I honestly love Jamba Juice and it's great that there's one so close to my home! But, the employees need to be nicer. It's really frustrating that I get attitude, when my order is wrong and I ask them if they could remake it. I order the "fruity pebble", aka, "fruity rocks". Countless times I come in and the employees always say "fruity rocks" and "rainbow rocks" are the same thing. I know there is a difference because one of the girls were explaining and showing her co-workers how to make this specific drink when I asked them to remake it because the drink I received was "rainbow rocks" and it was too sour. read more

I've lived down the street from this jamba juice for years but my most recent experience was a disappointment. I went into the store about 45 minutes before I needed to leave for work because I figured it should only take 15 minutes. I had just gotten over a fever but still felt pretty sick so all I wanted was an orange cold buster to get me through work. After ordering I noticed about 5 people waiting which worried me a bit but I figured it should go by fast. 10 minutes passed and those same 5 people were anxiously waiting and began to get flustered. I began to get flustered as well as I started to look at the time. I had to leave there in about 10 minutes and my drink was nowhere near ready. Customers in front of me began to go up to the counter and stress their distress as they needed to leave as well. I was pretty close to just asking them to give me a refund because by this point I was definitely late. I ended up just waiting because I figured getting a refund would take longer. In result I was late to work and my cold buster smoothie just tasted like orange juice. Such a bummer and I will be sticking to robeks for awhile. read more

the wait could be ridiculous at times ..the music is played way too loud. the price fits the area a bit pricey but OK i guess. i went there yesterday and tried the mega mango. that was really good. i actually like that better than the original strawberries wild. read more

No complaints on the experience in the store, just confused as to why they have zero organic ingredients. Fruits are known for having high pesticide usage, especially strawberries, apples, etc. For being a health intended business, there should be organic options, even if they're slightly higher cost, but not much higher ;) read more

i always get a medium-sized white gummy... it's really good, and the customer service is nice on most days.

Where do I start. I waited in line with no one else in the store for 10 minutes before one of the employees came to tell me that they will take my order soon. The blonde haired kid behind the counter was high as a kite. you could smell the pot that he and the other employees were probably smoking in the back. I gave him $20 for two drinks and he hands me my $20 back and a $10. Then he laughed about his mistake for 5 minutes. The employees here are extremely rude and very reclusive they only come out to help a customer when they feel like it. My wife and I will never be returning to any Jamba Juice after our experience at this one in Mira Mesa. read more

I went to Jamba Juice a couple mornings ago and the girl in the brown curly hair was not very cheery. Her face was straight faced as if she didn't like me or something. I did not feel welcomed at all. But other than that the strawberry banana bowl was very good. read more

The associate at this place got under my skin. I told her my name 'Keith" she called the wrong name and when I asked were the juices sitting on the counter she said yes. I told her I did not hear my name called and she called me "Tess". I don't come anywhere near looking like Tess! I would have taken it with a grain of salt but she insisted I told her my name was Tess. read more

I always order a orange supreme juice. This time the chia was not mixed well. I do understand that the person making the drinks and ringing was brand new. He kept having to pull up his pants because they were sliding down. Then, without washing his hands, he went back to making the beverages. I work with food safety a lot so this was a bummer for me. The next person who came to get the drink out of the blender was very nice and offered to keep blending the drink to try and mix the seeds better. The problem is that it was over ice so it became very watery. I was very disappointed. The trash was full and the bathroom needed to be cleaned. It always smells like sewer., and for a while it didn't have a lid on the toilet which freaked out my 3 year old. I didn't give it a 1 or 0 because the new guy was doing a great job trying to make drinks and the other individual tried to satisfy me. I did not go back because I felt bad.
