I was weary about going here for family dinner due to the mixed reviews here. The decor is stunning and you can't beat the views of the Bellagio fountains or the strip. Our family was seated near center of the main windows and had a great view. We ordered a lot of food including: seafood dim sum platter, Szechuan spicy cold chicken, walnut prawns, hot & sour soup, coral cod, sliced abalone, Peking duck, spicy chicken clay pot, Mongolian beef, beef chow fun, fresh seasonal vegetables, assorted mochi dessert, coconut crème brûlée, and the chocolate strawberry. The food was great and the presentations were lovely. The service itself was less to be desired at the beginning of our meal as our server was a bit rude and midway through taking our order started talking to the table beside us, however his attitude took a 180 after we finished making our large order. The same server sweetened the deal by giving everyone at our table a complimentary almond dessert soup, which was refreshing after our large meal. Overall my family and I were pleasantly surprised. The Best Chinese Food on the strip. It is pricey, don't get me wrong, buts it's worth it. It's elegant yet traditional, tasty yet not greasy, and just wonderful staff. The Peking Duck is one of the best I have ever had. Aside from one in Houston, Texas, this Peking Duck is the best. In addition, They have a live seafood tank! I never heard or knew this place existed until we were walking around the Bellagio, tried to get a reservation at Noodles but it was an hour wait, and then my GF mentioned she saw another Chinese restaurant around the corner. We were starving so we walked over and was seated immediately. The restaurant is very upscale and nice, definitely one of the nicer Chinese restaurants I've ever been to. I've been eating Chinese food all my life so I've been to a few. All the dishes, utensils and even the menu were super fancy. There's also a great view of the Bellagio fountains all around the restaurant through the windows. Great ambiance. There were 3 of us, so we all chose a dish. The selections were beef chow fun, lobster fried rice, and the steak cubes. We were absolutely blown away by the food. Everything was delicious! I was a little caught off guard because I wasn't expecting the food to taste this good, especially in Vegas, on the strip. Every dish was cooked perfectly, and was cooked in a very hot wok. You can taste of the hot wok flavor, which is exactly what I look for in great Chinese food. The steak cubes were fantastic, very tender and juicy, and the vegatables gave it a good balance. The beef chow fun is a classic. The lobster fried rice was amazing. We devoured all 3 plates and contemplated on ordering more, but we decided to call it and try other places since there's so many other options. The staff was very nice and attentive. The man was answering our questions and suggesting what's good on the menu. Thank you! Now, I gave 5 stars for the food/service. If it was possible, I would give 4.5. The portions were a little small, and the prices were pretty steep for Chinese food. But, I remind myself that's it's Vegas, on the strip, at the Bellagio. So it's expected.. Overall, EXCELLENT! We did not have reservation with Jasmine last Sunday night but the host made it possible for party of 4 at a later time. We waited but it took us about 15-20 minutes to get a table. There was a nice plate setting on the table but later the plate was removed. The server said it was for decor only. They call it charger plates. We asked about the two kinds of chopsticks . The white chopstick is for personal use and the red chopstick is for serving. Good to know for non-chopsticks user. The plates were replaced with a real plate for use. We told the server that we were doing family style. We ordered Seafood Dimsum Platter as starter. We ordered 2 wonton soups that we shared. We got Tofu Claypot and Chicken Chow Mein. The service was superb. The ambiance was excellent. The food was delicious & delectable. They share the space with the Noodles restaurant as the Noodle restaurant is under renovation. There was a 20-minute wait which seems ridiculous considering the restaurant was 2/3 empty. The service and views of the fountain were good and the food was good and pretty authentic hence the 3-star. The food is way overpriced especially calling out the $68 seafood tofu pot. There was more tofu than seafood. You can go to any Chinese restaurant just west of the strip and get a seafood tofu pot for less than $30. read more

Jasmine food was pretty good but disappointed in their service. There was a solo guy siting at a table on his cellphone using the speaker and it was very loud and annoying. Although there was many open seats. We were seated immediately in front of this guy. I gave him a few annoyed looks hoping he'd get the message to at lead turn off the speaker but he just ignored us, so I asked to be move. As we passed two tables we could hear them make comments about this loud guy. It was that obvious. He could be heard throughout the entire restaurant. Although it's a great location to view the water fountain show and the decor is quite cute. The lack of action to resolve this obnoxious guy or to automatically seat patrons away from him was very disappointing not what I'd expect from a "higher end" and very pricey Chinese food restaurant. read more

