TODAY... REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.... which looks to be a COMMON a theme with this location according to the reviews. I literally come by 6x and each time you guys say you ran out of oatmeal. I was told one time you had some so i paid and then she went to prepare my order and there was no more smh. Then i was told to come back before 1pm ... still nothing. And then i always order a jamba with extra frozen yogurt.. I'm always charged for the extra and I'm always given an EXTRA small kids cup since it creates more of the drink when you add EXTRA frozen yogurt. I like to give it to my grandbaby who is 2 since she's not really supposed to drink too much sweets but it makes her happy. Today i guess the lady had an attitude because i asked why there is never any oatmeal... after she makes my drink doesn't give me the EXTRA even though i paid EXTRA... when she put my drink on the table she just left it there she didn't call out my name she didn't say thank you... i asked her where's the extra and she shrugged her shoulders and was like there is none ... if i pay for EXTRA frozen yogurt ... it will obviously create more of the drink because you're adding EXTRA FROZEN YOGURT and since i PAID for the EXTRA i should get the EXTRA AMOUNT.. can you see my POINT? EVERY OTHER PERAON THAT WORKS THERE IS ALWAYS SO KIND AND FRIENDLY EVEN WHEN THEY RUN OUT OF OATMEAL LOL AND THEY ALWAYS ALWAYS GIVE ME THE EXTRA AMOUNT mattering fact they were the ones that told me that since it creates more i get more! So i feel like i got cheated out of my money since i paid for something and did not get it. Jamba Juice awesome place. Last time, I was there when they were offering their freebie Breakfast Items. A guy dress in a fruit costume for there as they were promoting there Breakfast menu. I started at content expecting the guy to scream out repeatedly: "It's Peanut Butter Jelly Time! It's....." As frugal as I can be, I went there just for their free breakfast item. Hit or miss. Sometimes they work really slow and sometimes they work really fast. Staff is nice and sometimes they don't get the orders right. I've always loved this place because of its location and good customer service; however, today's experience was inexcusable. I understand that there was a rush and they were clearly short staffed, but being rude is not going to help you win customers over. My husband ordered the Apple-Greens smoothie and was told by the cashier that they were out of kale. My husband paused as we were expecting she would recommend another "greens" as a substitution. When she did not and we asked, she rolled her eyes and rudely said "you can get something else". This is the jamba juice I got drinks at probably my whole life. When I was a teenager jamba juice was such a pleasure for myself. Now it has moved to be considered a "guilty" pleasure because I actually care about my health and weight. This location makes drinks fairly fast and are always friendly and nice. Long have a been a fan of Jamba juice. The selection is plentiful. From orange to apple to carrot you have plenty of choices. They serve some pre-made food and have bowls with fruit, oatmeal and or yogurt too. While the smoothies are in the healthy category beware of the calorie count. Some can put you at your daily total with just one drink. My personal favorite is, and remains to be, the Orange Dream Machine. Much like the orange Julius version. Prices are fair. But one change over the years is that the "boosts" are no longer included. They cost extra now. Still though, I'll be back. read more

Oatmeal for breakfast is pretty good. I really like their smoothies as well. Their new smoothie strawberry surf rider is my new favorite. I really love their apple-orange-ginger juice as well as different combinations of kale, beet juices as well. I also like the freshly squeezed carrot juice. I have tried wheatgrass juice few times and I don't like the smell of it but I drink it anyways since its good for you. I go to Jamba juice very often, several times a week. Zaira was the cashier, and first thing I notice after ordering was she took the survey receipt and pocketed it. I ordered the great greens. As I watched her make my juice, she would rub her hands onto her pants and back onto the food, no gloves. They don't wash their food in this Jamba juice. Very dirty way of handling other people's food, I thought Jamba juice promotes health. Things got even worse when I noticed her throwing in 6 apples into the juicer, I'm pretty sure this isn't the way to make this drink. I didn't order apple juice. 6 apples half a cucumber and some kale. I got a taste of my drink. I go outside and throw it in the garbage. Waste of 9 dollars for 6 apples half a cucumber and kale. Tldr: This place is dirty and workers are incompetent, so they pocket the survey receipts. Order great greens, get apple juice and greens. Throw drink away, tasted very bad. read more

I'm typically a Jamba Juice fan but I wanted to +1 another review when they pointed out that they don't fill up your cup at this particular location . I thought this was an over reaction but noticed it as well on my last visit and when my smoothie was 3/4 of the way full. This happens I realize with sodas due to the "fizz" but I can't see an excuses for this when you're making smoothies/milkshakes as you should always aim to fill it to the rim. Many moons ago as a teenager, I worked at an ice cream shop and among other things our management made it a point to to do this so our customers would feel like they were getting value. To top it off (pun intended) there was still smoothie left in the blender but they didn't bother scooping it out.
