I'm surprised at the reviews here. Maybe it's because I come in closer to closing time and late on the weekends, but I've (yet) to have a bad experience. Or maybe I'm just biased because working at a Jamba Juice was my first job so I kinda-sorta remember any of the possible hiccups that may occur. I work nearby, so I try to make it a challenge to drive over, order my smoothie, and get back to work on time during my 15 minute first break. And they accomplish it! ...most of the time. It also helps that I regularly order one of the simplest drinks on the menu, with a slight twist. The strawberry whirl (apple juice, strawberries, bananas, and ice), but with soy milk. It's simply tasteful. They don't always double blend it if it doesn't come out properly though, which results in a sometimes chunky smoothie (bit of an oxymoron). The place is ran by a team where nobody appears to be over the age of 25, mostly high schoolers on the weekends. That means they're loud and spend more time talking to each other, but they still acknowledge me right away. One thing that I find weird is how they always ask me for my name, even though I'm the same guy ordering the same drink wearing the same blue Walgreens shirt and a HUGE Walgreens name tag that says "Patrick" on it. But whatever! Next time they ask I'm going to hint at my name tag, but throw a curveball and say "Alejandro"! Hope that my trouble free Jamba-juicing continues in the future. read more

This place has good parking and is located near Best Buy. The guys behind the counter are friendly. When there's lots of customers all at once, I like that they they don't waste time chit chatting. Healthy ingredients (...but stay away from White Gummi Bear...one of those not-on-the-menu items...if you are counting calories). LOVE the carrot juicer and orange squeezer. Friday I had the worst experience at the Sequoia Station JJ. The girl at register wouldn't say hi back or answer my questions making customers feel like they're in a dirty deal. The worst Jamba Juice I've been to. The service is slow. The cashier cannot understand proper English. The guy who was making my juice managed to finish everyone else's order before making mine, even when I was at the front of the line. That's not even the worst part. He mixed up my order, forgot the things I asked to add on. And then after I asked to add them back on, he did such a rush job that the kale weren't even blended properly. The chunks of veggies were stuck in the tube that I couldn't even drink it. And on top of everything, it took me 25mins!! Literally 25 mins to get my messed up order. No wonder this location has the lowest rating among 30miles radar, it truely suck! Whoever is the store manager, please hire people who actually benefit the store!! read more

This jamba juice store is terrible. They cheated us today. We ordered a Tropical Warriors and it turned out looking weird (brownish instead of yellow). It also lacked the mango and pineapple flavors. We asked the staff if they have given us the correct order. The lady said "no. You got the right one. We just put less mango but more blueberries this time." They refused to make us a new one. We went home and looked up Jamba juice's YouTube channel, which has their Tropical Warriors recipe. That drink only consists mango and pineapple juice!! NO BLUEBERRIES! Of the Jamba Juices in the area, this one is my least favorite. I ordered a juice and an energy bowl and waited an entire 20 minutes! While I waited, I used the restroom and it wreaked of weed. I then realized the girl who took my order seemed completely glazed over. I had to repeat my order to her twice. I'd say the staff is definitely using that restroom as a 'break' room. Gross! What are ripoff! If I could've given this place zero, I would've. I paid $4.99 for a lousy mixed drink I could have done at home, but they only filled it less than two thirds of the way full! I asked them to remake it filled to the top and they came back with exactly the same amount. So they wasted 2 cups worth of juice so that they could prove they could give me a less than full cup. So my co worker goes here for her lunch. She called in to PRE Order her smoothie, so she didnt have to wait. This location is just a little bit different than the other Jambas I've visited. I was there in August after a nice walk through the Best Buy, so you could sense the "newness" of the place. It was very clean and much larger than the others. There are tables inside and outside to chill out and the staff was very quick and ready to serve (although there were fewer customers here than the others). The carrot orange juice is very fresh and the samples they gave me were very good. There was no sense they were trying to unload older inventory. Overall a wonderfully pleasant experience due to a clean and larger more modern setup. I'll be back soon, hopefully the business will pick up as more people find out about this Jamba. read more

Service is usually OK. Once in a while they don't have the oatmeal ready. While on business in the area, I always stop in for a 16 OJ and one of the oatmeals....sometimes a breakfast wrap. Food is always good. Store is clean. read more

I love Jamba Juice. I used to come here a lot, as much as Starbucks. But as soon as I got my own juicer, I started coming here less often. But when I do not have the time to do all the work of making my own juice, I still do come here once in a while. And definitely everything they have is so healthy, you can feel it when you drink it. Yes, it takes them time to do your juice, but I know how it is. Making those kinds of juice and smoothies do take time. It is a lot more time than making capuccino, so I don't know why everyone is complaining about the wait. I guess maybe people are so used to Starbucks that they did not realize that unlike coffee, making a juice and smoothies take a lot more work and time and use more ingredients. So for making it worth the wait, I give them five stars. read more