Four of us dined here on Christmas Eve. I loved the butterfly theme, the dinner plates were stunning and so was the view of the fountains. Two of us arrived earlier than the other two and were seated. When our server came over we told her that the other were dealing with holiday traffic and would be here shortly. She didn't come back to check on us for quite some time ( a good 15 min) so we asked the gentlemen pouring our water if we could order a cocktail. The waitress comes over, takes our drink order and then comes back with the drinks and the manager. At this point all four of us are at the table. The manager says that she's so sorry about the long wait and that she would comp the first round of drinks and strongly encouraged the other two guests to have a cocktail on the house. Which was so kind. We order our dinner and it arrives in a good amount of time. The meal was good. I really enjoyed the potstickers more than anything. We proceed to ask for the check and that waitress asks us if we would like dessert. We all decline. Next thing we know she's bringing out plates and spoons and says that she wanted to give us a dessert. When the check arrives, the first round of drinks are still on the check so we mentioned to the server that the manager said she was going to comp the first round of drinks. She said, instead of comping the drinks I decided to give you a free dessert. We didn't give her any pushback, but that just rubbed us the wrong way. Holiday brunch 2025 feels like a ripoff. The buffet went downhill post covid with a premium price tag. I had expected some mind blowing, elevated Chinese cuisine experience that is beyond panda express but what I got was a slow service, low stocked buffet with maybe 20 items. Food was cold, not hot. Though there isn't a limit on any item, people just loaded up on their plates and wasted everything they didn't finish. Some would hog all the crab legs or flip the lobsters to find the meatiest pieces when literally the staff would refill everything when they saw it was running empty. Dim sum items were a big let down with some dumplings and shu mai to represent that category. It's $128.88 before tax and tip per head so it feels like a ripoff for the little value we got. The dining area is beautiful. We were seated promptly and the service was good. There were beautiful plates on our table. They were removed as soon as we ordered and replaced with plain white plates. I ordered a bowl of WonTon soup, it was served in a bowl the size of a coffee mug. It contained two half dollar sized wontons, 1 piece of shrimp, 1 scallop and 1 piece of pork for $18. We had 5 pot stickers and one entree of beef and broccoli. Total bill was $92 for one cup of soup, 5 pot stickers and one entree. All the food was okay, nothing special. Beautiful restaurant. Probably THE most beautiful Chinese restaurant I've had the pleasure of eating at. They set the tables with gorgeous Gianni Versace butterfly dishes, leave them long enough for you to take photos and then *boom.* they carry them away and replace them with common plates. We were seated away from the windows, sadly, but still had a clear view of the side part of the fountain show. They went off several times while we were there, so that was awesome. We were visited by their sommelier, a friendly blonde woman who knew her drinks inside and out. We don't drink normally so I had no idea what to order. Hubby told her I liked sweet drinks and she brought over three tasting glasses-- two dessert wines and a Moscato D'arti. The last one was gooood. She was like, "yup, I knew that was your drink. I knew it when I saw you." I don't know what that meant but I was impressed anyway. In fact I enjoyed the Moscato (by Kermit Lynch) so much my hubby wound up buying me some for home lol. Hubby and I ordered Young Chow fried rice, and noodles with lobster in black bean sauce. (Not on the menu-- They custom made that dish for us) it was super tasty. We also ordered steamed sea bass, which I totally forgot to take a picture of because I was so busy loving my precious alone time with my hubby. The portions are nice sized-- large for family style eating, and the quality of the food was great. We enjoyed our dinner there. However, and this is the sad part, I was not made aware that one of our dishes contained gluten so we had to cancel our plans for the rest of our night & a big chunk of the next day. I had to take a star off because of that. Other than that, I have no regrets about eating here. The ambiance, service, tastes, smells, views, all of it was worth it. 10 out of 10 recommend. And reminder: if you have celiac like I do, Please be 100% sure that what you are eating is gluten free. read more

