I love me some Jamba Juice! My poison: Strawberry Surf Rider. I love it! Some of the smoothies can be a bit on the tart side, so after finding this one (a good balance of tart and sweet) I have stuck with it. Parking is a bit of a chore at this one since there are loads of other stores around here, so that is a downside for me. However, was highly impressed with as busy as the store was, how they were able to get everyone's orders correct and quickly! And the staff were super friendly, making sure that everyone in the store got a free sample of freshly made orange carrot juice. read more

This shopping center has a good amount of parking. They have tons of seating outside but nothing really inside this place. They made my smoothies quickly and tasted delicious. I love that they do all fruit smoothies because I am lactose intolerant. Their menu is very extensive and they have good items as well that are really good like their soft pretzels. read more

I've always been a Jamba Juice person, just because of their amazing fruity taste of their drinks. They taste great and their super healthy and I love them. I usually order a Mango-A-Go-Go with an Energy Boost, which is one of my favorite drinks to get whenever I'm thirsty or tired from school or just enjoying a day. Though I've heard much positive feedback about their secret menu drinks, I've only gotten a White gummy bear from the secret menu, which was surprisingly really good. read more

Just left this place without ordering because there were huge bugs crawling on the floor. It was so disgusting. I told the woman at register "there's bugs on the floor" and instead of going to sweep it, she ignored me and asked the next person "how can I help you"? Maybe she's used to it, maybe the location is prone to bugs since it located next to other restaurants and they keep the door open but it was too gross for me to eat or drink anything from here. read more

I've been going to this Jamba Juice since it opened, but not as frequent in the past few years. I've had several of their smoothies, and my favorite is the Caribbean Passion with an energy boost, although sometimes it hasn't tasted right. If I want something a little refreshing and sweet, but not chocolatey, I might go here. The location is great because it's not too far from my house. read more

Beware of this location- they soak the wheatgrass in water so the shots are COMPLETELY watered own. Really disappointing.

My family enjoys going to Jamba Juice frequently around San Diego, but this location does not have the greatest customer service. No one seemed to be very happy there. Cashier overcharged my son as I watched him pay at the register with his gift card and cash, left a tip, then the cashier asked him for more money as she handed his order...no receipt. If you're buying a couple smoothies for such prices I would expect better customer service. I watched several customers being more cordial to the employees. New staff is much better! My drinks are usually made pretty good. There was just one time of many where my drink was watery tasting.

Just got a matcha green tea smoothie at this location and experienced the horror of finding a small bug in it. They were very apologetic about it and gave me a complimentary replacement and a gift card for my next drink there. I feel trust issues about the quality of the rest of the drinks that I purchased, but they handled the situation rather well, so I am trying to get past it. I have generally always liked Jamba Juice and their smoothies. They customize them any way you want them, which is a big plus for me. I also got a strawberry whirl, with no strawberries and extra bananas instead and that tastes great. I dot like the strawberry seeds, which is why I leave them out. My friend thinks their drinks are too sweet, but I guess it depends on what one gets. He is having the Aloha Pineapple smoothie. The location is moderately busy and has a nice sitting area outside, near a lot of other shops. It is sunny and quiet enough, considering the road really close by. Overall, I'd give the place a 4, if it was not for the bug in my drink. read more

I love Jamba Juice. It's in an awesome location. The staff is always super friendly. I'm in there at least once a morning Mon-Fri because I bring my mom to the adjacent Starbucks. Still waiting for my oatmeal. It's been 10+ minutes. Nobody is in line ordering but more than 6 people are waiting for their order and 4 staff are working. Morning crew did not greet us or smile. Chairs still on table. Mixers haven't been cleaned recently. Food on ceiling. Outside of trashcan next to counter is dirty. I feel like a secret shopper having to post this. I love Jamba Juice. I especially love an occasional double shot of their Wheatgrass juice but unfortunately for me the evening crew at this location cleans up and closes their Wheatgrass juicer 2 hours before closing time. Been there twice the past week and once I was told it was already clean 1 hour before closing and the next time I was told they clean it "early" on Sunday. I ran up the road to the Carmel Mountain location and they hooked me up 20 minutes before closing. I will be going there more often. read more

Jamba juice will forever be one of my only choice for smoothies. I tried robek's and it just didn't hit the right spot for me. I'm glad this franchise is still around after all these years. I tend to skip the the protein addons because it makes the smoothie taste like sand. Make sure you skip the protein supplements and you'll be fine, plus since your drinking all these carbs, theirs no need for supplements. read more
