Be watchful when they make your smoothie. They cheat you if you change it up. (You don't get what you've paid for!) You can tell by the volume if it's something you consistently change to your own 'personal' blend smoothie. If you ADD the volume WILL INCREASE. Removing decreases unless ingredients are deleted without telling your customer resulting in less and a different drink. read more

The employees here are awful. Management has no control over them because it seems the employees can go in whenever they want to make drinks for themselves and their friends. Earlier when I went in I saw a group waiting for their drinks. Then I saw another group of young men waiting in line for drinks. One of the boys from the group goes behind the counter and starts making all their drinks. I thought "oh okay. Maybe he's going in to help his co workers speed up the process." Of course I was wrong. The first group in there waited so long and then had to go up to the counter themselves to ask if their drinks were forgotten. I waited 10-15 minutes for ONE drink. I can totally understand if the line is out the door or if it is extremely busy in store, so a 10-15 minute wait is okay. But when your employees choose to interfere with actual customer's time, there is MAJOR issue. The young lady at the register was another issue. She had medium to long hair length, and she did not have her hair tied up. She constantly touched her face and her glasses. At one point, instead of helping to speed up the process of making drinks, she bent down behind the register to use her phone. As a business owner, I NEVER let my employees get away with the mishaps that I saw today. I understand that finding employees can be difficult, but this Jamba Juice is not a business. It could be that I was annoyed because I hadn't slept properly for two weeks. It could be that I was annoyed because I had just went through an 11 hour plane ride then had to take my SO to surgery the same day. Who knows. Regardless of all that, my experience at Jamba wasn't the greatest. My BF just returned from surgery and he wanted Jamba and so I looked on yelp and saw I only had 25 minutes before it closed. So I started to call so I could just have them start on the drink, pick it up when I arrived, bing bam boom everyone is happy. I called 4 times, no answer. So I just hustled it as fast as I could to the Dyer street location. I arrived probably at 8:49 and was surprised to see quite a bit of people still in there waiting on their drinks. I made my order: Kale-ribbean breeze and chunky strawberry in a cup. My chunky strawberry was sadly not in a cup when it arrived (its ok im letting it go) and my BF liked the kale-ribbean breeze quite a bit. My issue was the service. The workers were HANKERING to go out drinking or something since it was Friday night. As one gal was making my drink, she was telling her friend "omggg i wanted to leave at 9!!!!" There was another gal who was off work already but kept running back in to help out so they could hurry up with my order. They talked about what kind of moscato they were going to get, who was 21 or not, etc. At one point while rushing, I believe I heard one girl yell "oh my f***cking god!!!" I get that you're young. I get that it's Friday. My bad on arriving 10 minutes before closing. But keep it together just a tiny bit until your customer leaves. When my drinks were done, I tried an enthusiastic "thank you so much!" and was received with THE most dead-panned "have a great day." Sigh. Unfortunately none of us tasted them until we got home (we only live 5 mins away) My orange dream machine didn't taste like an orange dream machine at all... it was HELLA watered down and had the consistency of juice, not a smoothie. I came here last month in the morning around 10am. As I walked in one of the girls started playing with the cups as she dropped in on the FLOOR picked it back up and placed back where she got it. I asked her "did that fall On the ground?!" She said no "I caught it" I just walked out. Didn't have the time or energy to argue about why she shouldn't be playing with cups ppl drink out of. Today was by far the worst experience at this location. I understand I came in 40 mins before closing, but they acted as If I came in wanting 10 orders. first and foremost I was not greeted but starred down by the cashier which turns out to be the Store manager Ryan who said nothing but looked at me. I ordered a medium drink with three additives , as the guy was making my drink I noticed he made such a large amount it could fill at least three large cups. I asked him was that mine because I only got a medium. He said yes. He gives me my drink and I noticed more then half of the blonder was still full! So anyone with common sense would know all the additives I paid extra for are still in that blender. As soon as I tasted the drink I noticed it tasted extremely watered down. I go back in and ask for the manager and the girl with the blonde hair named Jenna had the nerve to roll her eyes because I asked one of the employees for the manager. I wasn't even talking to her and she didn't make my drink. It's clear they don't respect their manager or their customers because their behavior wouldn't be this disrespectful especially with the store manager there. The fact he didn't even greet me when I walked in shows he leads by example and his employees are most certainly following after him. This store is trash, Will never come back here, I'll drive an extra 15 minutes to the Hesperian location close to Target and Five Guys. No matter what I order there, or who's working it's always a good experience and my drink is made right EVERY TIME! I wasn't sure what to get so I asked for the cashier's opinion and she asked me what I was feeling and told me which was good. She also asked me if I wanted my drink sweet or nah. My little family and I come here often to get our smoothie fix. On any other day they're usually pretty crowded but due to Covid it's less packed. They have signs on the floor to make sure everyone stands 6 feet apart. You can also order ahead using the Jamba Juice app to avoid any wait time. My toddler and I always get their strawberries wild while my husband gets açaí super antioxidants. Drinks are perfectly blended every time! This short lady was SUPER rude. I walked in on 04/22/2020 at 1:25pm. There were two people inside waiting for their pickup. This lady yells at me to wait outside and points at the sign posted outside. I respected her and stepped outside. After waiting outside for 5min, i read the sign again, it said wait outside for pickup. Clearly she was letting 2 people wait inside. I told her from the door as per your sign these guys should wait outside, as I want to place order. Once I place my order I will wait outside. She was super rude, she said so you wanna order or no? I manage a huge restaurant close by and every Friday I used to order lots of beverages from them for my staff. But I guarantee, I am never going to come back here again. I work in customer service also and I respect safety of employees. But if you are gonna follow rules then follow rules all the way. Don't follow one rule and not the other. I understand that we are social distancing and there are a limit of 2 people in the lobby area but when I came today at one point during my wait, that wasn't the case. I was patiently waiting outside for my turn.. Inside there were 2 customers waiting.. Then the wife of one of the customers came in so that makes 3! Then another girl walked past me and I'm assuming was a mobile order.. Now that makes 4.. These 4 people were in the lobby for some time.. I saw the last person come in and was chatting with the workings so my assumption was she was a friend of the workers.. One of the original customers got his order and left.. So I came in, thinking it was okay. but I was rudely yelled at by one of the female workers telling me that I can only come in when someone leaves.. And coming back today it's shockingly filthy .. It's horrible maintained even down to the dead wheat grass on the counter. The employees seem upset with their job, not to mention I waited 10 min for my drink.. I just went to this store with my son. A lady waitress who ignore us purposely to let us wait for 20+ minutes. When my son complained to be too tired to wait for such long time， I had to take him outside for fresh air a bit. Right after we went out, she served other people immediately. Her prejudice attitude is closing loyal customers to this store location. I hope the store owner or manager need to talk to her. Her bad attitude and service will upset customers. My 4 years old son saw her attitude like that. This is really bad! He said what happened this lady doesn't want to serve us! I stop here a few times a week for a fresh ginger shot and green juice on my way to work. I used to just runnin for the grab and go shots until Arrian suggested I try the fresh ones. I told him it's usually due to my time and he even suggested I call in so I wouldn't have to wait. Needless to say I haven't purchased a bottled shot since. And Arrian is one of my fave team members here. He greets you by first name as you enter the store and I've even noticed how he remembers frequent Customer's orders.