First, the front desk girls were wearing red dresses and didn't appear very friendly, with no smile. When we arrived with 4 people and 2 babies in strollers, they asked us to leave the strollers outside, which was quite ridiculous. I decided to let the baby sit and then push the stroller out, but our waiter allowed us to leave the stroller inside with our table without any issue. His service all the time 1000000/10 Second, we ordered Peking duck, but when it was brought out by another server, he didn't offer to help us chop it. We had to ask him for help, to which he replied, "Normally we don't, but if you want we will." Kinda weird because if they don't help, how are we supposed to properly prepare a whole duck? We went to Jasmine's to celebrate my husband's birthday. I Pre ordered and paid for the table side whole duck a week before we dined at Jasmine's. Along with our appetizers we received duck skin dish, which we did not order. When I asked what it is. I was told that it is the duck. I told them that I ordered the whole duck. I was told something in a very fast way which I did not understand. I let it go since I was confused as to what was happening. I was still expecting to receive the duck that I had pre ordered. Later along with our main dishes, a dish was brought out that looked like lettuce with meat in it. I asked what it was. I was told that it is the duck I ordered. I told them that I had pre ordered the table side duck. We were told that they are short staffed and therefore they are serving it this way for us. They said that it is the same duck but shredded and put in lettuce leaves. We said we don't want that dish. We simply want what we pre-paid for. A manager came to our table. He apologized. My husband told him that we do understand that things happen at a restaurant. The proper way for a high-end restaurant to handle a situation like this would have simply been to inform the costumer firsthand that they cannot serve the duck that was ordered due to staffing issues. Instead of misleading the costumer and giving the costumer something that was not ordered. He took the shredded duck back and said he would comp the duck. During this conversation I could see a whole duck being served to the table that was above us. We could see whole ducks being served continuously while we were there. We even pointed this to the server. She laughed it off and offered us desert. The whole experience was ruined for us. We are still not sure why we were the only table that was not served our pre ordered duck, while other tables around us were being served the whole duck at table side. We left disappointed, it felt like waste of our time, and it ruined my husband's birthday. The food is ok. For what it is, its overpriced, ambience needs an upgrade. Our biggest turn off was the waiter Paul (?)we were already aware long before we made the reservation that it will be an expensive restaurant, he still reminded us the price of what my husband ordered, EXPENSIVE, it was a platter. Our experience at Jasmine was 5 star as soon as we stepped in the door. Not only is the restaurant lovely, so is the entire staff! Every person was warm and friendly, welcoming with big beautiful smiles. The table settings are gorgeous! The views are incredible! The best and most pleasant meal we'v had during our Bellagio hotel stay! I think this restaurant has been here since this hotel was built. The beautiful decor definitely match the hotel. It just why it's called Jasmine? All I saw was pretty butterflies everywhere. The table setting was one of the prettiest I'v seen. They use the same beautiful villeroy & boch crystal glasses that I have at home, the Versace china was the most gorgeous! The menu was big with all the best Chinese / Cantonese food items. We started off with bottle of dry white, I had a Tsingtao beer later on. For food we had XO sauce scallops, black bean sea bass, seafood tofu hot pot, black pepper beef tenderloin, sweet and sour pork, shrimp fried rice and beef rice noodles. Everything was fantastic in big portions! The green beans in scallop dish were seriously the best I'v ever had in my life! The Bellagio fountain views were a huge plus of course. Food came out fast and service was top notch! They brought us a very pretty dessert for our anniversary. The coconut cream brûlée and shaved ice were very yummy as well. I took my husband and our friends here for his birthday dinner. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the hostess and confirmed our reservation. We were seated almost immediately and right next to the window! The dining experience was lovely. Imagine a calm ambiance, and everyone was dressed in business casual attire. Each tableware was elegantly arranged. We were able to enjoy the fountain while eating amazing food. Food here is served family style, and we loved every dish that was ordered. The most memorable dish was the Peking duck. We ordered two of these ducks and were able to try both the pancakes and buns. The dish was prepared table side. Some of our eyes rolled back when the taste hit our tastebuds. Wow! We also ordered chicken chow mein, garlic prawn fried rice, bok choy, lemon chicken, and Szechuan shrimp. We loved all of the dishes and couldn't pick favorites. The service is impeccable! The staff was tentative and made sure our questions were answered. This is where the reception dinner was for a dear friend's wedding. I had the filet mignon and it was SO tender and delicious! I can't remember all the other courses, but it was quite elegant and delicious. Service was impeccable. Wait service would even come by when someone was gone form their seat and refold their napkin. Dining room is beautiful. