I felt as if the owner/manager was really sorry and I told her I'd be open to giving them another try since that was my 1st negative experience and I had used them a few times before with great results. I scheduled via Yelp messaging the first time, and always got a VERY prompt response (even at 11:30pm when I had messaged them just before bed!). I like that I can schedule on Sunday mornings, which is the only time it really works for us. Payment and scheduling since have always been really easy to do either via email or phone. I also LOVE that I can request the same people each time. The two ladies who come are very patient (parking is a huge pain for our apartment and they are always on-time and call if they are having issues finding parking), work hard, and are really thorough. I can tell they clean really well because my things are always slightly shifted after they leave, which means I know they're wiping under surfaces and really doing a good job. They are also SUPER sweet and kind. The first time they came, I asked to do a deep cleaning, and they spent 5 hours here (some of it was vacuuming our patio furniture in the blazing heat...I felt terrible) getting everything spic and span. They got things off of our stove that I couldn't get off, and that the cleaners before didn't get off. Amazing! I had Janeth's Cleaning Services perform a move in cleaning at the townhouse I purchased. Two cleaners arrived on time and spent about 5 hours cleaning my place. While they were working the whole time and I appreciated how they got the window sills clean, there were a couple of areas that I wasn't satisfied with and didn't realized until a month after. First, there were a couple of big stickers (from the seller) on my balcony door that I removed and had left the sticky residue. I asked the ladies to see if they can remove the residue, they said they tried and couldn't. When my parents visited my dad removed that residue no problem with the cleaning supplies I had on hand and I do not have Goo Gone. Second, I noticed afterwards there spot in my fridge and shower that were not cleaned well and had to clean myself. These are the main two reasons that I gave the ratings I did. I was satisfied with the communciation I had with Janeth both with requesting a quote and for the appointment itself. read more

We had moved out of the location but needed to get it cleaned up for the landlord so we have a better chance of getting our full deposit back. Anyways, it was a two story 1300 sq ft condo and they took exactly 5 hours to complete. They did a beautiful job! We booked Janeth's Cleaning Services for a move-in deep cleaning of the townhouse we just bought. I don't believe the previous owners ever cleaned because the place was filthy. There was dirt and grime everywhere from months of build-up. The stove was especially dirty, so much that my husband considered just replacing it. Alma and another lady showed up on time ready to work. They did such a good job, they left the stove looking like new. The bathtub in the master bathroom and sliding glass doors were cleaned to perfection. They even cleaned baseboards and dusted blinds. They spent a total of 5 1/2 hours at our place. I was very impressed with their work ethic and both ladies were very pleasant. They did an excellent job and would definitely hire them again. I only left a star only because they showed up. Do not hire these people. I am a school custodian and I do pretty much the same thing this company does. My wife and I hired this company to clean a newly remodeled completely empty condo ready to get rented. They were there for four hours and probably did a two and a half hour job. They only needed to wipe down kitchen but found side of cabinets really dirty. Cabinet doors also needed a wipe down but we're still dusty. We took all the carpet out and put flooring throughout the condo but found it wasn't even mopped. They didn't need to do deep cleaning at all because almost all fixtures and bathroom vanities, medicine cabinet and toilets plus vanity mirrors were replaced. The only thing I liked that was really clean was around washer/dryer flooring area and shower walls. If two ladies in a completely empty condo newly remodeled couldn't clean it right then this review deserves its one star. Amazing Service, I called the night before around 6 PM for them to come in at 11 AM, which was no problem. Around 10 AM I was running late and checked in to see if they could come at 12 instead. Got an instant response and they accommodated my schedule. Once they had arrived I gave them the priorities for what to clean in the apartment, but they went above and beyond and were very thorough. I was given a two hour estimate, so went to run some errands and returned to my apartment which felt brand new at this point. The Prices aren't bad for $55 per hour for two people, slightly cheaper then other Cleaning services in the area. The deep cleaning of the bathroom was a complete failure, and same with baseboards. Which were never cleaned! My counters were not wiped down thoroughly. I let them know we needed deep cleaning for 2 main things and area: bathroom and refrigerator. $100 for 2 hours of hand, deep cleaning. The owner said $25/person. (1) Older lady, #1 deep cleaned the whole refrigerator; last 15 mins. helped cleaned my dish rack. Not naming. (1) Lady a few years younger, #2 cleaned the whole bathroom. Lady #1 didn't wipe under the refrigerator door. I appreciates lady #2 for working so hard. Make lady #2 for boss instead of lady #1! My frustrations: something tells me lady #1 could've and I think should've HELPED lady #2. Shouldn't take almost 2 hours when the refrigerator wasn't a move out mess type. I don't care who is the boss of who. The refrigerator's door: under the shelves and under the door wasn't wiped (lady #1). I wiped it myself. Shouldn't be almost 2 hrs. I helped ran a company and would do help out no matter what ( even lifting 40lbs+ boxes consistently myself without being TOLD) even though I was in a higher position than others. Gets business running when time is limited. At the end, customers and bosses appreciates (unless they're blindsided without end of the yr bonuses). Yes, they were pretty booked = limited time. ****** If I pay for 2 people, $25/hr per person, wouldn't lady #1 be charged less??? ******* Lady #2 didn't have enough time for 2 hrs of cleaning. Lady #1 could've at least helped out with the toilet and floor. At the end, I cleaned up the rest of the bathroom area. Not lying at all. I was still nice to them, giving them cash + tips. Maybe a little more training in team effort. Should've go with my gut and ask for DD Cleaners in Irvine (which I had them for an Irvine place with a review). They are ultimately the best, unbelievable, hand deep cleaning. They are even upbeat, fast, tough scrubbing, and the owner is also there doing the work too!