I know they are trying to improve their bissnis and I'm sure they are trying to improve their drinks. This will be my last time to this Jamba Juice. I've tried 3 or 4 times to go in for some oatmeal, which should be easy. They have consistently been out at various times in the morning. Once they were out in early morning, today it wasn't ready 20 minutes after the store had opened. Last week they were out of apple topping at 8:30 in the morning. I mean, who doesn't have breakfast food ready at breakfast time? I've worked in bakeries before, it a very simple formula: you get there before opening to get all of the food ready when the doors open. It's not rocket science. Poor customer service, poor attitudes from the staff, and the place even looks rather dirty. Don't go here. Hopefully the owners will look into this, but looking now at months of bad reviews it seems highly unlikely that things will improve. read more

I absolutely love coming to this location! The staff is friendly and super knowledgeable when it comes to their menu. They helped me choose a vegan smoothie option that was full of flavor and even check out a detailed ingredient list to see if one of their food items was vegan! I would like to file a complaint against the employees of Jamba Juice at the San Carlos location. I went in to order a smoothie with one of my employees and she accidentally left my work iPad behind. Once realizing what she had done, she went back in to the location to ask to see if it was still there. The guy behind the counter not only looked her straight in the face and said that no one has turned in an iPad, but also denied her when she asked if anyone else working behind the counter had seen it. The employee made no effort to double check or look in the office. After retracing our steps to other stores we had entered, I decided to go back into Jamba Juice to ask the employees myself to see if the iPad had turned up. The guy behind the counter told me no, no one has turned it in. I left and continued my search around the area. I then turned on my "find my iPad" app and it traced me directly back to Jamba Juice. At this point, I went back in to Jamba Juice and asked for a 3rd time if anyone had my iPad. Not until I requested to see security camera footage, did the employee finally talk to his manger. He came back asking me to describe my iPad and then wouldn't answer me when I asked "does that mean you have my iPad." He told me he couldn't tell me if he did or didn't, and then demanded I tell him my pass code, without any assurance that they did in fact have my iPad. I could have been just giving them the code, and then they could turn around and tell me they didn't have it---which they had already told me and my assistant on 3 separate occasions that they in fact did not have it. Once I gave up my passcode, the manager, Paul, came out and very rudely yelled at me "that's all I needed!" I'm very upset about employees lying to me and my assistant, and then practically denying me my own iPad. Paul was very rude and unprofessional. And the protocol for lost and found items seems non legit and has me questioning the moral ethics of Jamba Juice as a company. read more

Ive never reviewed anything right after leaving, but I felt the need to record my horrible experience at this location. First off, we walked in and was not greeted by any of the three workers running around behind the counter for at least 2-3 minutes. I understand you may be busy, not really cause there were no other customers in the store, but at least acknowledge that we came in. Secondly, the clerk that finally comes to the register demonstrated the deepest sigh as if it was a burden to take our order. Long day? Maybe. Then the straw that breaks the camels back....the guy blending the drinks taps my drink out of the blender, calls out "mango-a-go-go", places it on the counter and walks back to his blending station. As I go to grab my drink, he walks over and says...that's a Mango a go go! I replied, "oh okay, I know." Then he continues to question me saying, "did you order that? ...are you sure you ordered that?" how can you mistaken it, there was no one else there before us. Totally tactless and incompetent staff. They need more training in customer service and putting a smile on their faces while assisting customers. Walking in. the store was filthy. Horrible customer service. There were 2 girls working, but not really doing anything. Sitting with the other people waiting for their drinks I noticed Marissa seemed to be reading the charts on how to make the drinks for a really long time. Then I noticed she was really looking out side at something obviously happening out in the parking lot. There were 3 tickets ahead of mine, I know because I could see them just hanging there. When I eventually got my drink ,it was wrong. I let the girl know that it wasnt correct and she told me that it was. I told her No, its not what I ordered. And she again told me I was wrong. Marissa came over and told me it was what I ordered. I said again that it wasnt what I ordered. It was obvious just by looking at it. This was pink and what I order is purple. She said that it was correct but that she could remake it if I wanted. I told her I just wanted what I ordered. She picked it up, slammed it in the garbage and took her time remaking the drink. When she came back it was correct. And purple. She put it down in front of me and walked off not saying a word. Between the absolute filth and the worse customer service I have ever seen at a Jamba its a guarantee that I will never be back. read more
