Jamba Juice locations. read more

Just came by here for a quick pick-me-up since I'm doing some overtime at work on a Sunday! Quick service and they weren't as busy as I thought they would be since I came here around the lunch time rush. The staff is suuuuper friendly. I ordered Razzmatazz without any add ons. Also ordered a sourdough pretzel with some cheese baked into it. Both were delicious, though I was hoping there would be some cheese inside the dough itself for the pretzel, eep. But my smoothie was so yummy and sweet, not overpowering and very well blended. Next time I'll try the Acai! Ample amount of parking and next to Chipotle and Starbucks as well. read more

So dirty. So. So. Dirty. Where's the health department when you need 'em? We came in a few hours before closing, and as soon as we walked in, we noticed that the place reeked of old fruit, bleach, and rotten, steamy wetness. There was water coming from behind the counters with a wet floor sign up, making it look as though maybe something had just been cleaned, but the floor was filthy so I don't think that was it. Saving grace was that my acai bowl was really good, but I had to try really hard to pretend that I didn't know where it came from because this place was so scummy. FH's orange smoothie was really watered down, so much so that there was hardly any sweetness, and it tasted primarily of ice. To top it off, there was a guy standing with his back against the wall by a register and a girl standing AT her register. We walked up to the girl and she ignored us, while the guy stood there and... watched us? I don't even know. It took way longer than it should have for him to acknowledge that we were there, and call us to his register because, apparently, the girl wasn't ringing in orders. read more

Everytime my co- worker and I come here the experience is great! The staff have always been friendly and fast. The best part of our visit is the service! Marisa the district manager ,wow does she know her JUICE! She educates you about the juices, boosters, vitamins etc. She greets you with a warm, and welcoming smile . I'm surprised at the reviews here. Maybe it's because I come in closer to closing time and late on the weekends, but I've (yet) to have a bad experience. Or maybe I'm just biased because working at a Jamba Juice was my first job so I kinda-sorta remember any of the possible hiccups that may occur. I work nearby, so I try to make it a challenge to drive over, order my smoothie, and get back to work on time during my 15 minute first break. And they accomplish it! ...most of the time. It also helps that I regularly order one of the simplest drinks on the menu, with a slight twist. The strawberry whirl (apple juice, strawberries, bananas, and ice), but with soy milk. It's simply tasteful. They don't always double blend it if it doesn't come out properly though, which results in a sometimes chunky smoothie (bit of an oxymoron). The place is ran by a team where nobody appears to be over the age of 25, mostly high schoolers on the weekends. That means they're loud and spend more time talking to each other, but they still acknowledge me right away. One thing that I find weird is how they always ask me for my name, even though I'm the same guy ordering the same drink wearing the same blue Walgreens shirt and a HUGE Walgreens name tag that says "Patrick" on it. But whatever! Next time they ask I'm going to hint at my name tag, but throw a curveball and say "Alejandro"! Hope that my trouble free Jamba-juicing continues in the future. read more