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. This is a fine Chinese restaurant Great food, great service amazing ambiance and if your lucky you will be seated near the rear of the restaurant with views of the fountains while your dining. Jasmine is a higher end Cantonese restaurant located inside the Bellagio hotel. The ambiance of the restaurant was really nice. The staff were all friendly and the service was great. My family and I ordered the garlic pork ribs, steamed sea bass, spicy chicken claypot, Singapore vermicelli, and the hot and sour soup. The entire meal was delicious and flavorful. But the highlight of the meal would be the steamed sea bass and the garlic pork ribs. The sea bass was super flaky, tender, and light. The garlic pork ribs were super tender and had a really nice garlicky flavor to it. Asides from the delicious food there were the gorgeous views of the Bellagio lake and fountain show. In the era of Social Media and Public Relations it is rare to see any sort of dining event kept "secret," but for two weeks each year Jasmine at The Bellagio quietly opens its doors during daylight hours for a Dim Sum Brunch celebrating the New Year, first in a global sense and then to commemorate the Chinese version. Unadvertised save for a colorful board outside the Restaurant, this year spanning January 22nd to the 29th from 11:00am until 2:30pm, it is approximately fifteen minutes prior to opening etched doors that guests begin queuing, never mind the fact that most have reservations but rather for the chance to sit with an unobstructed view of Bellagio's famous fountains. Attended for the first time since 2020, a cost of $88.88 per diner and just $20.00 for children far lower than Jasmine's equally splendid dinner, it was after seating by familiar staff that most guests stood to begin perusing some ninety choices spread across a variety of Buffet and Live Stations. Truly a grand display, traditional Dim Sum and Chinese Barbeque lined up alongside items decorated in everything from Foie Gras to Abalone, it would not be long before most early arrivals returned to their table with plates full, fresh Oysters and Crab Legs a popular choice amongst the largely Asian crowd though many also gravitated towards a display of baked and fried Dim Sum that this year included Steam Bunny Dumplings, Coconut Rice Cakes and decorative Gelatin. Moving slowly and eyeing variety, Shellfish and Sushi tasted alongside items less commonly experienced in such a setting, it was as a young woman played the guzheng that additional plates were enjoyed, Puff Pastry Custard, Turnip Cakes and Squid Ink Custard Steamed Bun all highlights necessitating repeat tastes. Sipping Coffee, Jasmine Tea and Fiji throughout a ninety minute stay, The Fountains at Bellagio dancing outside floor-to-ceiling windows, cold items including Spring Rolls and Duck Liver Terrine were both exquisite while Peking Duck and Char Siu with traditional condiments remains a must. Focusing next on silver steam trays lining the center, left and right mirrored to create a seamless flow of traffic, it was as the fountains again danced outside that steamed and baked Buns competed for stomach space with Noodles and Beef, the bold flavors only rivaled this year by luxurious Congee featuring Century Eggs. Always evolving Dessert, the aforementioned Puddings and Custards aside, Egg Custard Tarts rival any in Sin City while Sesame Cookies, Chocolates and Mochi this year found themselves served alongside Chai Tea Mousse and Mango Sticky Rice. read more

Just wish they were served with hot pepper paste. For the main course, we got Peking Duck, and it was fantastic. Served as two courses--the first sliced with skin on and wrapped in chinese pancakes with hoisin sauce and green onion. Fantastic. The second course was chunks of duck meat with rice. Also very good. We shared tasty won ton soup, pan seared scallops, kung pao chicken, veggie fried rice, and topped things off with a strawberry mousse. Price was about the same as other Bellagio dining but the ambiance was a cut above in almost every respect. Even got to see the fountain show 3 times during the course of our unhurried dinner. The price was a little steep at $88 pp but the dining room was lovely and service was spot on. There were stations for soup, carving stations for Peking duck, prime rib, cha shu ( bbq pork), sushi and various other items. Lots of items to choose from. The manager was attentive to the clientele and the staff worked hard to make sure the diners had what they needed. The stations were clean and the food was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Absolutely wonderful upscale experience. Beautiful and elegant decor, excellent service and great food. While it's expensive by Chinese food standards, it was worth every penny. To start with, the ingredients were high quality. For example, the wit wonton soup contained scallops, shrimp, a testy broth and much more. We asked for a received scallions, which added to the great taste. The dumplings were equally excellent. We asked for and used XO sauce, with the server brought along with an additional sauce. Both were great additions as we like spicy and hot. The entrees are also amazing. The kung pow chicken came in nice bite sized chunks, with some vegetables including tasty mushrooms. It was great. Although the main meal and soup were wonderful, the crème brute dessert was the winner. It came served in half of a coconut shell (with the coconut still in it), with small cups of mango crème and sherbet. This was on a thick bed of coconut shavings that were as great to eat as everything else of the plate. The service was very classy and helpful. Clearly well trained and caring employees.
